This place is terrible. I bought an item in 2 different brands because I didnt know which one my husband wanted. The one he didnt want was never opened and literally untouched. The one he wanted was 13.99 and the one he didnt want was 8.99. I took it back to see if I could exchange it because I knew these type of stores dont really do returns. The dude tells me they cant take chemical products back due to Covid 19. First off it was an unopened box of Beigen secondly what does Covid 19 have to do with returning stuff. Its time for these businesses to stop taking advantage using the covid 19 hooplah. I will never patronize this store again, Ill drive clear across town before I step foot back in those doors. Be careful if you decide to buy from them otherwise I would say dont, dont, dont do business with them.

The are always friendly and nice. And have a variety of hair I like.

Customer service is always nice and quick. I just wish they would carry tropic isle hair products.

This has nothing to do with their business but every time I come in the lady or man yells at their children. It is very uncomfortable. I do not want my son to see this while we shop for our hair supplies.One girl is very helpful and works very hard, she has helped me before. The man and lady are rude. I do not like shopping while feeling uncomfortable.

The prices here a pretty good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like to go here because they usually keep everything stocked and if you cant find something the staff is helpful. This is one of the better beauty supply stores in Fayetteville.

For a long time I’ve shopped here because it was convenient for me however due to the past couple of instances with the Woman Owner. First time I came back to EXCHANGE bundles of hair that were not my color and the woman refused to let me do so and made me repurchase another pack. Second time I always get military discount here and she refused to give me military discount on my purchase. Overall their service isn’t worth the prices they over charge for items I can get at another beauty supply stores who value my money and don’t waste my time.

As with all Asian beauty supply stores, they watch you like a hawk cause youre black, it was my 1st time in the store and I was very uncomfortable, got what I needed and left asap. This place was my go to but I went in yesterday looking for a new wig, I seen the sign that said 5 wigs were the limit. I bought the wig cap and began trying on wigs after a while the woman came and took one of the wigs back for me and then started questioning how many wigs I tried on. After she realized I reached the 5 limit she said I was done and couldn’t continue. Me assuming I would have to buy another wig cap told her that I understood and was trying to get 50 cent out for another cap but she said I couldn’t try on more wigs PERIOD. Like why? As long as I buy more wigs caps why can’t I try on wigs until I find the right one for me? So I left and went elsewhere and bought wigs there. They lost money from me yesterday. I’ll still go because they have the things I need but they should definitely change the wig rule, it’s ridiculous.

Was in the aisle facing the guy at the register and felt him staring at me getting impatient because I couldnt make up my mind--I left without purchasing because I didnt appreciate being rushed and then he had the nerve to get an attitude. Luckily, I found another beauty store close by and the Asian guy there was very friendly.

Shopping here I can tell my dollar doesn’t matter and there are WAY too many beauty supply stores that I can give my money to in Fayetteville that will appreciate my shopping at their place of business. I generally shop here due to convenience of location but I’d honestly rather travel 20 minutes across Fayetteville which is what I will be doing from here on out.

I like going to this store because it is convenient to my house, but I hate the fact that when you walk in and look around the guy automatically starts watching the cameras. My daughter picked up a bottle of gel as I was looking at hair spray and he ran over there telling her to put it down because she could break it. And in my head Im thinking if she breaks it I will buy it... I was so mad about that because I felt he was watching us to see if we was stealing and Im nowhere close to being a theft. I wanted to walk out after that but I needed some other things so I still ended up spending 45.00. Ugh

The husband didnt cut lace front correctly. Gave specific preference, cuts lace too far back again. Ruined the natural effect. This was the second occurrence:(

Let the shoppers shop and stop stalking the paying customers. Felt so bad for them.. Workers kept yelling dont touch this and dont touch that.You say that its hygiene but I touched the hair to feel the quality and no one said anything to me but just pin pointed that one group of ladies that were in there.

Poor customer service there were three Clarkson the store when I walked in and a police officer. No one asked me what I needed so I went over and asked a clerk for help. She wasnt busy at the time but she was talking to the police officer she directed me to the wrong aisle. After I went up and down the aisles for a few minutes I went to the person that was back there with the wigs. He was also very disinterested. The conversation with the police officer must have been very interesting because both of the clerks out front where highly engaged with him. Needless to say I purchased the wrong item and the hair that was up front for sale someone has switched so I got the wrong hair. If someone would have checked they would have noticed that. So needless to say Im out of $36 hair and wrong color dye.

Good selection, female owner was very helpful and knew about the products she was selling and didnt try to up sell me or get me to buy items I didnt want.

Brought several hair products from K Beauty Supply located in Hopemills NC. i first found some of there prices a bit higher then some of the other Beauty Supply stores in the area, however i still purchased some afro hair at $41.99 per pack, well 3 days later i went to my stylist shop to get my hair done, the hair had been in the same bag it was purchased in and remain in the car the entire time, when my stylist went to open the hair she realized that it was bugs all through the hair we then immediately wrap the hair back up placed it back in the bag that it was bought in and tied it up. I had to purchase more hair from the area which my salon was in thinking that I would just return the hair to K Beauty Supply Store the next day. I went and explain the situation to the workers and the owner of K Beauty Supply Store and they would not give me a refund. They took down the rest of the type of hair that I bought and opened it to check for bugs they never told me whether the rest of the hair had bugs they just took it off the shelf. They refused to give me a refund because of store policy. They wanted me to get store credit or to get different hair that I did not need. I advise anyone to stay away from this location because bugs crawling in hair is unsanitary, theres no telling if other wigs and braiding hair has the same problem. They refuse to rectify the situation with a sensible solution, even after agreeing that the packs of hair remained stored on thier truck for a long time while being shipped. I was so happy that my stylist did check the hair or else I would have had bugs crawling in my hair. please use a different beauty supply store.
