I came in for a routine maintenance needed to be done on my SUV. I am sure I’m not the only one- but I dread in going in and waiting for the car maintenance to be completed. I had the most amazing experience with Sherri. She explained everything from beginning to end- recommending what I needed. She was super attentive, friendly and exceptional customer service. She was super busy with lines ringing off the hooks but did well in juggling walk in customers- appointments and other administrative work.The waiting area offers water, coffee and snacks. I was 500+ miles from home in a Mercedes RV traveling the country and was having all kinds of computer problems (abs off, cruise control not working, general handling was terrible) and lights lit all over the dash. I contacted Fayetteville Mercedes from 95 and spoke with a Service writer, Jaimie, and he said bring it in and we will look at it right away. When I got there Jaimie checked us right in and had our RV on a lift in no time. The mechanic, Ty, worked on our RV for 3 hours and had us back on road. Just awesome! We really thought our trip was over. Thank you Jaimie and Ty, we really appreciated the service and getting us back on the road to enjoy our trip.
I flew in the from Pittsburgh, PA 07/21 to purchased a certified Mercedes S550. I was advised the car would be ready to go and I would be picked up at the airport, my flight details were provided in advance. However I was waiting at the airport for over a hour before being picked up. The car was not clean, brakes were making noises, in which I didnt notice until it was transported home. I experienced delayed documents with titling and registration for over a month, my temporary tag expired, it was originally confirmed that all the documents would be sent to my home state notary in which it was not. After waiting for weeks I was told they couldnt accommodate that request. The customer service was terrible from the moment I entered the dealership. By far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced. I would never think of doing business there again nor recommend the dealership to anyone. Not to mention the tires were probably just above state minimum, so now just after a month of the purchase and barely have driven the vehicle I need brakes and tires on a certified Mercedes. What a joke!!! I called to report this and I was told the car was properly inspected before my purchase. SMH after spending that amount of money and the car being certified it makes no sense. I guess the Mercedes Benz Dealership in my home town, lied about the tires and brakes during inspection... (My rep said: this was meticulously sold) Technician also stated no way it was not recommended to replace two tires and brakes.
I just moved to NC within a year ago and I had to take my vehicle to this location two times within that span. First for engine mounts which were priced at $1600 to replace and then for a flat tire (which was an experience within itself). I would just go there to get a full vehicle inspection, but my own parts and take your vehicle to another local place who repairs for less. Poor customer service and they’re not knowledgeable about much. Sad to write this but it’s the truth. I’d select another location, maybe in Cary but it’s too far…my opinion matters

The customer service was great, but the mechanics are the reason this rating is a 1. Took our Mercedes here after having some issues and they told us our car was junk, and would not be able to be fixed by them or anyone. My husband towed the car back to our house and was able to solve the issue on his own. One part just needed replaced but it seemed as though they didnt even look at the car, they just assumed. Will never go to them again.**update- I did try to call them because of their comment but no answer and I left a VM and no response. Sad.

He was my salesman at Honda and got me to come on over to Benz. He sold me my first two Hondas and now my first Benz such an amazing salesman. One star is a lot for this business!The worst experience ever trying to buy a car at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville!On the evening of Aug 6th I was contacted by the salesperson to checkout an AMG I was interested in and the salesperson told me the car just came in today. I made my offer and left. the next morning the same car was listed on Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville website for nearly $1,900 less than the price I was given one day prior.I contacted the salesperson and he said we will sell you the car for the price you asked. And so I provided all the necessary information to get the process going and later noticed that the sale price went up nearly $3,262. and I am not talking about taxes and fees here.I give the salesperson, the sales manager, and even the General Manager a chance to fix the issue, but they dont seem to care about costumes so much.

If I had a friend who wanted a Mercedes, I would recommend Courtney McGregor who since day one has went above and beyond. After expressing my interest in a mercedes, he was sure to let me know if the particular vehicle I wanted was on the lot after 2 were sold through no fault of his. After my purchase, I received a courtesy call from Mr. Mc Gregor to ensure that I was happy with my vehicle. If I had a question he was always prompt in answering or getting back to me; he left no text or phone call unanswered. Mr. McGregor never skirted around any issue I brought up and was straight forward and honest. His customer service skills are unparalleled. Mercedes Benz absolutely did a great thing by making him a part of the team. If I ever replace my current Mercedes, I will be calling Mr. McGregor. Just leased a new E350 Last Saturday and was a great experience as everybody in the dealership was professional and really wanted you there. This will be my new place to go.
I was expecting luxury service with my first oil change in my brand new car. After all, Mercedes Benz is known globally as a luxury brand. So naturally their service department would be top notch....Unfortunately I didn’t even receive basic service.While I did get shuttled home from the dealership. I was left home without my car. It took 6 hours to receive a notification that the oil change was completed and a shuttle could come retrieve me. I told my service representative that I was definitely ready to be picked up. I was only 5 minutes from the dealership. She never got back to me. I kept waiting. A ride never showed up. I was left stranded. Because of this, I had to make plans to pick up my car the following day.Later, I logged on to the app to check the status of my car. One of the windows was rolled down. I definitely did not want my car to sit outside overnight in a lot with the window down or it unlocked. I didn’t want my new interior to get rained on either. When I called the service department and asked them to roll up my windows, I was told by the service rep, “It’s not my job”. She wouldn’t do it. I do not know what I was supposed to do. There is no way I can trust this place with my vehicle. There is a reason why I initially purchased my MB in Durham. The organizational leadership in this dealership has nurtured a culture of extremely poor service. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances!Recommend Black’s Tire. They are great.
After an awful experience the day prior in Asheville at a different dealer, coming to Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville was not only a relief, but the greatest car buying experience.I called first thing in the morning and arrived 20 minutes later where I was greeted by Mr. Harris. We test drove a pre owned Jeep Wrangler and when my trade in was not ideal for me, him and the management team worked around it to make it happen. Not only was this great news for me but the over all professionalism in this store was fantastic. The customer service and the care and attention that the sales representative (Courtney) and finance manger (Rosa) facilitated the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car from a dealership. The process was quick and painless and didn’t take up all day.
Once I got some assistance, it was an amazing experience. Courtney (sales agent) was patient and performed his services fast and without any hiccups. I was out in a new car within about two hours. The finance department worked with me to get the payment I was hoping for. The only thing was that I am still waiting on a call from someone to teach me the workings of this car. It’s even two days.

In my 20 years of buying cars, I have to say that my recent experience working with these guys was by far the best. The dealership and its staff are top-notch all the way around and offer a transparent, no pressure, and hassle-free experience. I worked directly with Emanuel Matthews and Emily Calka, both of whom I would highly recommend if you are considering a new/used purchase. I live on the opposite side of the state, but both Emanuel and Emily made it seem like I was in Fayetteville the whole time. The first call I received from Emanuel confirmed for me that I was dealing with the right dealership. Emanuel was very honest and transparent during our conversation, and never tried to pressure me about the purchase. What I appreciated most was his approach of avoiding the typical back and forth, and instead having an honest conversation to see if we could get the deal done. The result was that we worked everything out in one day over the telephone. The first class customer service and buying experience didnt stop there. To finalize everything, I worked with Emily, who took everything to another level as well. Again, knowing that I was not able to drive over to the dealership, she examined the car like she was making the purchase herself, and even took the time to FaceTime me so that I could put eyes on the car myself before everything was finalized. Unlike most car dealerships Ive dealt with, which include other Mercedes and BMW dealerships, Emily made sure to point out the minor cosmetic issues, mainly two surface scratches, a minor wheel scuff and carpet stain, which she and Emanuel had fixed before the car left the lot. Before the car was delivered, both Emanuel and Emily made sure everything was done right and followed-up to see if anything else could be done to improve my experience. Most notably, I want to rave about the delivery experience. As I said, I live on the opposite side of the state, which initially seemed like an obstacle, but Emanuel and Emily made sure it wasnt. Instead of having to drive to Fayetteville myself, Emily personally delivered my purchase and picked up my trade-in. I blown away by that level of customer service because 1) I didnt even have to ask for them to deliver the car, they offered it themselves, and 2) I have never had local luxury dealerships offer that level of personal touch. Whether you are in Fayetteville or not, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and would specifically request the assistance of Emanuel and Emily. I can honestly say this will be the first place I go for any future purchase, regardless of how far away I live because I know these guys are all about doing things the right way. They definitely have a customer for life
My girlfriend had been calling around for a van to convert. Nick knew exactly what we were looking for to a psychic accuracy!Nick and Rachel were an amazing team. So if spending almost $1000 on a service wasn’t enough, you charage me $9 for 1.8 gallons of gas for a loaner car that I only drove home and back. So terrible so terrible that I done spoke to so many people in the office about what’s going on to the point they won’t even return my phone calls about they way the didn’t tell me about the contract on depth of wat I was signing to the car not being service when I got of the lot to the point where the break pads were so low that they barely worked.. and also a fume leakage in the car that once the car turns on it smell of gas inside the whole car a 2017 e300 smh

Times are tough with COVID19, so their energy was fabulous & contagious, which is such a breathe of fresh air (no pun intended). My vehicle was taken back promptly and work was finished in less time than promised. Jamie said he would complete the paperwork for my warranty work after I left. Allowing me to get back home. He promised to email me copies, however I have not received an email from him. Tried to call Jamie, left a voicemail reminding him that I wanted a copy for my records. So far I have not received any response from Jamie not a email with my copy of the warranty work
I just purchased my GLC from from this dealership and as a first time MB buyer, this dealership exceeded my expectations. Working with Ward was seamless. I was very specific about the car I wanted and he went above and beyond to help me find just what a wanted. I absolutely love this vehicle, from what I can tell so far, the dealership staff as well. We especially love working with Ward!! I can call Ward (pretty much at any time) to ask him a question about this vehicle, and he always answers or gets right back with me. On Thanksgiving-eve, I was given a few hours off of work and decided that I need a new car. Called in to schedule an appointment and the scheduling was nice. The receptionist was thoughtful and make sure I knew the distance to arrive and how to get there. Upon arriving, I met with Robert Lee. He is the most kind, informative, and thoughtful sales rep I have ever met. Thats saying a lot because my occupation is in Procurement and so I have dealt with a LOT of sales reps. He thoughtfully walked me through the vehicle and we simply talked and had a good time. I brought up some concerns and he agreed and we negotiated a lower price of which I am happy with. Afterwards, I am directed to their finance person, Rachel Ross. I am always VERY cautious of finance people at dealerships but my experience was so incredibly pleasant. She worked with me to use my credit union for the purchase (which is an incredible hassle for any dealership). She talked me through all of my options, and offered some warranties. My family runs an auto-repair so I opted out of it. And at the end, I can confidently say that this was my best experience at a dealership. I will recommend everyone to come here, although its an hour drive away.Ask for Robert Lee and Rachel Ross!! Theyre the greatest.UPDATE: I purchased a used vehicle and had my vehicle stored on the lot until I can have someone come with me to pick it up. While away, Robert asked to have the battery replaced and vehicle fueled up to get ready for the winter. I didnt even have to ask. Such attention to detail and customer service is so hard to find these days.
Their new building may look very classy, but there is not ONE oz. of class on the inside. We purchased a vehicle from them over the summer and was told that four new rotors were put on, that was a condition of us buying the vehicle. Come to find out, all four rotors arent even the same, they need to be replaced and I cannot get a truthful answer out of anyone in the building. The only classy, honest salesperson in the dealership is no longer there but is still trying to help us get to the bottom of this. However, the general sales manager has gone radio silent in responding to me. I was given a story that the rotors were turned, not replaced. However, when I showed him the text messages from the service department and the sales associate that they were supposed to have been replaced, the story kept changing. Ive received nothing but lies and excuses. We just want to be reimbursed for the cost of the rotors and labor to replace them. The GM wont return any single phone call Ive made to him. This is a huge disappointment and by far one of the worst experiences weve ever had with a dealership. DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Salesman Charles Ray was very patient with our test drives. There was no hassle about payments, got a great % rate, had multiple payment plans. Service was excellent.
My sales person Eliotte Mercado helped me track down and get into a nice used vehicle and also get a warranty for a reasonable price. He is also helping our business with acquiring cargo vans. We will continue to use Eliotte at MB to purchase both personal and work vehicles.

Its just amazing that when I dropped all of that money and purchased my cars you felt obligated to extend professional courtesy, but now that I just need to have an annual service, your professionalism and customer service is just deplorable. Extremely poor service dept. I tried to call to check up on my car and NO ANSWER. Finally had to call sales and when they transferred the call to the service dept NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK. I sent a wrecker and towed my car to a repair shop. Bob King Mercedes dealer is the BEST.
Tire air pressure was low. I was able to stop into the service department without an appointment. Tire pressure was corrected and I was in and out in very quickly.

I cant not speak any higher about a dealership than Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville. Greg was the boss when we came in and Joel was our salesman. They two of these gentleman were true professionals! Joel didnt harass me when I showed interest just let me know that he was there for us if we had any questions. When we came in for our test drive Joel had the car off to the side ready for us to drive. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all! Through the entire process he told us he just wants us to get what makes us happy and anyway he can help make that happen he is happy to do. We had some reservations but the presentation from Greg with the break down of what the car we wanted was being sold for by them and then the same ones with in 75 mile radius they were one of the top prices. I was very upfront and explained where we wanted to be out the door and we all came to a number that made us all happy. By far the best experience i have ever had with a dealership. They are not there to take your money they are truly there to help you make your car buying dreams a reality and if its reasonable then your good. Do not waste time anywhere else see them I know that I wlll and I will make sure all of our friends and family know about them. Thank you for being a honest and friendly dealership in a town that is known for taking advantage of people.
Whenever I bring my car to the Mercedes dealership for service the folks in service are always professional and courteous. I traded my 2016 C300 in for a 2020 GLA 250 and Ward Macinvaille helped me through that process. He was very professional and patient. He made sure my needs were met.

Great team, terrific owner, their service has been exceptional. MB delivery was frustrating as we waited on our car for 5 months, after the notice that it was built..........”awaiting a part”. COVID I’m sure affected that delivery as many sub contractors were likely shutdown.

Never before have I been treated with such negativity and disrespect. The sales staff clearly had no interest in working with me. I guess if I wanted respect I should’ve shown them my brokerage account statement. The stereotype I had of Mercedes-Benz being stuck up definitely was reinforced with this experience. I will not be returning.

Just took my car in recently to only pay for what I seen Nothing 2500$$ to tow it back home they suggested 800$ worth of work to replace a 10$ part I question there honesty they charge way to much for service here
I purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership in the past 5 years, and I get a 3rd MB vehicle serviced here regularly. I am a return customer here for one reason- Mr. Jamie Johnson in the Service Department. Hes an asset to this dealership and the reason I continue to give them my business, even though I moved away and am closer to their competition. When shopping dealerships, it would serve you well to consider not just the price of the vehicle, but what kind of service department you will be returning to. BTW, congrats on the new building... its beautiful :)

Took forever for a simple alignment. They felt like my friends and i were being suspicious. Police came and said we were good to go. On the bright side the alignment was free...

The salesperson you get stuck with can and will determine if you have a good experience or a horrible one. Go see Joel, and you’ll know you’re in good hands. Take the mystery out of wondering if you’ll get a good salesperson when you arrive. The management was awesome too. Very personable and genuinely appreciated having me visit their dealership. I ended up buying an inexpensive, preowned vehicle and you wouldn’t have known by the way I was treated. It’s very clear you’re at a luxury car dealership. 5 stars without a doubt!
I’ve had multiple visits to this dealership, TBH each time i went there was a pleasure. Very warm and friendly people. The service is second to none. This is the only dealership where they went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of, right down to the smallest detail.

My check engine light came on previously, made an appointment for an oil change Where I waited for 3 hours, that costed me $273.00. My car was inspected & additional fees were added.i started my car, the engine light was off. 3 hours later it came back on. called & stated the issue, had to make another appointment where they checked my C300 and nothing was done about my engine light, and insisted on me paying $155.00 for “only” a diagnostic check. meaning not doing anything to fix the issue. Brooke was rude to my fiancé during the process. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership for car service, find a local shop
If could rate lower than this I would. Customer service was horrible. Salesperson was overbearing and aggressive. We did purchase a vehicle from them. We travel a lot and picked up the vehicle and headed out the same day. Due some issues with the vehicle we had agreed that they would send us the parts and they would reimburse us for the labor at another dealership. Well after we had the work completed and sent them the paperwork, they have yet to respond and still after repeated attempts to resolve this issue they will not be bothered to respond to us. This has been ongoing for a couple of months now. After having some additional work also done to the vehicle it has now failed and the vehicle had to go back in the shop. As once again no response from this dealership and not attempt to make their mistake correct. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from here at any point. Once you sign on the line you are on your own....warranty or not.
