They are very busy so please be patient. I would say overall they do decent work on your Ford vehicles. I have be waiting a lot longer for my vehicle to get back to me this time since there was a warranty issue. That has been a bit of a hassle with daily life but I have no doubt the work will be quality once completed.

Do not know they never returned my call to set appointment so I installed the ball joints myself

Needed another service on the Raptor and was advised that The Works is the best way to go. Even managed to use up some of my Ford Rewards points so it was nothing out of pocket! Vinnie was a great help in making it all go smoothly. Glad to see the new owners are interested in making a difference and you can see the changes over the past few months!

The had to replace a fuel filter that theyput on wrong the previous Fridays oil change which caused a diesel fuel leak.
