This is the second car my wife and I have purchased from Acura of Fayetteville. This time, we worked with Brendan and he was absolutely AMAZING. Go see Jackson! He can show you any car in the auto park and will make sure you find the one that’s best for you. Jackson paid attention to details and was really good about answering my questions. We came back to sign paperwork a later day and he coordinated everything and had it ready so that when we got back to the dealership the car was detailed and we didnt have to wait to sign. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had.

Buying a new car can sometimes be a very stressful experience. Salespersons tend to be pushy and invasive, looking for that next sale, that next commission being their top priority. From the initial meeting to the completion of the the sale Mike Ebsen made it feel like he was taking care of family. Never pushing anything, but making sure we were able to find exactly what we were looking for, even when we did not know what that was. It was a phenomenal experience and has earned him a friend for life. Mike, you were a fantastic person to meet.

I just bought the 2021 RDX. Brandon Burks was my sales guys and I cannot say enough good things about him. He worked with me for almost 2 weeks prior to even driving away in my new car to make sure I had the exact car I wanted down to the very last detail. He was in my corner through the entire process, even down to making the things right when it came to finances. He didnt budge and he stayed in my corner no matter how many hoops he had to jump through. I would recommend him to any person to purchase from. He is a blessing and makes you feel like more than just a customer! We need more Brandon Burks in this world!!
Go see Perry Butcher! He did a great job for us! We went in and wanted to see a car that was not ready yet. He took us right over to find it. We tried to work in a little extra money off so they didnt have to do a FULL detail. When everything was all done and signed for we went out to get our new car and there was Perry cleaning the car. He didnt like the quality of the detail they were able to accomplish in such a short time so he was taking the VERY LITTLE time he had to clean it himself for us! He went above and beyond! (This was all while selling at least 3 cars at the same time! Boy can that guy multitask!)

My wife and I were interested in a used SUV with low mileage, great on gas & highly rated by Consumer Reports. We narrowed it down to either a Toyota RAV4 or Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. We searched for these makes/models on Fayetteville Auto Parks website and brought our list with us. I had the best experience working with Adam. I brought my car in for an oil change. He noted my brakes needed to be done and we set an appointment for the following week. That weekend before the appointment, a part broke on my acura. I called Adam on Monday and asked if it could be fixed during my appointment. He assured me it could and set me up with a loaner vehicle which was ready when I got there to drop my car off. This meant so much to me and saved me an extra appointment/ trip to Fayetteville when I live 40 minutes away. I really appreciate how well I was treated and how well both services on my vehicle were handled. Thank you, Adam!

Unprofessional group of workers there. My dad and I went up there to look at the new TLX Type S. It’s the one car I am genuinely interested in buying after the first time it was shown online. So we went up there to ask about it. We got to see the interior but did not get to start it because it was not ready which was understandable. The manager said it will be ready for a test drive in a few days and that he will call us. He even gave us his personal number to use if we had any questions. A few days go by so I decided to call up there to ask if it was ready. A different guy answered and said it is not ready, but he will give us a call as soon as it is ready. He then called us on Friday to let us know we will be getting a call on Saturday to let us know the car is ready for a test drive. Saturday goes by and no phone call. So we decided to call them Monday morning to check on the status of the car. My dad gave them a call early in the morning and they said they will call us back in 30 minutes. 5 hours later still no call back. So then he called them again and they said they never got that car and they don’t know what we are talking about when we saw the car in person. I got to sit in the front seat. I even took pictures of the car. The car is even on the website. The person then said they will call us back in about 5 minutes. Guess what? No call back. They are absolutely unprofessional. They say one thing but do another. Yes I get it, we can all get busy and forget. But after leaving multiple messages how are you gonna forget that? We had high interest in getting the car but after our experience with Acura in Fayetteville, I refuse to give them my money. I would rather make the trip over to Springfield, Tulsa, or even OKC dealerships than to go to Fayetteville and give them my money. What a joke of a dealership.

Inquired about a 2021 RDX A-Spec and from the time I sent the inquiry until the time of purchase(48ish hours) I felt like I was the only person Joel was working with. How busy the dealership had been this past weekend, I am sure that is not true, but he was very quick at responding to texts, never missed a call and even stayed past close when I told him I was running late. I have never been to a dealership that was so rude and unprofessional. There employees were very disrespectful to me and dad when we went to go look at a car. I will never go to this dealership ever. Ive just recently dropped my car off to Acura for some warranty maintenance. Theyve been pretty booked so I ended up waiting about a week and a half for an appointment after making my phone call which is understandable. When I arrived I made contact with Ashley at the desk. She was running the show practically by herself and was doing an awesome job. She set me up with a nice loaner to drive until my car was fixed. After they had fixed my initial problem I asked them to check something that has been a reoccurring for the past 2 weeks. She personally checked that problem herself. Thankfully it sorted itself out and they had everything done within a day. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and respectful. This is my second trip to Acura of Fayetteville since buying the car and both have been great!
I would have marked it 2 stars now... I have still not received my ownership papers. This is really complicating my ability to register a new 2021 RDX Base. I have a tax deadline of Monday 12/28. On top of that, the finance person made a mistake on the temporary tag initially so there are two temp tags assigned to the VIN. Im certain I will be penalized for late registration. Talked with my sales person... no action. Called asked to speak with General Mgr... i left number with representative no call back... all in all, no communication and no paperwork is not very good customer service.

Every time I go in for a service check up I am always greeted and feelat home. Waiting area is always perfect with wifi and charging station for your devices. I drove straight to the dealership because I had no idea what was going on with my car and didn’t feel safe and didn’t want to make it worse by driving it. I did not have an appointment and they had a tech ride with me to hear the noise I was concerned about and gave me a loaner while they assessed my vehicle. They figured out the problem, handled my service contract coverage and had me taken care of by the end of the day. Great service!!
I had a great experience at Acura of Fayetteville. After having some issues with my vehicle, they suggested beginning with simplest (and cheapest) solution first. It ended up being an easy fix. I had called another Arkansas dealer who suggested it was a timing belt issue which would have cost 5x the amount I paid! Super friendly and helpful with loaner as well. Highly recommend!

Have enjoyed our 2016 so far as for comfort and ride- but mechanically been disappointing .We had 4 years - 50,000 warrantyAt 51147 two bushings on the struts went bad- costing $1129! This is a Honda product- expected regular service items, but not this 1000 miles out of warranty .While the dealer was nice, the product does not feel like the Honda quality I have been accustomed.

Five stars for customer service and ease of scheduling.Four stars because my vehicle was not washed or cleaned when I picked it up from being serviced. At a luxury dealership I don’t believe you should have to ask for your car to be cleaned.
