Superior is the name of the business but, superior is the quality of care I received!!!!! So it was easy as setting on the couch, going to there website, Juan was my salesman that seen I had a question on purchasing a new vehicle. Instantly was he on top of it, messaging me back, answering my questions, making sure my needs were met, as far as the right payment, the right vehicle, the right trade in value, sales tax, tinting, any and all my request was met ABOVE and BEYOND! Juan and Justin in sales, including Adam by getting me my weather mats, and putting them in was WONDERFUL! They made every part of it work with my schedule on my time and on my money! We had a great experience with the salesman over a facetime to see the aesthetics of the car. Sadly, they never followed through in the facetime for the mechanical piece. We recieved the car after several canceled deliveries to find a laundry list of issues... including: warped rotors, front pinion seal leak, ac compressor leak and ac blowing warm, exhaust leaking from cut and poorly welded flange, and other minor issues.. none of which were disclosed. Kim, the online sales rep, who was extremely responsive leading up to the sale, has stopped responding to phone calls since my husband notified them of these issues and asked for them to pay for replacement parts. Since my husband is a mechanic we are only asking them to pay for the parts at cost (not marked up retail prices) so he can do the repairs. Kim informed him through a text message today that the vehicle passed their safety inspection with all of these issues and they will not reimburse us for anything.
I really like my new Nissan Rouge that I just purchased through the superior Nissan in Fayetteville. I had a nice experience dealing with the sales people, and highly recommend buying at superior. Superior is straight forward, no funny business, or trying to cheat you on the vehicle you are purchasing. My father and sister also bought vehicles from superior, and enjoyed the experience they had. Thank you Daniel Munoz for helping me find my Nissan Rouge!!!! I would definitely refer anyone family, friend, or stranger to Superior Auto Group to buy a vehicle. Everyone was so nice and helpful, welling to do their best to find the vehicle that I wanted.
I felt like Aaron cared about making sure we got everything we wanted for a price we were comfortable with. He wasnt pushy and he knew when to give us space to talk. Just upfront and honest unlike lots of dealers Ive dealt with. The finance guy Daniel was great at explaining our loan. He also explained in more detail about going to register our car and pay interest as we had just moved here from out of state and were unfamiliar with Arkansas registration & taxes process.
Monty at the Ford location was extremely helpful in getting us in a new Nissan Rogue for my wife. So much so that I returned to him 2 months later and got a great deal on a truck for myself. I would suggest anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle to go see him!
The frustration and lack of professionalism that came with trying to deal with upper management at this dealership(s) is something that anyone looking to purchase from them should be made aware of. They will agree to the majority of the terms that you approach them with and quickly take your deposit only to back peddle and take back the agreements they made with you prior to the deposit. Luckily I was able to receive my deposit back in full but be leery of any agreements or promises they make with you. I will never attempt to give any dealership associated with this company my business.
Doing what I do for living keeps me really busy I don’t have much time to shop for a car and superior made everything from the beginning to the end smooth and easy they worked with me every step of he way they answered all my questions explained every little detail and made sure I get a good rate knowing that I have little to no credit . They sold me a car that the transmission was bad in it. Now im spending 4300 to get it fix.Lets add to this now Jan 2021 im now having to replace the engine these people are terrible and i will never and would never suggest them. Their response to me was well you should have bought a warranty.
Absolute garbage. Called to buy a car over the phone. Made a deal and then the general manager got involved. We had a deal made and he wouldn’t sell the car. Literally. I had my credit union on the phone with them and they told us they wouldn’t accept the payment.
