The girls did a great job piercing my 6 year old daughter’s ears (thank you, Micaela!) and giving me a beautiful tattoo (thank you, Gracie!). This shop is so clean and well decorated, gives off the most soft feminine vibes! Everything is well decorated and comfy, the staff are so sweet, overall I recommend this shop to everyone! I had my bridge piercing done by Michaela and it’s been 2 years and is still my favorite piercing, and it’s placed perfectly. I was just messaging them to get my first tattoo done a while back and the responses were unprofessional and they never messaged back when we were going to set up the date. Why entertain the idea with no intention of following through or could’ve let me know straight up that they didn’t want to do it instead of just never saying anything. Idk this was my personal experience with them and it didn’t go well when I had higher expectations for them then that.Don’t get me wrong tho the work I have seen done by everyone here is really good like that’s why you guys were my first pick originally of where I wanted my first tattoo done at I just I wish it went better.

I had a great experience! I originally went to get a septum piercing, but unfortunately had a personal problem while getting it done. However the staff handled it wonderfully and efficiently and I felt safe and welcome the whole time. I came back and I ended up getting an eyebrow piercing instead which was quick and efficient. The staff is super friendly and carefree while also taking their job very seriously. They truly care about the well-being of their customers. Highly recommend!

I love stigma ink. The ladies there are all so nice, professional, friendly, and do amazing jobs. Iv gotten several tattoos from them and they never fail to make me feel comfortable and give me a great new piece. The shop is so pretty, I love their decor and that they play music in the background. It makes for a really relaxing experience to get a tattoo. I got my first tattoo from Stigma, had the BEST experience, 1000% will be coming back, and here are three reasons why this shop is worth your time.1. The shop vibe? Immaculate. The shop is bright, welcoming, and covered with the artists artwork in a way that is not overwhelming.2. The artists are real people. They are professional, but relational. The picture doesnt do it justice. Had drove around visiting different shops trying to set up an appointment for my birthday. My usual shop were surprising jerks who said they wouldnt be able to do the design unless I made it 2X as large. These ladies didnt hesitate to say yes. I left feeling confident in making the right choice. And Chris did not disappoint on a tattoo that means the world to me! The atmosphere of the shop was so laid back and friendly.Would definitely recommend.

This store is so cute and cozy. I love the decorations and the relaxed atmosphere with the staff.I had my vertical labret pierced by a really nice person, her name was Kiki.Unfortunately, Im having to upload an edit of my review due to newly discovering the placement having been off a considerable bit.This was hard to notice up until now, 6 weeks later, as the length of the barbell made me uncertain, but I had been a bit skeptical when I got home to begin with.I understand, as it is a challenging area to get just right, but I believe it to be unsatisfactory and therefore am going to have to let it heal, perhaps to be redone some other time when I can afford it again. :(

Awesome place. I highly highly recommend for piercings. Pierced my nose at Brainstorm before but it was put in the wrong place and hurt to even try to repierce in the same location. Unfortunately I didn’t name of who did it & who helped because it was busy and quick. Though the staff was very helpful with placement and aftercare of my new piercing. They are so kind & amazing!

Had an amazing experience here. I scheduled to get my septum pierced online and even called ahead with questions and they were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and people here was absolutely lovely and they were very careful and attentive with ensuring I was comfortable the whole time. Overall I had a great time and love my piercing!

I received a daith piercing yesterday from someone who worked at Stigma and currently training (wouldve never known she was new and training by her attitude) Unfortunately the ball of the piercing came off after I arrived home and so I returned first thing today to get it put back on. Another piercer noticed the piercing was misplaced and we decided it was best to remove the piercing completely to avoid more issues later and redo the piercing later once healed or on the other side. I leave out of state very soon, so instead they refunded me completely and sent me home with their cleaning product for my ear. The team is great, friendly, and very sympathetic. Although an “oops” happened i will most definitely be returning once i arrive back in town to hopefully get it done correctly!

Dylan has a clean style with phenomenal detail. Beautifully done. Highly recommend his work 10 out of 10. Absolutely will be going back to him.

I cant rave about this shop enough! The piercer Karissa is so friendly quick, clean and overall a joy to be around. Her bubbly personality makes the pain of a piercing lessen because you cant help but smile and laugh with her. The shops owner Micaela is amazing and very knowledgeable. Micaela and Derek are awesome! I love Zodiac Tattoo Company, and their Cannabalm is great for a healing salve for tattoos, psoriasis, and lip balm! These are the most recent pieces I got there, the queen chess piece on Valentines Day and the watercolor geometric fox about a month ago, and theyre so cute!Every time I go into their shop, theyre friendly, lively, and professional about their work. They run specials at least once or twice a month and have some summertime specials for larger work, and I cant wait to have them work on more ink for me! Thanks, guys!

All mine represent certain times of my life so i dont just go to any tattoo shop. I research and research. With that being said, I love my tattoo and will be going back. They are all amazing. Guys, I know this is long. Please read before booking with this shop. Tldr; dont expect your appointment to be booked or honored.I set an appointment through Messenger, sent a picture of what I wanted. Discussed the price and that I would be seeing Kiki. Something happened and I needed to reschedule. When I *finally* reached someone I was told my first appointment had never been booked. Ok, thats unprofessional enough but mistakes happen. I set a new appointment and moved on. My appointment should be right now but instead Im in my car writing this. Why? Well, when I came in I had been booked as a piercing she (Kiki) now had a client she had been talking with for an hour about a piece and could I please come back another time. I told her no thanks and left. Unprofessional is an understatement and a kind one at that.Edit to reply to owner.1.My initial appointment was never canceled, this is a flat out lie. I have messages and phone records that show my initial appointment was booked and I spent a week calling multiple times a day to reschedule. I even tried Messenger since thats how you booked me. I almost went in to your shop in person, I was that desperate to reach someone. I wish I just stood you up instead.2. Kiki told me my initial appointment from Messenger was never booked. I have witnesses who were with me during this call, which I had on speaker.3. Less than 5 minutes late because I took the wrong turn. Hardly an excuse to take a walk-in over an appointment. (A walk-in time you advertised on Facebook 2 hours before my appointment. Just, why?) Even if I had been booked as a piercing, why was my artist setting up for someones tattoo? Would she leave the tattoo to do my piercing? Unprofessional.4. Please show me the footage of my fit, because that never happened. You are blatantly lying. I literally only said the words No. No thank you. And left. I didnt even make it past reception.5. All your replies to negative reviews have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. Show some accountability.

Karissa pierced my tragus, daith, and nose at the same time. I didnt even feel my tragus or daith! She was super supportive when my body started to reject the daith and helped me removed and clean the area properly so it would heal. She also helped when I wanted to replace jewelry. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Covid guidelines are obviously not being followed at all. The girl piercing my ears seemed distracted for the majority of the time. Earring backs were put on way too tight and caused irritation. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.RE: When I first came in no one was wearing a mask in the small and crowded building. Also, when I was checking out, the piercer took her mask off to talk to me. It was not something I threw in as a scare tactic. It is the truth. Very unprofessional response, but also not super surprising coming from you guys.

Everyone there is so friendly and really cares about your comfort. To get a septum piercing I walked in and hardly waited, and they made sure I was comfortable at every step. Their price was very reasonable and they changed the jewelry for me two weeks later. I would recommend them!

I came by to get my nose pierced, and even after some problems with the thickness of my nose, Kay was SO nice and encouraging. She did all she could to make it work, and in the end I came out with a beautiful nose piercing! I dont want to go anywhere else for my future piercing or tattoo needs!

Dan Reese did an awesome job. Got a chemical compound tattoo and his lines are near perfect. It looks awesome. He was very nice, and made both myself and my wife feel very comfortable. I would recommend him and Zodiac over Brainstorm.

I just got my industrial piercing done today!I was surprised they were open earlier than other places, with all of COVID-19 going on, but the staff was incredibly careful with pandemic-protocol. They had me come in at 5 and was able to take me in immediately; without any rush, I was in-and-out withing 15-20 minutes!I was super nervous, especially since Id come in alone and I absolutely dread needled. But Jackie was so sweet and talked to me throughout the entire process. Still hurt, but I was incredibly comfortable!10/10 service, 10/10 cleanliness, 10/10 qualityHighly recommend this place, especially if youre getting piercings. First of all, I got a great deal on a tattoo, I paid $100 for a at least $150 tattoo, follow their Facebook so you don’t miss out! But I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted, Derek was very patient and helped me finish up the design before we made the stencil. And then he executed the best result I could’ve expected. I love my tattoo, couldn’t be happier!

I had a pretty serious issue with an appointment when I originally wrote this review, but Micaela took the time to see me and talk to me about everything that happened. Im really glad to see that the artists here will take the time and care to listen to customer complaints and try to resolve them. Thanks for prioritizing conflict resolution guys, youre awesome!

Got a lip piercing done on 4-14‐21 by keke( forgive me if mispelled)!! She did amazing. Was totally comfortable with her! She even said shed help change jewelry of piercings done by a now closed shop! Highly recommended for piercings.

Two years ago to my review now, the owner himself did a shoulder tattoo of double skulls and flowers for me. I brought in a couple ideas for it and he put it together and cleaned it up perfectly first time around. It is still beautiful to this day. I later returned for a few smaller pieces that were on their reoccurring sales. Cannot wait to return for quality work from Zodiac.

Great experience at Zodiac! I had my nose and helix pierced a couple weeks ago and so far so good! Micaela is a rockstar; she was super efficient with the piercings and very helpful in answering all my questions. 5 out of 5 stars for her!The parlor seemed a bit disorganized and slightly dirty, but the piercing tools were clearly sterilized and clean. Definitely will come back for more piercings later!

I went in to get 3 piercings done as a walk in and was able to be seen within 10 minutes of being there, and the actual piercing experience took 30 minutes tops (part of that being due to me getting faint halfway through.) I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get work done. The pricing was extremely affordable, especially considering the level of service received.The staff were very friendly and the shop was very clean and professional. The piercer I had was very kind and friendly and made my first piercing experience go much smoother and faster than I thought it would. I will be recommending going here to friends!

Last Sunday I was out with my friends and I finally decided that would be the day Id get my first piercing. Thankfully, they were open on Sunday, and knowing what I know now, I will most likely be a returning customer. A few days after 2 of my friends passed away in May, from a car accident in Fayetteville. i called hours ahead, explained our situation and asked if they could do a small, and simple script tattoo on a few family members. they said it was fine and they would keep the shop open after hours for us. Showed up when we were told, and the lady (the owner) was aggressively throwing equipment around, had a nasty attitude, was VERY rude and had the audacity to say to a mourning family and mother “i know you guys just lost someone but i have a family to go home to” and i will never be able to forget those words. I immediately left the shop and broke down outside. Situation was handled very unprofessionally, and i was completely shocked.

This place is literally the best tattoo/piercing place i have ever been to. staff was beyond helpful and very well educated. the piercer, i didn’t catch her name, but she was super helpful in helping me fix an old problematic piercing and was super friendly while doing so. will definitely return for more here!

Micaela was absolutely amazing! I have really small ears and was worried about getting my tragus pierced but she was able to do it, no problem.The pain was almost non-existent. I will be going back soon for my industrial, very soon!

They don’t care if the customers are unhappy they just disrespect/curse at them. It’s very clear based of these reviews that this company only cares about themselves and their money. Hubby and I got tattoos for Christmas, the staff knew exactly what I wanted and they turned out great. Shop was clean and quiet. Color in my tattoo is beautiful and hubby loves his. Overall very good experience and we will be back.
