As for my experience here, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist and immediately assisted. My questions were answered in detail in reference to what was going on with my car with professional knowledge by I believe her name is Jessica. She took the time to explain everything and set up for me to get my car repaired. Great bedside manner!I felt comfortable leaving my car there. Everyone I encountered there were friendly, and even though they seemed short staffed, they were able to repair my car in a timely manner in which Im truly grateful. I also give Jeff (who was holding it all down) and Mike a special shout out to thank them for getting the work done. I believe that I definitely found my new auto shop. Thanks again guys!

Pro Touch is an approved provider for my extended warranty. I smelled something burning and was fearing being without my car for a while for repairs. Jeff quickly checked it out and resolved the situation. He was very friendly and professional. Its nice to know there is a good neighborhood shop to take my car to.

Impractical and untrustworthy! They sold me a car that was obviously not working properly. they kept the car for a month supposedly fixing it. I retrieved the car and it broke down again. Definitely not professionals! Customer service is unknowledgeable and unreliable and rude! Stay away from this place. Its not worth the loss!

This shop came highly recommended from the local Aamco in Fayetteville. After Aamco called to let them know I was coming, they met me with professionalism. I was assured that the truck would be looked at the next day (but I think they did it as soon as I left). It was ready on time. I recommend them.

I had a warranty repair for a transmission replacement and the staff was great throughout the entire process. Kudos to the receptionist who was very friendlyand, which began the awesome customer friendly experience. Jeff was knowledgeable and very timely with information and repair completion. Needless to say, after this first time dealing with them, it will certainly not be the last. Thank you Jeff and the staff of Pro Touch Auto.

Pro Touch has excellent customer service!I needed a mechanic to check out used car that I purchased and to establish a relationship to keep up the maintenance. I sent an email requesting an appt. after hours and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response with an appt. day and time. Justin and Jeff took good care of me and didnt overcharge. I came back and got a set of tires and they took care of everything. I recommend them highly!

Bought used vehicle with a warranty. Vehicle had a faulty turn signal which is a liability and unsafe to drive.Warranty company gave me a choice of 2 auto service centers . I chose the closest one which was Pro Touch.I was promptly and courteously greeted. Although they were very busy, I explained to the manager, Mr. Waddy that this was urgent and probably a simple bulb change.Mr. Waddy agreed to take a look at it as I waited inside. He promptly returned exclaiming it was a loose connection... Repaired!!By the way, the waiting room was clean and comfortable .I’d recommend Pro Touch and we will come back for future scheduled services.

This is the worse shop I’ve been to especially for it to be in Fayeteville. I paid him $700 to fix my radiator and replace hoses and when I got my car it was a leak from my radiator and he was trying to charge me more to look into it when I have a warranty. He looked at it and said there was no leak so I had to bring my other mechanic up there to explain to him it was. He took two days to look at it then waited until we actually got up there to put it up on the lift. We heard the drills and everything going he fixed the leak by then my whole bottom cover came of my car while I was driving and cracked in half and he will not own up to being he cause of that when he was the last one who touched it. I could’ve caused and accident or got into one myself all because he didn’t put my bolts and screws back into place. He will not replace it and he is the boss of this place his customer service isn’t worth dealing with. This man doesn’t own up to anything he do wrong.

Dont take your car here. They scratched up my wife car and failed to buff it and repaint it.

Justin was very thorough in checking my Saturn complaint out and fixed it in great time! He had a recommended list of things to do next on my aging car, but no pressure!
