Went this past weekend with my mom to get her a new mattress. Trey took care of her. Talked with her about what she was looking for and had her try several out to help make up her mind. Delivered that afternoon. Also went a couple years back and bought a matress for my daughter. Trey took care of me then too. Thank you for the good experience.

I thought that I was going to get my next day delivery. Like the sign said. Please, tell your customer up front first before she pays for the bed that you cant deliver next day. Thank You!

I was diagnosed with RA and have trouble with pain and mobility. I needed a mattress that was comfortable and economical. My sister has patronized A Good Night Sleep store for many years and referred me to them. I purchased the Queen size Serenity pillowtop mattress. I am very pleased with the comfort it gives and the fact that I now have a good night sleep. The store set up is simple and easy to get around to test the products. The price was less than the competitors. Chris was my salesman. He was polite, knowledgable and helpful. My husband and I purchased a cal king memory foam mattress a month ago, well they delivered the wrong size a standard king. We decided to keep it and we were told that we would be refunded the difference in the price within a week. Well needless to say a week has turned into a month. Every time I call I get the same story that they have to call the office and I dont hear back from them. I wont be purchasing anything from them again.

The Fux family and I just bought a king size Stearns and Foster set, the Maddison Leigh version!! We bought from the robeson store. Christopher Cole was an amazing salesperson and he was very knowledgable of the products and what really fits different sleep styles. I would recommend going to this store because of the hospitality and the great deal.I felt very welcome and Chris was not pushy! Plus the bed is so comfortable and really hugs every part of your body! We will be coming back and our parents are looking to buy now!

When I called to pick up two mattress covers the manager accused me of already getting them. Then said it was my husband, when I asked him what my husband looked like he said he was a big black guy. I told him no, hes a tall white guy, he said thats what I meant.....ummm, what? I said we needed to get the police involved because someone must have impersonated my husband and signed his name. He kept telling me no, no police that it was my husband. Then tried to get me to take two covers that were the wrong size and said I could use safety pins to keep them attached. I told him that is not what I purchased. He ordered them and put my in hold but I could hear him bad mouthing me over the phone. I later had to talk to his employees and told them what happened. They all told me that is how he is. They expect him to be that way every time. They all sounded miserable. I couldnt imagine working even one day for such a small man. Never again will they get my business.
