Enterprise advertised car with 8831 actual miles when actually the mileage was much higher. Enterprise used the bait and switch mileage knowing that mileage was still being advertised at the low mileage even until closing when noted mileage was much higher and the lowest mileage was on paperwork that enterprise had me sign and when i asked about the difference asked if i would get a discount the sales man blew me OFF so here i am 2 hours from home and no way to get back unless i continue the sale so here i am chomping at the bit and enterprise not offering to assist me. enterprise needs to keep communication crystal clear and not muddy needs to fix the problem instead of pretending needs to show the customer that they have integrity and not dishonesty so handicap women please beware when you are far from home in a city that you are not familiar with enterprise care sales is not your friend you are just a faceless person

We had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales. We were able to get just the car we were looking for. We enjoyed good communication with their sales team who made the process very easy.

So, I just spent almost two hours trying to purchase a van form this place! I came in with all my ducks in a row Already knowing which vehicle I wanted. I walked in to the lobby and that was it! Not one person spoke to me, Everyone looked up from there desk as I walked in but no one spoke!! What made it worse is there was a lady in the office on the left hand side that looked like she was doing homework but couldnt even be bother to say someone would be right with you! Then t top it off 5 employees walked right by me and didnt speak didnt ask if i needed help nothing!! There was a blonde lady who walked by me in a Black shirt nothing, A man in a grey shirt who walked into an office with what look like the left overs from his lunch he didnt speak.. then there were about 4 other people in green shirts not one spoke to me! I was ready to purchase today! I will go some where else as this was not what i was expecting, I understand there is staff shortages and such but even if your short staff a simple hello we will be right with you goes along way! Oh well Guess I am another Karen..

This has been one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve had. The car salesman “Charles” was very helpful and patient when showing me cars. During the paperwork process he explained everything and did what he could to give me the best price. Enterprise has great warranties and a 7 day return option. I recommend them to anyone.

I HAD a reservation and let me tell you never again Ive had bad experiences feom Enterprise before with in regards to professionalism, and customer service but I told myself to try and not let a previous bad experience cloud my prejudgement of a business but I should have stuck with my gut and went with someone else because 1 overpriced (and why because customer service is definitely not the reason why) 2 the deposit is also outrageous 3 their military discount is pretty invisible mind you my husband and I are both dual military connected they love to paint this beautiful picture but it is definitely not worth .. I tried to call and call and call this location to finalize everything .. did they answer? NOPE instead it eould ring twice someone would pick up then place it on hold for another second then go straight to voicemail.. so I called corporate customer service and they had the same thing with this location. So I went .. and no one tended to me I was ignored .. its fine though as easy as it was to make this reservation I ended up canceling my 1 week reservation and took my business elsewhere and glad I did I found about the same size vehicle (maybe slightly bigger for the same days same times for $280with hertz vs $480with enterprise. Without my military discount..) if you ask me thats a big enough difference to check other places before going with Enterprise

Enterprise Car Sales is a great place to purchase a vehicle from. Searching for a vehicle on their website is really easy and the prices are a lot better compared to other sites and local dealerships that I have searched. This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Enterprise. This first time was in 2009 when I purchased my 2007 Mercury Mariner. That vehicle served me extremely well until I recently traded it in for my 2019 Expedition Max from Enterprise. Vehicles sale fast so if you see a vehicle you want, I recommend you move on it fast because it won’t stay on their site long. My customer service experience was pretty good as well.The only issue I would recommend looking out for is to ensure you have everything in your vehicle you are supposed to have. I didn’t notice until a few days later that all of the cup holder liners and the manual was missing. A new manual was ordered for me about a month ago. I also called a few times about the piece that covers the gap when you lower the third row. It was broke and I didn’t notice when I did my walkthrough. I’m still waiting to see their process of getting that repaired so I will update this review once that is complete. I wasn’t too happy about the dog hair left in the vehicle either. Overall, this is still a nice vehicle and I really enjoy driving it. I would buy another vehicle from them as long as their prices and process is still competitive.

I normally dont write reviews but my experience with the folks at Enterprise Cars Sales in Fayetteville deserve one.This was my first time making a purchase with Enterprise Car Sales so I wasnt sure what to expect. However, from the very first call with Farrah, I knew it was going to be a good experience. Farrah was just as professional and pleasant as she could be. I had a few questions that she answered right away. She also did a great job staying in touch with me as the my truck was be processed for delivery.One day I called in a got Hunter (the sale manager) who was incredible. I explained that my mother-in-law had recently had surgery after breaking her hip and if my wife drove me to Fayetteville, there wouldnt be anyone home to look after her. Without a doubt this was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Right from the start our sales rep, Marie Lopez (Izzy), kept in contact with us to help locate our desired vehicle. We drove a rented Enterprise Ford Fusion hybrid from out of state and wanted the same model. Unfortunately, the cars we wanted were sold before we were ready and none were on the lot. They brought another from 80 miles away at no charge. When I arrived at the lot Izzy was ready for an immediate test drive. I liked it and said I wanted it. I already had financing in hand so the closing took mere minutes (under 30) after I declined the extended warranty offer part way through the finance guys presentation.Prices are fixed at Enterprise and they only sell accident free vehicles. All are checked thoroughly before being sold. They even threw in brand new car mats.Way to go Izzy and Enterprise!

Best place IMO to get a vehicle. We were pre-approved from usaa for a great interest rate, but the sales manager at Enterprise said he can do better so we trusted him, as we have gotten three vehicles from here already. Sure enough, he got us a 3% lower rate. The salesman was also wonderful, listened to what I needed and found a great fit. No pressure, and amazing service.

My 3rd time buying a car from this enterprise and this was by far the easiest experience, way better then my last experience but I chose them because of pricing. We ordered a black Chevy Malibu and it came in green I was already under lots of stress from the accident and went ahead to buy it. The wheels are also not up to par but with timing and having to return the rental back to Hertz I was over it and settled. The workers were nice I just wish I had a male figure to come with me who I knew would look out for me while under pressure.

Awesome service! I was directed to another rental company and the service was overall horrible. After informing my insurance company on the competitors service, I was redirected to this Enterprise. They were very nice, efficient, and caring about my prior engagement. They looked out for me and made sure I would have a pleasant rental.I would recommend this Enterprise to anyone. I also would not recommend the competitor that is visually seen from Enterprises door step.

The recent car buying experience I had was decent...it was just that. No haggling no dealing. Either you want it or you dont. The vehicle was clean and affordable. Enterprise is selling cars...not service. If you want a nice vehicle and not all the frills and fluff...this option is a strong contender.

Over all it was fine. I visited a few times and everything was great. Finally made the choice to buy and all was going well, but I knew my credit was weak so I had my sister come along in case we needed her. Turns out, we did. Due to some credit issues from divorce, a move, a voluntary surrender of a Harley, etc., my credit was not good enough. My sister was to CO-SIGN for me, which she did. We asked several times she is just a co-signer, right, she is only co-signing the note, RIGHT. Got every assurance that was the case. All the papers had her name first. All the financing docs had her first. When I questioned it, they said thats just how the bank listed the names. B.S. Turns out, they put the car AND financing in her name with me as secondary. Now EVERY call and email comes to her. I feel as if they did what ever they needed to do to close a sale on the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH when I was there.Overall, still mostly happy with the experience and the car. I just wish they were more honest and up front about how they were doing the paperwork.

I can write at least two pages about the excellent experience I just had with Enterprise Car Sales, from the selection all the way to the finance and signing for the car I want. The staff is great specially Dominique, she was very helpful and detail about everything. The General Manager took his time to explain the finance part and get me a better rate of what I already had been approved, the selling price of the vehicle was just right there was no need for negotiation, all straight forward, no hassle no drama, and probably took me about 45 minutes to get the keys to my car. My girlfriend who is very skeptical about buying used cars was astonished about the service the, quality if the car, and the entire process. I can say we are very please with Enterprise.
