This HomeGoods is nowhere near as good as other ones. The selection is very limited and I can never find any furniture or decor there. I don’t know why other stores would get better merchandise, than this one. When I go into other HomeGoods it’s difficult to not want to buy everything in site, while with this one, it’s difficult finding something you want to buy. HQ definitely needs to give this store better merchandise. All HomeGoods should be equally great.

It was a rainy afternoon and the manager Laronda (spelling) gave two elderly ladies umbrellas. It was such a sweet gesture. I could say more nice things I witnessed but I’ll just end with the world needs more people like her.

We found an item we wanted and had a question about it. We got help quickly and made the purchase. Very good visit for us today. Thank you.

One of our favorite places to come to find all sorts of home decor items. The store flows pretty well, and had a very wide variety of stuff from pet supplies, to kitchen items, to decorations, to furniture. Whenever were looking for a specific piece to decorate a room, this is usually our first stop!

Love this store. Employees are nice, polite, helpful, and very considerate. Stores well organized. I found things that I didnt know they even had. Bought some wine glasses by Mikasa as a Christmas gift for friends and they were beautiful and affordable. My friends loved them. I also found some awesome kitchen gadgets and very nice lamps for my bedroom. Im glad they opened this store here, I dont have to go to Raleigh anymore.

Great selection and great deals. The staff is truly the best part about this location. Every single staff member I passed welcomed me into the store. The check out counter girl was also sweet. I felt right at home. Im definitely going to become regular!

There is always something amazing in Home Goods....Love it!!!

Love the goods. Last trip they had 2 cashiers, both with large orders. Help called. None came. 3 employees outside entrance saying goodbye as I left. It will be awhile before I go back.

Home goods is the place to buy decoration for your house. I love this place because is organized and the staff are nice and helpful.

I had to leave without purchasing the things I wanted because it was overcrowded with so many people in there at once, and the line was long and wrapped. There really needs to be better Covid precautions to help vulnerable customers who would like an opportunity to shop here. I dont live very close to the store, so my trips to get items here are few and far between as it is. I tried to see if I could at least do curbside pick up but the websites are down and Im not seeing this as an option through online. Its disheartening to find it being pillaged by that many customers at once and that there are not better measures to keep the store at capacity right now.

A bit pricey sometimes for items that you could find at Ross for cheaper but some of the finds are really sweet.

Very nice place to decorate your home, beautiful pieces at very reasonable prices....this stores allows you to never go to a smaller custom shop for decor, prices are usually 10 times higher....its truly Quality and Price that reins here....

This store is very small for our area. I wish they would have bought the Hobby Lobby store because the real HomeGoods enthusiasts have to travel to Charlotte twice a month to the Marshalls/HomeGoods store on Rea Rd. This store is stocked beyond your imagination. It’s in a ritzy area of town.The Shopping Center is very large with some high end stores and some notable stores as well like— Old Navy, Super Target, Famous footwear, New York and Co., boutiques, and great food choices. A Children’s play area and splash pad. Everyone leaves this Charlotte store with two to three carts full on every trip.

Lots of items to choose from. Kitchen, baby, clothing, food, bedding and linens. Very good prices

This store rocks!!! Lots of goodies and I know when new merchandise comes in. I’m at the store atleast 3 days a week!! The new store manager Yolanda is the best, she listens to you for ideas and she is always on the floor talking to customers and lending a hand. I would like to see atleast one pillow shelf turned into home decor because we need more of those items on the shelf. Also, more matching dishware sets. Instead of one set of 4 plates, salads and bowls let’s get in doubles of 8 of each. I would also like there to be more framed art and wall decor. I no longer have to drive to Raleigh, Durham or Charlotte twice a month for my extreme shopping experience. I really love the very kind employees especially Skylar. Skylar is very kind and helps you at the register and on the floor. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful as well. I hope this doesn’t change because Marshalls and TJ Maxx barely have anything and I don’t think the manager’s of those stores are keeping up with what the shoppers want or needs in Fayetteville. Thank you Home Goods for stepping up your game!!

Large selection of items to reform your homes theme or just picking up a gift for a friend. Customer service was friendly, attentive and very helpful. Very reasonable pricing on most items.

Wish there was more assistance with the larger items but overall a great location with usually lively checkout clerks!
