Additional staff is needed, prices are missing from products, but there is a decent selection of ideas to furnish a nice space.

Where is the Customer Service we have become accustomed to? Late Deliveries, Empty Promises, No Follow Up. Basically they don’t Care! Thanks Ferguson!

After waiting weeks and weeks for our Jenn-air fridge it was finally installed today in our new home and now 5 hours later, there is water coming up from the floor in the entry way. They didn’t secure the water line and 5 hours of water has flowed behind the wall, kitchen and wood floors. Flooring has started to buckle already. The video I have of the damage is heartbreaking. I was told the tracking of the fridge showed it would arrive on x day then Ferguson called to lie their way out of installation. Our experience has been less than satisfactory. I sit here tonight amazed at the water damage in my home.

Not that over priced for quality but overall it does cost more than online stores. Service can be great if they are not busy... and you get to see and touch a lot of products before you buy plus you get what you need the first time. People make the difference.

Do not ever shop at this store! Service is atrocious!!!!!! Went to Ferguson’s because they had reputation for quality appliances and I was in market for subzero fridge. Salesperson was helpful enough while I was there but put me off when I said I was ready to purchase. Sent me home to find model number of existing unit I needed to replace. I called her that day with requested info, got no reply. Sent email following day and got this response “I GOT IT. I WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW”. She didn’t call me the next day. Or ANY day for that matter. After waiting for a week without a functioning refrigerator at home I finally called Builders Supply in Atlanta. They were enormously polite, professional and took my order over the phone. Fridge was delivered and installed within a week. If you ever need quality appliances with QUALITY service, call Builders Supply don’t call Ferguson’s in Fayetteville.

I was taken to Ferguson by a designer to select appliances. The order arrived in multiple shipments without letting me know when to expect it - and I am still waiting for other pieces. The Jennaire refrigerator arrived dented and the plastic covering left on it, the stove had to be re-scheduled for install. Communication has been difficult, voicemails are left and returned 2 days later. Threats to have them pick everything up and return the whole 1 1/2 kitchens purchased seems to be the only thing to get things moving. The next day, no communication on install - we were told between 10 and 11. 2:15 and they just arrived. Lets see if the stove gets dented!

Waaaay over priced! Pretty showroom, but, my tile guy needed me to pick out a new shower system for my remodel, and they had no valves to get the job started. They can order...but so can I. Their price for the EXACT same system for $1600 at their store, was $930 elsewhere, and that included overnight shipping. Not sure what service they perform at double cost...except to view product thats not accessible.

They were very helpful, but didnt have what I needed, though they lead me in the right direction
