I am completely disappointed with this hair style. I came in for a simple style,6 jumbo cornrows pulled up in a bun. I showed the stylist the photo of the style and she still couldnt get it right. The cornrows were okay but the bun was awful. The owner seemed very upset because I didnt like the bun and told the stylist to just let me tell her how to put the bun up, well if I could do the style myself I would have saved my money and did just that. My stylist was very kind and tried her best to get the bun right but she just did not know how to do it. I was not offered a discount or a redo. Needless to say I will not patronize this business again. Please dont waste your time or money!

I’m new to the Fayetteville area so this is the only salon I’ve been to for braids. However, they’ve set the bar so high that I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My daughters and I all have thick hair AND are tender headed, but I can assure you that Nia Soule lives up to their Ouchless claims!! We can pull our hair up without discomfort from day one! Not only have we been satisfied with the outcomes of our hair, but the customer service is impeccable!! During our most recent visit I made a last minute appointment and they were graciously accommodating. They even worked with me and my budget to ensure that we could get styles we wanted without breaking the bank (braiding three heads of hair at once can be costly!) The salon’s atmosphere is clean, pleasant, and relaxing. It’s obvious that customer service and satisfaction is at the core of their business. I would highly recommend Nia Soule for all of your braiding needs!!

This location is less professional than the one in Norcross. Every time I make an online appointment in advance using THEIR system, I get a call the night before or the day of with someone trying to change the time. Ive already scheduled time to be at the salon, Ive scheduled childcare, Ive planned my day around the appointment, and yet they can never stick to the times listed online. Most recently, I scheduled a 9am appointment, but when Im halfway there (driving in the pouring rain at 9 months pregnant), I get a call asking if I can come at 11am. Like, do they think I have nothing else to do than wait around all day? I NEVER had this problem with the Norcross location. I only started coming here when we moved to Stockbridge from Decatur. Im taking my business elsewhere. What was supposed to be a 3.5 hour appointment turned into 6 hours! I was there from 8:55am until 3p-- granted there was one person working on my hair until around 1ish, and the second one who came later in the day was working so slow and spending most of the talking on the phone. Again, Im visibly pregnant, and Ive been sitting in a chair all day. This was beyond ridiculous. They did a great job on my hair, but they definitely dont value your time.

When I arrived at the fayetteville,ga location. I was pleased to see that ALL the stylist were wearing masks. The shop was never crowded. I really loved how Andrea didnt grab the roots of my hair really tight,how most braid shops do. The BEST thing I really enjoy is earning points on every service that you I get. They are also fast and professional hair braiders, very neat.

It was my first time visiting this salon yesterday, and only my second time ever having my hair braided. I was completely satisfied! Patricia did an amazing job, as well as the lady who came to help her at the end. It was painless and fairly quick, considering my hair is pretty long and thick. The shop is clean and inviting. She was patient with me while I decided exactly what style I wanted. I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you, ladies!

Ive been to Nia Soule Salon several times and I will continue to be a customer. My edges never suffer any damage because they dont braid too tight. I can literally pull my braids up the same day. The atmosphere of the shop is awesome, very relaxing and clean. Ive been in shops that were not well kept or clean, so this shop has been a breath of fresh air. The owner is so sweet and will listen to any concern you have and address it accordingly. If you havent given them a try, please do. :)

My wife was extremely nervous to get her hair braided during this pandemic. The salon was clean & Bukola did a great job on her hair. She wore a mask, washed her hands and all equipment. It was just her and My wife in the salon so She was very comfortable. Bukola braided her hair and it wasn’t tight or painful, She even went to sleep. Great job!

This establishment is clean, professional and friendly. I travel over an hour to get my braids done and it is worth it every time. I cant wait to I have the opportunity to go back. I have been a client for over a year.

I took my 10 year old to Nia Soule in March and since then, my mother and I fell in love with how long her hair lasted and the professional experience we had. My mother got her braids in May and I got my Senegalese twists on Saturday. We are truly HAPPY clients and will keep coming back for our braiding needs. Maria is always attentive and resourceful and she exudes excellent customer service. She has trained an exceptional staff of professionals. Make sure if you go, it’s on a Saturday. They play the best African music and everyone has the cutest dance moves. They never overbook and they always take you at the time you’re scheduled. Very impressed!

The shop is clean, employees and stylists are professional and my twists are always fabulously done. They have early morning appointments and are very accommodating. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and music. Today was 3 1/2 hours of spiritual upliftment that I loved and needed.

I had a fabulous experience at Nia Soule Salon in Fayetteville. I have had my braided there twice in the past 2 months and both experiences were wonderful. Maria, the owner, was very professional and answered all my texts and calls in a reasonably time frame. She went above and beyond and repaired the damages I had done when I foolishly cut the ends of my braids. I thought all hope was lost, but Sandra curled the ends and made me one satisfied customer. On top of all of that, Maria repaired my braids at no additional cost to me. I have not had my hair braided for over 10 years, and that experience was okay. They braided my hair very tight and I am tender headed, had my edges very tight and bumps formed around my braids. Here at Nia Salon, Ouchless Hair Braiding definitely says it all! They know what they are doing and my head is not in pain! Im very satisfied with my hair and the ladies do it in a timely manner, and make you feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!

I hadn’t gotten braids in years and decided to get crochet braids. My appointment was at 7 am and she was late in getting there, once she arrived it was a quick and easy process. The only problem is they started to fall out after being home 5 minutes and now I’m on vacation in Jamaica and half of them have fallen out and the rest probably will follow and it’s only day 3. So disappointed and this really had the potential to ruin my vacation but instead I’ll just walk around with half my head braided and a trail of hair as I go from the beach to the pool. I would tell you to do more research. I’ll be taking these out in 4 days which was a complete waste of time and money.

I have been bringing my daughter here for years. They move fast and my daughter said she didn’t have a headache so they wasn’t very tight. I have always asked for no knot around her edges and they do it. The owner Maria has always been pleasant and knowledgeable.

My experience here was ok. I will not be returning for service in the future. First and foremost, I set an appointment online and they followed up with me and told me to ensure that my service would be provided adequately. I was told that it would only take 3 -3.5 hours to get my box braids done and that my total would be $160. The day before my appointment, a text confirmation was sent and I confirmed. I arrived the day of my appointment, which was at 6 a.m. right around 5:55 a.m. The lady didnt show up until 6:10 a.m. after I called to see why they were not there yet. They did not start on me until 6:30 a.m. and it was only ONE person doing my hair. The second person came in around 7 a.m. and around 9 a.m. one of the two ladies stopped working on my head to attend to another customer which left ONE person on my head. Mind you I do have a lot of hair and it is long but there is no excuse as to why I was not done until 11 a.m. even though I was told it would only take 3-3.5 hours initially. Also while I was there, one of the ladies did not make the braids long enough so she had to go back and add hair and it doesnt look good. Also some of the braids in the back were not put in tightly so it is already loosening up and I got them done just two days ago. I also had to make it a point that I needed to leave soon just so they could work faster on my hair and they blamed me for it taking so long. They told me because I changed the length and because I have a lot of hair that I was there for longer than I anticipated which is never okay for a business to do. The last shop that did my braids were done in 3 hours so I didnt want to hear that. Needless to say I am not pleased and will be sure to go to another establishment that is more concerned about my needs as a customer.

I have been here multiple times, and they are always very professional and most of all, sweet. They accepted a 5:30am appt for my daughter to get her hair braided. I love this place.

My braids did not hurt. They were very professional. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. And I definitely will recommend and I plan on making my daughter an appt very soon.

Took my husband here to have his hair braided. Very unprofessional, acted like they did not want our business & were uninterested in providing a service. It was like we inconvenienced them as soon as we walked in. They did not put any type of locking gel in his hair, condition his hair, or want to finish his braids with rubber bands. The woman braiding did not even seem to know what she was doing. The hair was already coming out of the braids by the time he returned home. I dont recommend this shop & definitely wont be returning.

I love coming here to get my hair done, very relax atmosphere, everyone that work in the shop is very professional and courteous, they are called ouchless braiding and that holds true. It has been years since I have gotten micro braids because I would leave these braid braidshops with a bad headache along with my edges being damage from all thepulling on my head. What makes Nia Soule stand out above the other braid shops is that you do not have to worry about leaving the shop with a bad headache or being concern about your edges falling out, they make you look your best pain free and your hair edges and all are still intact.

They always do a good job. Been going here for years. The only complaint I have is that the last time I went to get box braids, the ladies braiding my hair were exceptionally slow. Took 6 hrs and I had 2 people working my hair.

The best braiding experience Ive ever had! I had two braiders and it only took about 4 hours. I didnt have to take pain relievers afterwards and I was able to wear my hair in a braid out after taking out my braids. Will be returning!

This place was straight up TRASH! Before even going I read some of the reviews, as I usually do, and they were pretty good. However my experience was horrible. I never in my life had someone do my braids so terriblely. I even had the lady try again to fix it but there was no fixing the horrible work she did. So I just had her remove the braids and I walked out. There was no way I was paying my money for something that bad.

Always does a great job on my hair, Way better than other nearby braiding shops.

To all my natural hair ladies. STAY AWAY from this establishment if you value having hair when everything is said and done! In the month of February I decided to visit this salon ( Fayetteville location) to get Fulani braids for my birthday/ Vacation. I have kinky 4b natural hair yall. When I arrived to the salon my hair was already washed, deep conditioned, detangled, and moisturized. It was already sectioned off into 4 sections to make it more easy on the stylist. Yes my hair was slightly damp because I did all this the morning of going to the salon. Anyways when the stylist looked at my hair I shouldve know that she was overwhelmed and didnt know where to begin with my natural hair.She reached for a blow dryer with the comb attachment on the end. I dont blow dry my hair EVER!! So stupid of me to sit there and allow this lady to rip through my hair with this damn blow dryer. She kept making comments like whew too much and frowning up, stating that I put too much product in my hair like she was disgusted. I told her I sealed my hair with shea butter because I knew I was putting my hair in a protective style for several weeks. She gave me a fake smile like she understood.You all might talk about me because even after that my stupid butt decided to stay in the chair. So anyways this lady then decided to whip out a RAT-TAIL comb to detangle my hair with . I HAVE 4B HAIR! Would somebody tell the stylists at this salon you cannot detangle someone with type 3 or 4 hair WITH A DAMN RAT TAIL COMB!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways I dont know why I subjected myself to this foolishness but I did. Guess I really wanted to be cute on my birthday trip in Central America. But anyways, I let her braid my entire head (Stupid). The braids were beautiful! Thats the only reason they get one star. I kept the braids in for 4 weeks. When I took them out I HAD BALD SPOTS!!!!!! Through out my head and On my edges! And thats the end of my review. NATURALISTAS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CURLS AND KINKS. you wont have any hair to go back to after the style comes down. So much for OUCHLESS braids!

Very disappointed...The braider never showed up for my appointment after they asked me to come in early. Waited for 25 minutes. Not acceptable considering Im a returning customer. Not anymore. This is the second instance that this has occurred.

This place is all right . the last time I went, the lady had threatened my friend saying don’t record me, even though she wasn’t recording . they kept on being disrespectful to my friend for no reason. as well, when I was getting my braids, they hurt anddd she stopped midway to sing a whole song, which is unexeptable while they were singing there were also dancing and she had my braid in her hand while dancing which hurts bc she was pulling and pulling ! she also told my mom too different prices and the prices outrageous! and they didn’t even do the style I wanted and did these small braids unexeptable 🤦🏽‍♀️. the place is really decent just not the people there and they don’t strive for hair care, they strive for money reasons .

This place is awful. They over charged me for one and then the quality of the braids are dreadful. I got my hair done a week ago and the braids are unraveling and most of my hair in the back is coming out. I would not refer this place to anyone. Stay away!
