On another note I recently came across some very disturbing info concerning a woman by the name of Ms. Betty. This person was discussing burning down a historic building in downtown Fayetteville while it was full of people of color and even offered to help pay for it to be rebuilt. Can u please confirm or deny that Ms. Betty Johnson Brown is associated with your business? If so as a person of color myself(indigenous) I find it horrible that such comments were made and will not be coming back if this is the case. Thank you...

Got my first nose piercing there. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. The space was very clean and staff were very nice and professional.

I came in with an idea, and my artist Shane, made it happen.He went above and beyond my expectations and dream of this beloved tattoo.He captured my love for my pet. 100% would recommend this shop.From front desk to artist, they are amazing!

I went to this place for a price on a fill in, fist artist they had me see made a negative comment about the tattoo that I wanted filled in. They had another artist look at it and he gave me the price and I scheduled my appointment. My appointment was at 4 p.m. I arrived at 3:30 for my appointment. At 4:30 I asked if I was going to be seen soon and they stated that the artist was almost done. I finally got to go back around 6:00 to the artist. He forgot what we had agreed on for the inside design so he finally found it. He started tattooing at 8:00. They close at 9 so at 8:50 he was right at done and told me to wait until it healed and schedule a touch up and he would finish the little bit that he had left. I scheduled my touch up and the appointment was at 6:00. I arrived at 5:50 I wasnt in the chair getting touched up until 8:00. After he started touching the tattoo up and finishing what he had started he told me that the woman at the counter told him that anything past 30 minutes on a touch up I was getting charged and he didnt feel like that was right. At 8:40 she came around telling him that she needed a cash drop from me. He finished at 8:50 and he asked her what she wanted to do and she stated that I had to pay for half an hour. I payed for the half an hour but was never directly told this was there policy. They want to charge you for every minute of there time but you have to wait on there artist free of charge even when you have made an appointment months ahead of time.

Waiting patiently for a tattoo from 530 everyone ahead of me went back as I waited. As it nears 8oclock I see several free artists but I keep waiting. Then two people after me are taken back and Im still waiting. I see two staff members whispering and one comes to tell me shes sorry I cant be seen today. My problem is two people after me were seen. Not to mention the lady who was working with me and took my information didnt have the decency to come back and tell me I couldnt be seen she sent someone else. Ive gotten 6 tattoos from here but I will not be back. My money and time is just as good as the others!!!

Been poked a few times here. High quality body jewelry. A little pricey, but worth the price as Ive had the jewelry for a long time. Haven’t had any tattoos here yet, tho.

Earl was the best there is! Hands down would definitely go back, he was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about tattooing African Americans. He is the reason I would get more tattoos.

A friend and I went to get tattoos and piercings. The young man who did the piercings was extremely professional, however, the tattoo artist was extremely rude. My friend and I knew what we wanted, but needed to make very minor changes. At that time, they did not have any appointments available (only walk-ins). After we waited an hour or so, the artist comes to talk to us about it. He was extremely rude and made the comment, “hurry up and make a decision by the time I go outside and smoke a cigarette or I’m skipping both of you.” Needless to say, we left and will not be back. They do great work, but the customer service is horrible.

I had an awesome experience... I had a small issue when I initially scheduled my appointment, but it was fixed without hesitation. Everyone us polite and friendly. The wait was ridiculously long honestly but with it in the end. My tattoo artist Mike was great... He hello keep me calm and relaxed because I have a fear of needles and I cant handle a lot of pain. He was very understanding and helped me fet through it with a smile on my face not to mention hus work is phenomenal. Ive always wanted this tattoo but was too afraid to go through with it... Im glad I chose this place to have it done.

Got my nose pierced here a year or so ago. It fell out recently and they put a new one in for only the price of the jewelry! (I’ve also gotten a tattoo here years ago)Clean place, awesome people, definitely recommend. Make sure you tip well, they are worth it!

I have gotten six tattoos so far at this shop and they are all amazing quality. One of my tattoos that I got two years ago still looks fresh and just like the day I got it. I usually have Tony do my tattoos as he does a good job and his playful personality distracts you from the pain. I would highly recommend this shop and its amazing artists!

I do like the overall shop environment however my experience was not good at all at evolution. I wanted a religious daytime sleeve designed with three different parts tied together. The entire inside of my arm was shaded in black ink and the clouds were done terribly wrong for a DAYTIME sleeve. The shading on clouds are supposed to be behind so the clouds stand out. He shaded in front of the clouds doing the exact opposite making the clouds darker on what was suppose to be daytime. I picked a artist name Earl Noble and his work was great he made a lot of things stand out in his catalog i looked at but i do believe he lacks in free hand background work or at least from what i sat through. I paid 1500.00 dollars in total and was shifted over to another artist because of availability. I really love art and tattoos but just disappointed in the lack of artistic ability in the sleeve. Also none of the background was drawn up at all so i had no idea on what it was going to look like until it was done. So for all my tattoo lovers make sure you get everything drawn up and you know exactly what your going to get. I trusted i was going to get a dope ass sleeve but it wasnt. Looking forward to getting it touched up some how by another artist.

Great experience, walked in off the street told the receptionist what I wanted to do and then she assigned an artist, after a brief introduction we looked at some ideas for a cover-up and collaborated on a final design. I went and got a bite to eat while Mike the artist Drew up the final design after returning to the shop Mike went to work almost four hours. Great work and very personable. Kudos Mike! A couple or years ago I got my daith pietcing with Nick. It worked and I no longer get migraines! Therefore, I went back for a flat piercing and of course I wanted Nick to do it again! Theyre always super pleasant, barely any wait, and leaves me always wanting to go back for more!

Called ahead, asked if they had an opening for me to get my septum pierced and was told I could walk in at any time, drove 45 minutes to the shop, just to be told by an employee who wasn’t wearing a mask that I couldn’t get my septum done because of COVID. Why not tell me over the phone that? Why not have a mask on if you’re worried about COVID?

This tattoo shop is unlike no other. The staff is wonderful and always very professional and welcoming to everyone. The tattoos are done at the highest quality possible and done at reasonable prices. Ive gotten many tattoos from this shop and have had absolutely no problems. My personal favorite is Tony. He does amazing work and has the lightest hand ever. The piercers are knowledgeable and are really good. With my experiences they kept me well informed and provided me with any materials I may need during the healing process. I’ve gotten 2 of my tattoos done here and my nose piercing and this is my favorite shop in Fayetteville. Everyone is always super friendly & both times were walk-ins and I was seem almost immediately. The environment is super comfortable and the artists both times were very professional and friendly. Their prices are great and every time I go I get some kind of goodie when I leave. As long as I live in Fayetteville, I’ll continue to get any ink and piercings here and only here.

Id been thinking about getting a piercing in my right ear for a long while. I went to Evolution Ink and asked some questions. The staff was super nice and took the time to answer my questions. They didnt rush me. I went to another tattoo shop in town and was NOT impressed at all. When we walked in, three employees were talking and didnt acknowledge us at all. It seemed as though we were interrupting them. When someone finally did speak to me, she rushed through the questions that I had asked her. I was shuffled between other employees to get answers. Needless to say we left and did not go back. The next day, we went back to Evolution Ink. When I walked in the door, I was greeted right away. The same staff was at the counter as the day before and they were very pleasant. I asked some new questions and again, they took the time to completely answer my questions and did not rush me. Nick did my piercing and he was very nice. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend Evolution Ink to anyone thinking about getting piercings. I will definitely go back.

I went to the shop today to get my daughter’s birthday tattooed under this AWFUL crown tattoo I got when I was 18. After talking with Jeremy Speak, he offered to not only add the date to my wrist under the tattoo but fix the awful crown for an amazing price. It was a cool place. The receptionist was nice cool atmosphere. Adrian, very cool & talented dude, did my tattoo he helped me put it on paper. It was quick in & out did not have to wait long. Only downside the price was pretty steep for how tiny my tat was. But overall the trip was good.

Everyone on staff is so sweet and accommodating. I was so nervous about my first tattoo and the designer drew exactly what I wanted. I also got a piercing here and the piercer was so nice and was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! 15/10 would come again!

Earl Noble is the best tattoo artist to go to hands down! He went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible in the studio and he took his time and truly got into my tattoo. He made sure every detail was accounted for and didnt just rush me out of there, he was very personable and easy to talk to. My tattoo looks amazing! We took my 6 year old here to get her ears pierced. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Lyn told my daughter exactly what she was going to do so that she knew. She did an amazing job. I have heard great things about this shop and decided to stop by to check out the artists work. Kayla was very helpful and I was able to review the artists work. I really liked Earl Nobles art style, and was able to meet with him. We discussed what I wanted, and I left feeling very comfortable with the direction we planned on for my sleeve. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. I’m stopped often and asked who my artists is, and I’m always happy to send these people to Earl.

Im so happy with my experience here! I was traveling from Texas and knew I wanted a tattoo while in town. I did a lot of research and decided to schedule an appointment with Angel. Just visited tonight with some friends for piercings. The studio was extremely clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our choices (even when I changed my mind once in the piercing room) and were very patient with us. Nicholas is so professional and does a great job talking you through the process and letting you know exactly what he’s doing. I didn’t get the two women’s names but they were also super helpful! Great place for ink, been here several times to have work done and have referred several people. I gave my daughter permission to get her first tattoo at Evolution Ink. Its a great place for those spur of the moment urges and just as great for advice and consult if you are not so spontaneous. They encourage patrons to follow up if you have a concern with your tattoo; everyone is so nice, their work flow is very efficient and professional. I love the atmosphere and most important their entire facility is very clean!

This tattoo shop is extremely spacious & clean. Usually tattoo shops prey on younger individuals, especially military personnel, but this place did not. Rico worked with my friend very patiently & made sure the tattoo was exactly what my friend intended on permanently getting on his body. He did a phenomenal job with very clean line work. His pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend this shop & ask for Rico!!

I am a Marine in Jacksonville NC and I drove all the way over to Fayetteville just to get ink from this amazing shop that my buddies in my unit were talking about. Evolution even gave me $50 credit off the tattoo for my gas to drive over. I have never been in such a clean and professional tattoo shop like Evolution Ink. Wow.I will be back with my crew to get more ink soon.

Took my daughter in to inquire about her 1st tattoo fir her 28th birthday coming up and had a great experience. Jessie in the front was very helpful and nice. She treated my daughter very well, answered all our questions, and was awesome. Cant wait for our appointment....Im sure theyll ROCK it if its anything like todays experience.
