Best experience shopping for a mattress We’ve ever had. Recently purchased a purple mattress from Dale at this Store and he was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever when helping us figure out which model to get. He was also extremely knowledgeable when it came to general info on the mattresses/bases. I’ve never been a fan of mattress stores due to pushy sales tactics in the past but I highly recommend this place.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young man by the name of Trent. He was very professional and made us feel welcomed. He also made our choice of picking a mattress very hard. A most deserved recognition for Trent and Jessica. Both were able to always keep my wife and I in mind and adjusted according to our need for a mattress. My wife and I knew what we were looking for – T & J stayed quiet and listened to what we wanted (a lost trait in many salespersons). Also, T & J were effective in how they communicated the positives and negatives which helped us make our decision. T & J never pushed a sale on us and misled us about the product and services offered. I felt good about the sale and how T & J exuded confidence. I don’t think T & J will remember what my wife and I said, but they’ll certainly remember how they made us feel. The last thing I wanted in a salesperson was to feel taken advantage of, or as if T & J were not keeping my wife and I best interest in mind.My wife and I went to 2 other mattress stores on Skibo Road. One had us waiting for service over 20-minutes before we walked out. The other store had 1-person attempting to be a salesperson. I was the only person in the store. That person said he was the manager and showed an attitude of superiority, condescending, rude, obnoxious, and repeatedly told me to go to another store that sold cheap mattresses.There is not enough I can say about the positive and caring experience I had with Trent and Jessica. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nancy turned what would normally be an awful experience - up there with buying a used car - into a pleasant one. She took great care of my wife and me and I’m glad we decided to come into Mattress Firm on a random Saturday. Nancy took great care of us and met our needs with expert advice and empathetic understanding of our past mattress buying frustrations.

Staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in and had patience with us. We were up in the air about a couple different ones and they didn’t rush us or push us for a decision. We decided on the mattress we wanted and we were very happy with the process. We will recommend to friends and will use them again in the future.

Me & My Wife had such an amazing Sales Rep, Mr. Dale. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and walked us through how to identify the prefect mattress to our liking. My Wife loved how he was very informative and made sure that we tried every bed and considered the price as well. I personally liked how detailed he was with what each bed had to offer. He did not try to sale me something I didn’t want or the highest price bed. We highly recommend to get a bed from here!!!!

After a few questions from him concerning our sleep habits he directed us to two mattresses that may satisfy our desired sleeping preferences. We where unsure of what mattress we wanted not knowing anything about them. We went to the store at 7:30 and they closed at 8:00. Deanna was are sales person and she was the best. She was in no rush to try to sell us a a mattress so she could get a sale before they closed. She was very knowledgeable and new the answers of the top of her head. She told us to come back when we where free and try out a few more. She was not a pushy sales person and gave us plenty of space and time to think. My husband and I recently decided to take the plunge and invest in a good quality mattress. Walking into the store we had no idea what wanted, but Allyson immediately greeted us with a very warm welcome and walked us through every step of the way. She was very patient with us as we asked way too many questions and tried out numerous beds and fancy pillows. Our mattress was delivered after four days and then the following week we received our mattress protector and pillow that we had bought. The gal who helped me was wonderful. I came in looking for a pillow that would support my neck and shoulder as I have multiple issues that make it painful to sleep. She brought me every pillow at let me try them all. The one I chose was out of stock so she ordered it right away. My wife did a lot of research before we went shopping for mattresses, so we decided to start our in-person search at the place she liked the most. We were greeted by Nancy when we entered the Mattress Firm on Skibo in Fayetteville, NC and she asked us the most important questions right off the bat, mainly about price range. After learning what we had in mind, she showed us the mattresses that fit our needs. We tried out a mattress, which we liked, and then decided to try lying down on some others. We wound up selecting a slightly higher quality product than we had first decided to buy, this after Nancy had described the differences in the composition of the mattresses and told us where each was manufactured. We then decided, after she had explained the advantages, to buy mattress covers.To make a long story short, Nancy could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or pleasant. She has a great sense of humor and made us at least believe that she genuinely enjoyed us. She has the ability to make strangers feel like friends in two minutes. Though I dont want to jinx the next step in the process (our delivery isnt until tomorrow), I can say for now that we could not be more satisfied.

The salespeople have been great. My problem is that we came in your store on March 24th and picked out our split king mattress. We were told they were in the warehouse and we made $100 deposit because we didnt have an exact delivery date yet, once we financed them we had a delivery date for May 17th, then May 31st, then June 24th, then June 28th. Now its the 28th and were being told July 9th. We have been without a bed, sleeping separately for over a month.The warehouse is in NC, why is our mattress taking so long?At this point not being told originally that it would take months is unacceptable. We have had to rearrange our lives 4 times now, plus getting awful sleep. Can someone please explain to me how this is good customer service for a three thousand dollar product?

When I was in the store buying a pillow, two black fellows came in the store and one wanted to make a payment. The older white lady working there, treated him really bad and he was so kind. He finally asked for his card back and didn’t make the payment. Even though he was cooperating, she tried her best to make him feel like he was horrible! Secondly, the black lady that helped me was very kind and helpful but when I got home and looked up my pillow, I saw she charged me the regular rate, but the internet had a discounted rate, which I did not get, so I asked her why I didn’t get the discounted rate. She said she didn’t know about the discount on that pillow but said she would apply it to my Synchrony Home Credit card. Otherwise, I love the pillow!

I was helped by Dale and he took good care of us, making sure we knew all of the different features the mattresses had. It felt good knowing he helped us get the best deal.

I went in today to purchase a new mattress for myself. As soon as I walked in, I got a warm welcoming from Holly and Jimmie. Right from the get go, they answered all the questions and showed me all their options. Holly was phenomenal. This was my first time buy a mattress, so naturally, I asked a lot of questions. She didn’t make me feel stupid at all, and she made sure I was informed. She took the time to research the best option for me on regards of brand and pricing. She made my first mattress buying experience wonderful, and she saved me thousands of dollars. I definitely recommend this location, as well as working with Holly. Very satisfied.

The salesman Dale lied to me about them picking up my old mattress. Said they would pick it up but when the delivery man arrived the first thing he said was that they wouldn’t be able to take it due to the condition of it. This was not stipulated at the retail store. I called the store and was told that there was a stipulation.... my reply was you got paid in full and took away my right to shop elsewhere by not being forthcoming regarding pick up. I will never give this store my business again. Liars!!!
