It was a very hot day, late in the afternoon, and I was on the backside of the lot, car shopping with my friend. Mark Jones walked the entire length of the lot in the hot sun to check on us. Long story short, we BOTH ended up buying vehicles from Mark. The ENTIRE process was very smooth and worry free. Mark is an absolute professional and answered all of my questions. After the purchase he followed up to check on me. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone car shopping here. I also wanted to mention his sales trainee Ty Rich did a great job as well. During my time with finance, Kyle Henry, who handled all my paperwork, did a great job as well. Stopped by to have oil changed in my truck. As always this dealer knocks it out of the park. Waiting area is very nice. I had some studying to do and was no problem finding a quiet spot. The service writer told me it would be 1.5 hours when I arrived and my truck was done right on the money. This is a great place to buy. My family has been trading here for the last 5 years and something that stands out is the number of long term employees, even the sales staff which is very different from most dealerships. Yes I’ll be back and you should bring your Chevrolet here also. Ask for David Skeleton. He will shoot you straight.

I have never had to write a bad review for a company before because Im never disappointed with businesses in this town. I bought a branch new trailblazer in 2020, only because the dealership was desperate for used vehicles and they paid off my previous loan in full. I was thrilled to bring my fiance back in to purchase a truck, all for them to quickly glance through car fax without requiring initials and move us along to sign paper work, all to find out the truck had a bent frame that could have potentially caused more issues later or even a wreck. When j spoke with Denver he swore they test all vehicles before even considering putting them on the lot to resale, but if that was true, they would have discovered when driving the truck that it was severely messed up. When we asked for assistance to help fix this issue we went ignored. It took posting a review to get a response, that still went unanswered for a few weeks until a 2nd review was posted. They did try to justify and fix the issue with trading us out, which ultimately made our payment go up, so they offered to pay sales tax on this truck (we actually asked them to since we already put so much in the previous truck), all to find out they are refusing to pay for all sales tax and only cut the check for half the cost. The GM has finally just said he will take the bad review and move along. This dealership is all show and no follow through. Their sales people dont truly know much about their vehicles, they are rude and ignore you once you decide to make a purchase, and only care for what goes in their pockets than the safety of their customers. I didnt write a bad review on my own purchase from 2020 because I felt they made up for it in the long run, but I still feel people should know that they take forever to deliver the vehicle to you. I was the only person in the dealership after I accepted to purchase and sat there for 4 almost 5 hours, unchecked on, and ignored until finally the gentleman I signed my papers with happened to come out of his office and ask why I was still there. Then I still waited another hour to be able to leave. The service department was closed that day so it was only the detail guys who were working in the back but again, I was the only vehicle to work on.Im very disappointed I this dealership through and through. I will likely go back to Crain Hyndai when Im ready to purchase another vehicle because I never had bad experiences with them.

My rating was 5 Stars for the service they did on my car, but as of today if I had a option for zero I would. I asked my wife to go service my car and while she was in there to browse as we are looking to trade for a Truck and would like to stay with Chevy, but they rudely rejected my wifes attempts to look at the vehicles they had to offer and simply told her its best for her to wait for her husband as I own the car and they cant help her. Her only goal was to simply view the vehicles they had and she was neglected. So as of now we will be looking to leave the Chevy brand and will definitely not be looking to purchase from this dealership if at from the Fayetteville AUTOPARK because of this treatment they felt was justified towards my wife.

We come and was only planning on selling our truck!! We got greeted by Brandon and from then on felt like we were dealing with someone that has known us for a lifetime!!! Brandon was absolutely wonderful and was so patient and kind to our Nephews that we had with us (ages 2 and 4) he got them coloring books right away and that sure made them happy!!! I bought my Silverado at George Nunnally and the sales team was great but I always felt like the service department was too busy and my business wasnt important to them. My wife needed a new Tahoe and they had the perfect one in stock at Chevrolet of Fayetteville so I bought it there. One trip to the service department at Fayetteville and I have switched completely. I called about 3 vehicles, I was told they were available. I then spoke to the Fleet guy and he said they are not available. They are on the website, and I almost drove 60 miles because the first person I spoke to said they were available. The fleet guy then proceeds to say that they list vehicles on the website that are not available to make their dealership look bigger!! What? He also said that those decisions are made by folks that are NOT car folks. If you get on line, and want to buy a car, I would suggest that you have them write you an offer before you go. Do not just ask the first person, maybe get two or three people to verify. This Penske dealership has problems.

We went to the Fayetteville Auto Mall to buy a new vehicle. We stopped at the Chevy dealership to start, we had bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from them 9 years and 325,000 miles ago and was satisfied with that car. We had not decided what type of vehicle we wanted, we basically knew what we didn’t want. Mark and Kayla took the time with us allowing us to try different makes and models. They never pushed us in any direction only listened to our desires and knew all the product so well and they let us check out some Honda’s, Toyota’s, Nissans, and we finally decided on a new Chevy Malibu getting us an excellent deal! We will definitely be going back a 3rd time in about 10 years and 400,000 miles later if Jesus does not return before. My repair was performed quickly and the process was easy. I was provided a courtesy vehicle to use for the day so that my work was not disrupted, and I was able to pick my vehicle up by the end of the day.

This place is fast, friendly, and effecient. They got us in and out in around an hour. Most of the paperwork was done electronically. Our salesperson, Kendall was the only person who came up with a plan to meet my needs. The other half dozen salespeople I spoke.to in various other dealerships either never returned calls or were noncommital when it came to trying to get me what I was wanting to purchase. She was aggressive in a great professional way. I never felt pushed to buy though. The finance manager was friendly and casual but very streamlined. I stopped by the dealership to look as their convertible Camaros in July and instantly fell in love with a Garnet Red coupe they had in the showroom. I asked my salesman (JT) about placing an order for a 2SS Camaro convertible in Garnet Red. Just a few minutes later, he connected me with their person responsible for ordering and we built my dream car!We discussed and agreed to the price of the car and, of course, all of the options the car would have when it was delivered. They told me it would be about 2-3 months before I received my car and then we shook hands and I went home with a huge smile on my face.Right after my car was built the GM strike happened but JT kept me in the loop the entire time giving me updates at least weekly as my longing for the car grew larger and larger. The strike finally ended and my car was delivered in less than a week much to my surprise.When I arrived to take delivery, it was about as straight forward as it gets. The service is fairly priced (oil change is really a great price here compared to most), the staff is amazing—they’re the REAL kind of friendly, not fake friendly—and I feel totally taken care of by the whole team there. They bend over backwards to accommodate, and they make it look effortless. Above-and-beyond is just their norm. I didn’t even buy my vehicle from them (I moved here from another state), but they do service my car, and they will be the first ones I go to when I need a new one!

Ive never posted a bad review about anybody. Ever. But they deserve this. Second time theyve wasted our time coming down for a truck that they said was there, but had been gone for days. It was just a ploy. It gets old. Folks dont waste your time w this place.

I found a truck online had a price of 36,000 and some change. It was a nice truck so I inquired about it. The guy proceeds to say we have added some accessories to that truck and listed them I said yeah I seen that in the pictures you got it listed for 36 right. He gets back to me and says no those accessories add about 6,000 dollars. I said so you updated the pictures and not the price. He says we updated the price it just takes a few days to adjust. Im like dude thats not how the internet works and he says does for us! Im not sure why he was lying but maybe next time just say we made a mistake and forgot to adjust it its a little more believable. I would definitely be cautious buying a truck from these guys something shady going on.

I am in Missouri and looked at many dealers in the tri-state area before finding my exact match. My only hang up is the supply chain/logistics took a few extra days to get my vehicle from Texas to Fayetteville- but it wasn’t for lack of trying on their part. Kendall kept me informed with the latest information via text. I also had a trade and they worked with me on that deal too. Kyle was great and had the best “smartdesk” computer that made everything go really fast when signing. I would recommend their team to anyone in the market!

We placed a deposit on a car and drove 2.5 hours to visit. The car was dirty inside and out, it was a hybrid that was not charged and it had multiple cosmetic issues (dents, scratches, etc) that were not reported when I asked before visiting. The salesperson worked hard to compensate for the problems.

I was here two days in a row and the manager, Mike Peak, was not wearing a mask either day, despite signs on the door saying masks were required to enter. Only one employee was wearing a mask either day I went in, though he had it pulled down so Im not sure that counts. I was also quoted one price on the phone and then told one MUCH higher AFTER the work had been completed. My service agent fixed it, but I still ended up paying a higher price than I was quoted, and not because of taxes. I would not recommend this business to anyone I know.

So i wrote a review and got a response from the owner saying how he took my response seriously and requested that i send my info to him so he can contact me. I emailed randy twice and never received a call or email back. I expected more out of a dealership.
