My brother went there to get his chain repaired. They had them come back 3 to 4 days later to pick it up. Decent service. Very nice store inside a mall.

If I could give hem a 0 I would times 2!!! I use to love purchasing from them until today. The lady that I dealt with had the worst attitude and instead of offering a different piece of jewelry due to her ordering the wrong item... she instead told me that they can offer me a refund and that’s all they can do. Will not return.

Karen at the Kiosk has the worst attitude. I felt completely humiliated. Because I was returning a necklace and charm due to personal reasons she stated that I just shouldnt buy anything. Then stated that I not come back as I walked away and held up an X with her fingers. Id give this review a 1 star but the other girls are absolutely amazing and always so pleasant and helpful but Karens bad attitude and poor customer service skills overshadow the experience. I really dont believe anyone with such poor people skills should be working with the public. I pray whatever is making her so bitter towards people gets better.
