Not our best visit. I ordered the bacon and egg combo with Reeses pieces pancakes and was told they didnt have Reeses pieces 🥴. Really? Reeses pieces pancakes with no Reeses pieces? I asked for crispy bacon and it was burned black and I mean charcoal. My husband ordered a bacon and cheese omelet. Most of the bacon was burned except for 1 piece that was raw. The eggs were overcooked, the bottom was brown and crispy and there was only cheese in the middle. He tried to eat it but couldnt. The server was fine, she did offer to get other bacon for me.
The absolute worst. Girl named Ana in returns is the worst. We bought our lumber and all materials for a new privacy fence from them. We were left with 16 60 lbs bags of cement that we asked them to come get as a return and agreed to pay the $75 pick up fee after Ana even asked about the size of our gate. They showed up for the pick up but never picked it up due to the gate. So I had carry it all by myself and just had hernia surgery. We went to dispute the $75 charge and Ana had us wait for 2 hours no joke. She said the charge was refunded but guess what? We were still charged. I’m so upset with the whole thing I will never shop at Home Depot again. So now I’ve had to have hernia surgery and I’m out the $75 for nothing and wasted my two hours at the store. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Home Depot the best prices plenty of people in the store to help me find what I need and that makes a difference
Not sure what to say except that they generally have what I want and the price is reasonable. Every now and then there is a price discrepancy between them and their blue competitor so it is worth comparing. The staff are helpful although finding one near the back can sometimes be a challenge. Thumbs up from this customer.
I swear I was at Lowes walking around getting no help almost getting ran over by power equipment. Isles blocked off that had no power equipment on them or associates. In three different aisles for 7 to 10 minutes each not a single bit of help. Dropped products out of my arms in front of employees whom watch me try to pick them up with my arms full. Then whenever I went to check out at their one and only check out with a human the human wasnt there.
We are normally a Lowes family, but we did some comparison shopping and ended up buying a new propane grill at Home Depot. The prices and quality were just better at Home Depot. The person who assisted us was helpful, cheerful and quick. All in all it was a great experience.
We had a great time there. I bought some ceramic tiles and got a great deal on Elmers glue All for my mosaic work. I actually paid $9.00 less for a gallon bottle and no postage since it was in the store. The people who work there are always not just helpful but well versed on all of the Home Depot products. If one isn’t well acquainted with a product he or she will find someone who is.I forgot to mention that we buy all of our acrylic paint brush cleaner from Home Depot. they have been out for a longtime though. Please contact me when you guys get some Krud Kudder brush wash again Home Depot! :)P.S. No thanx to the COVID virus And my inability to to purchase Krud Kutter I will have to pursue other art forms. This last photo is of a Home Depot 12 x 12 stepping stone…my version of a rock n roller made with black, red and white ceramic tile pieces
Had what I needed but hate that as a veteran business owner, they will not give me a military discount and allow the use of our sales/use tax certificate on a purchase when it involves business use for resale. This means we pay taxes on the same board that we then charge taxes to the consumer. Thats double taxation & illegal.I would rather shop at Lowes or Ridout
Excellent customer service. The man that answered the phone here on 8-8-2021 in the electrical department was the best. They did not have what I needed but he told me what and where to go.
Superb service. Love the garden section 😍 the outdoor crew is always super friendly and helpful
Got wood floors installed with zero communication about what we wanted. They installed poorly and improperly and now refuse to assist us further.
I love Home Depot. Will never go back to their competitors.
Nice clean store. Very helpful staff. Restrooms were clean.Stopped by the Garden Center to grab a few Flowers.
Visited this Home Depot today with a laundry list of things needed for a project. I was immediately met by Ethan in the lumber department. He helped me stack all the lumber that was needed. From there he helped me with the rest of the 3 carts full of items I needed. Then I was checked out by the cashier Tyler; really nice guy. After that I had my trailer loaded and was on my way. Really great, helpful, friendly staff!!!
Difficult to find knowledgeable staff and people who are trained in Home Depot products and services
I wanted some clearance items that were quite large. Unfortunately, I was called into service of the better half and missed out on some great products at a price I could only wish to see again.
Very poor customer service, you ask for help the person cant help and calls for help and no body ever comes and that person is still in the asle never calling for help again just lets the customer struggle and leave.
Windy day, outside looking for plants. Found a planter, and soil. Got home and it was cracked. Already planted my plant. Cant take it back.
Best place for home owners construction worker get the daily tools plus any construction woods
The guy in the plumbing department was very helpful and friendly.
Had what we needed and had easy checkout!
I actually really like home depot. They ask you if you need help and then they help you.
Super helpful staff, did not find what we were looking for but she kept looking
It good some was there to help me and my wife
Love this place. They have it all and them some. The customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes you find someone thats very helpful. Other times you might as well be invisible.
This HD is hit-or-miss. Sometimes I leave mad, and other times I can actually find/get what I need. If you find the right person, youre good, but most are completely oblivious to why theyre there. Most of the oblivious work in lumber. Still better than Lowes.
What makes this store a wonderful place to shop is their employees are knowledgeable and willing to help. This means a lot to me.
Didnt have any round stepping stones. Found what I needed at Midwest Block and Brick in Springdale
Great place to buy paint samples. Only .99 cents compared to Lowe’s who charged me over$3.00 for a sample. Now I will compare gallon prices.
Great garden,very clean and friendly
Tile was WAY cheaper than the other big chain store but the service left a little to be desired.
Very nice experience every time i go to this location
Spacious, not crowded and the best employees. They seem to hire with some experince. Snag an older person and they might trouble shoot some project problems.
Good shopping. Knowledgeable workers. Friendly People.
So appreciating of the people there are so sweet thank you everybody and thank you for helping me with my problems that I had
Great Home Depot, clean and well maintained. Always stocked and employees are very helpful. Prices comparable to Lowes.
It was good to go to a non WalMart establishment ...I enjoyed the different products...checking out needs improve ment
Worst shopping experience ever .. No one greeted us walking in ... No Employees available to help with a product. Walked to the customer service desk and was ignored by MIKE when I asked for assistance .. called the store INSIDE the store to request assistance and proceeded to wait and no one came...almost dropped $1000 on a patio set at this place ...just go to Lowes ..Home Depot doesnt care about its customers
The employees are very knowledgeable and saved me from having to hire a plumber when elsewhere I was told I needed one. All I needed was a wrench and not a plumber. Thank you!
Good service friendly people
They had exactly what I was looking for after visiting several places.
Great store. They carry other brands of tools that Lowes does not. I was also able to find the Mission adjustable neck gator that I have been trying to find.
Very helpful, a very friendly staff everyone was willing to help not just point. They would walk me to where the product i was looking for
I cant wait to start garden. Got onion sets and radishes. Dont even care if they grow. Just going to take a chance.
I made a home in one of the top shelves and have been living here for a couple of years. Free rent!
The best staff you can have starting from the general manager to the cleaning staff Laberda is one of the stores where you always want to go the best prices you can find them here
They are always out of everything I happen to need. 🤷♀️
My go-to when it hits the fan. I Ive been especially impressed with the Fayetteville location during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. Most of the time Im doing curb pick up but when theres an emergency and I have to go inside I feel totally safe. Everything is spotless. Everyone is masked. This Team is Stellar!!!
Customer service is good, and online ordering works great. Most of the time they have what we need in stock.
Five star definitely, great variety of in stock items, nice prices for the budget.
Great experience. Greeted at the front door. Asked if I needed help with anything. Led me right to the product I had pulled up on my Home Depot app. Would say one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.
Good experience, esp with counter dept
I don’t walk well. When I was there yesterday, the staff exceeded my expectations in helping me.One of them unplugged an electric chair for me and drove it out into the store when I could sit in it easily and when I was finished, Mike very graciously checked me out at the service desk and carried the box to my car for me.During my shopping, there was staff walking around to help me find what I needed.I’ve always liked Home Depot but I’d never had to use a handicapped cart.Needless to say, they earned my customer loyalty.Kudos to the people who work there.Good job and thank you!!!!
Im not very knowledgeable about home improvement things so I need a lot of help finding what I need. The associates are always very helpful patient with me.
Clean and friendly got all the help I needed
I originally went to look for carpet. The two boys at the carpet center acted like I was disturbing their sleep. They wouldnt speak to me at first even when I began asking questions about carpet sizes and types you might have gotten the impression that I was some vagrant who was asking for money. I will not shop for carpet there again! Although some very nice young gentlemen assisted me in finding a replacement hose for my jacuzzi tub. So, for them and their efforts, the 2 stars.
I had to get some plywood cut for a project and Eric was very helpful in making several cuts for me. It really made a huge difference in how easy getting this project done was. Thanks a lot Eric!
Very friendly and Rick in the hardware department was really helpful.
Always enjoy coming here!
I love going in to get one thing and coming out with 14 different things. Funny but its the truth.
Called and asked if there was a wet vac/upholstery cleaner to rent, they said yes. i drove 20 mins to the store and then they told me they didn’t have it :/
Always a fun place to look at things for home improvement projects.
Normal experience but didnt buy there. Deliveries were too far out.
Its fine. Its home depot. Nothing of note here.
.I paid over 190 for a product that was never received and so in order for them to refund my card I have to bring item in which Ive never gotten. So in short home depot needed my 190.00 so bad a better business compliant will be filed
Updated Review (3 stars) Stopped by to pick up an item since I was in the area and within 2 minutes I was asked by an associate if I needed assistance. Asked about a product and he directed me to another associate down the aisle who was stocking the product on the shelves. After a brief conversation I was able to narrow down my choices and check out. I was really impressed, especially after a few bad previous experiences. Im willing to go from my previous 1 star review to 3 stars after this latest visit.Old Review (1 Star) I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent experiences with this store and its employees have been so bad that I feel compelled to write.First visit I needed paint to match a color swatch. Went to the paint desk where no one was working and waited patiently to be noticed. Spent the next 15 minutes watching employees talk with each other. A couple of employees walked past and one of the guys said “and I said, maybe you should go to Lowe’s” and they laughed. They proceeded to go flirt with the girl supervising the self checkout area which was otherwise empty. I stood there for another 5 minutes or so and then left and went to Lowe’s.Went back again recently to find some pile weatherstripping and looked around on my own for about ten minutes. Not finding it, I went to the window desk to ask them if they carried it. Stood there a while before an employee walked past and asked if I’d been helped. I said no and he got on his walkie talkie and said a customer needs assistance at the window desk. Perfect. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Put my phone stopwatch on and left after 15 minutes was up.I understand the issues that big box stores face but the contrast between my experiences at Home Depot and then at Lowe’s has been remarkable. I’m not trying to tell anyone where to shop, just to share my recent experience with this Home Depot store.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll never be back.
Garden team was helpful, and the mulch pick up was efficient
Found what i needed at a reasonable price....but Do Not like the self checkouts...not there or anywhere....makes me feel like they dont appreciate you shopping there..
Help doesnt know much or will help custoners i was looking for landscape timbers.. Was told to Look out side and he stood there and didnt offer to help if there was I could have loaded many up and just drive away
Good store. Always helpful there and willingness to cut plywood or a few boards is always appreciated
They are very nice place to shop and very friendly
Customer service is horrible. Waited 10+ minutes for someone to assist before giving up.
I love going to Home Depot but I especially love going to this Home Depot. Staff is friendly courteous and professional
Nobody is working in this store. Waited in line for 20 minutes while a self check stayed on repeat Customer Needs Assistance. Go to Lowes better service and people were actually there to help.
Was a nice store, but the things we were looking at was more expensive then Menards and Lowes
I WENT TO HOME DEPOT WITH MY FAMILY. LOOKING FOR A WOOD STOVE TO HEAT MY LOVE ONE WARM IN THE WINTER. I HAVE 2 WOOD STOVE. ONE YOU COOK ON AND ONE TO HEAT MY WHOLE HOUSE.
I was looking for an air compressor. Everyone was out of the size I wanted. Home Depot had one close to what I wanted at a great price. A while back they were the ones that had a better ladder at a great price.
They have so much to offer. We cant leave without walking threw the whole place. The people are very helpful and friendly. They have just what you need for home improvement and repaire.
Always well supplied and they have a friendly staff. Happy to see the employees wearing masks and working hard to keep everything clean and safe
They had what I was looking for! This is a go- to place for DIY projects
Awesome customer service at the paint counter. Employee was able to match my stain perfectly
Staff was helpful and very friendly
Nice selection. Lumber prices are ridiculously crazy high right now!
Only self check out open. We had too large of a purchase for self check out, so a manager had to be called. Waited more than 20 minutes for one and they acted like we were inconveniencing them. Will shop a different location next time.
Great store and wonderful service. The guy that helped me was so very nice. Id definitely go there again.
Paint department provided excellent service
Great customer service
Randy, Ethan and Kent we exceptionally helpful.
Live in the area and come here only when EVERY other hardware store doesn’t have what I need. The staff is incredibly avoidant with seemingly never any in a given department but instead all of them in clumps either at the front of the store or the back. When after you’ve wandered around lost for 20 minutes trying to navigate by the signage in the store, which is only vaguely accurate if at all, you finally wander all the way back to the front to get some help your likely informed they don’t know or that it’s not their department or at best given a aisle number. No sales rep has ever walked me to the object i was after or offered any advice or information on the products I was looking for. This is all of course if you go there during their busy hours, off hours it’s a ghost town with maybe 3 employees in the whole store. Store is typically dirty and now with COVID running rampant in the area you would think they would try harder but you’d be wrong it appears that they can’t even be bother to follow the city ordinance on face masks and monitor the doors to make sure customers entering at least have them if not actively wear them since about half the customers in there weren’t wearing any and none of the milling useless employees could be bothered to even ask they put one on.
Not observing covid 19 safety measures
Staff is always helpful and the App really helps find what youre looking for quickly in the store.
This staff is the opposite of helpful. The customer service person was rude and instead of trying to help, they halfway looked in the locked cabinet and then sais it wasnt there and to go look on the shelf. Surprise, surprise, they were able to pull one up for a curbside pickup that same day.
The wood smells really good.
