I enjoyed my experience! I went yesterday to get my NC Inspection and Steve was so friendly and welcoming. I didnt get the name of the technician but he was very nice and looked like he was enjoying his work. So amazing!!! I wish I would have gotten my oil change with them because the price for a tire rotation, synthetic oil change, and inspection would have been the same price as what I paid for an oil change at Take5.
Best place in Fayetteville for any of your vehicle repair needs. Alex one of the best techs there was very professional and knew his stuff, and had my car in and out in a timely manner and my car running perfectly. I’ve been screwed around at other places, people trying to sell me repairs that just weren’t needed. That was not the case here. Alex let me know what was necessary at the time and what I would need to Take care of in the future. I will only ever take my vehicles to him at this location from now on.
I came in at 2:30 to get a alignment, they said it would be close to a hour before they could get to my car. So I decided to wait there instead of going through the struggle of someone picking me up for only an hour and then coming back. They took my information, gave me a price, took the car key and so I waited in the lobby. After TWO hours they called me to the front. Im thinking the alignment was done but they were calling me up front to tell me they wouldnt be able to get to my car today!! He continued to say he thought he could but cant, after TWO HOURS sitting in uncomfortable chairs, blowing off other errands and still didnt get the alignment done. I will never be going back. And I wasnt the other person they turned away after waiting hours.

If i could give less than one star I would that was One of my worst experiences been waiting for almost 2 hours to get my oil changed while I’m in rush and got things to do I ened up taking my keys back not getting my oil change cause I got things to do honestly. I didn’t get nothing from your shop vut wasting my time if you don’t want to stay in buisness then close this shop down rather than running customers off and truly I will never come back again
Was able to quickly troubleshoot why my driver headlight was not working. Fixed it and sent me on my way. Very professional and helpful service! The young lady who answered was polite, manager was prompt, and Mechanic was a genius!!..Very pleased with the entire experience!!

It was me and 3 other people I knew has brought their cars for simple maintenance all the cars wouldnt start after leaving there . Do not go their if you want your car to still work. They tear your car up for business.

I went in about 3 weeks ago to get my turn signal fixed so I could pass state inspection. It took a couple of tries to figure out the root of the problem and it was pretty frustrating but Justin, the district manager, took very good care of me and my car. He was determined to fix it even though it took weeks to finally solve the problem because of the time it takes ordering the parts, plus my own work schedule.. I was assured that they were not trying to steal my money and they were giving me the care I needed! Thank you!

I was told that my brakes and rotors needed to be changed which I just had done a couple weeks ago and that my car wasn’t safe to drive so I called up the people that did the service on my brakes and rotors & u fortunately fussed them for NO REASON (bc I was upset after being told my car was unsafe obviously) before I had someone else tell me that my brakes and rotors were fine that is a scare tactic to gain more money from customers and is not right! I have filed with the BBB and contacted the corporate office didn’t ask for a refund and I am going to look into making sure they actually even did my old/filter change as well since this company cannot be trusted a businesses word is everything and if you lie to your customers like this I’m pretty sure they won’t be in business very long!

This place has definitely gone down hill since moving to a bigger shop and changing management. Extremely slooooooow... went in early for a simple inspection, asked about the wait time and was told the bay was empty and they would be able to get me in right away. Here I sit 1.5 hours later and my car hasn’t moved from where I parked it. If you’re not the first one in line when they open, you might as well go else where.

I must say that I was starting to get irritated because the wait was a little long however the guy at the front desk, he’s Indian with curly longhair was the kindest, most easy person to talk to . Sometimes all it takes is a great conversation to turn your whole day around. I will definitely go back!!
I will never come back to this location (Raeford Rd) for an oil change for any of my vehicles! Arrived at 7:20am, opening time 8:00am with three customers ahead of me. Please explain why, the customer service rep approached me around 10:00am to inform me they were waiting on my oil filter that was in route from an external location. At 11:20am I approached the front desk concerned and was told again, they were waiting for the external source to bring the filter and were unable to give me an estimated time as to when my car would be ready. Finally, another customer rep informed me she was going around the corner to pick up the air filter! They will never have to worry about me spending my Saturday or money with them! Ridiculous

Im not going to do one star, but I am going to do 2 because this was something that couldve been avoided. Yesterday I went into the shop early because my tire pressure light came on and my drivers side front tire was nearly flat, to the point I had to stop and put air in the tire before I got to the shop. I asked them to check the tire and get an inspection at the same time. It was a rather long wait, but that didnt bother me. What did bother me was when I got my car back the gentleman said there was no leak in any of my tire, which I found odd because theres no way it would get that flat on its own accord.I trusted his word though and took my car home, no tire pressure light came on so I figured it was fine. Later on when I got into my car to head over to my friends house, we were going to use my car for a trip to Georgia btw which is why I was getting it looked at, the tire pressure light came back on. My tire was near flat by the time I got there so we had to change plans on the spur of the moment because my tire wasnt fixed.I had to get a family member get the spare key to my car and use my fix a flat can I had in my car because I had to leave my car with the flat tire behind. They took it to another shop and the people found a screw in my tire that the mechanic didnt see. Needless to say Im not happy with the service I received, and Ive been going to Percision Auto Tune for a long time, but now Im considering going elsewhere.

Worst service I have ever had! They had my car there twice for a simple alignment and balance on a 2018 VW Jetta. The first time they had the car for 10 hours and the mechanic left a grease handprint on my upper passenger riser, light silver interior. Back a 2nd time, 6 days later, another 9 hours to fix the greasy handprint and actually do the alignment and wheel balance. Both times I was dropping off people were bringing their cars back saying they had just had work done and the issue wasnt fixed, one of them a Cadilac that wouldnt start. The manager Angie has no idea what she is doing and insists wheel alignments take 3 1/2 hours when every other mechanic in town will tell you 1/2-1 hour tops. This place causes damage to your vehicles -DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
It was not good, went to get a tune up. When you have a customer let them tell you what they need. Told me I need tire then they give me some look like they been had for years. I trusted them to do me right, it hurt Im a women and these were men. They are suppose to help us because they know about cars. Were is the trust when we as women get our car did.
Wait ALL day and got nothing done. Oh thats right Enterprise comes first... Theyre more important, I guess. I only waited for 6 hrs. Never again!
I received good customer service and the business was kept very clean, but Im giving 2 stars because i feel that my vehicle was rushed. I went in for an alignment, but my steering wheel was not straight and the steering rack boot was twisted out of place. I had to drop the car off first thing in the morning and it was not finished until 4pm. They just have too much business they cannot keep up.
They flush my transmission probably good mechanics my car sat there for 4 days no call or anything and front desk was not knowledgeable of mechanics work at all only person who looked like they know what was going on was owner .sorry 😞 for company like this...

Awesome service and great technicians. I needed a cold air intake, throttle body spacer and some other slightly minor work done to my grand cherokee and they knocked it out quick and professionally. No greedy spots, messed up interior, scratches on engine bay plastic. They dont have to learn anything, they already have the knowledge for the work that is cut out for them.

An AWESOMELY, GREAT place. So why 4, instead of 5 stars? They left an awful, greasy mess in my car. But, honestly the mechanics are top notch. They know their stuff. My husband and I have patronized this shop for at least 10 yrs., starting from the old location. 1st time the greasy mess ever happened though.

Almost 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only were they not busy, I was one of two people in the lobby. Since there is a window into the bay, I could regularly check on my truck. Most of the time I looked, the tech was nowhere to be found, nowhere near my truck, or flapping his gums to another employee. Would not recommend anyone to go there for any service. However, the woman at the front desk is extremely kind, insightful, and all around pleasant. She empathized with my wait time and gave me a discount when I paid. Although the discount doesn’t make up for the amount of time I lost, it was a nice gesture on her part.
I came and sat and waited before they open at 8 on Saturday for just an oil change. I was one of the first eight people in the line Forest Service and ended up leaving after waiting 4 hours. The gentleman that sign me in stated that they were busy but as I walked outside before evening confronting them about the time I noticed the text sitting around talking the one that was going to service my vehicle playing air drums and rock in his head like hes in a rock band I wont use their services again. Management needs to hold them accountable for their time on customers vehicle.
The staff was very nice and professional. They diagnosed the issue with my truck and were able to repair it. One week later the issue returned. I took it back and they found one of the new parts they installed failed. They replaced the part under warranty. Great job all of you!!

On a Saturday, just walked into Precision Tune Auto Care waited in line which is usual. When I got to the counter all I asked was if I could get an oil change, the guy asked if I was dropping and I said no. I was met with attitude as he said I could come back at 5 and that was pushing the end of the day. I understand that weekends may be the busiest but to just ask a question or to see how long the wait time would be should not come with an attitude.
Morgan and Alex are great and very professional. I came in with a few things that I needed on my vehicle. Morgan gave me a price quote. Alex came back and said breaks are fairly new and that I didn’t need to change it and I needed 2 tires instead of 4.I truly appreciate the care they took to my vehicle and the love they showed by making sure I was priced correctly and not over charged.This is my first time at this location and I will say that this is my go to place. Hands down.Everyone in the Bay Area had great and positive as well as personable energies.Thank you all!
Not to mention Some lady got her Wheels stolen and they didn’t care . I waited hours to get something so simple as just an oil change. Workers just seem to be walking around, laughing, and not really eager to do their job . Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . I recommend going to a place where they’re held accountable for their time management . Go somewhere were you can make appointments .
Brought my van in at 7:30 am, for an oil change. Said Id be back in an hour, the guy at the desk said no problem. Actually came back at 9am, van was up on the lift with all the tires off, tech was on his phone!! Then, some girl comes and tells me she just left me a VM, and my back brakes need to be fixed. Said my rotors are almost at their minimum, but they can turn them. I just had Michelin tires put on 2 months ago, $800, and they said my brakes were perfect...so, I told them no thanks...waited another HOUR, watched the tech sitting in my van, texting on his phone. Finally got out of there at 10:15. 3 hours and an attempted brake con job for an oil change. Precision Tune offers cheap oil changes so they can upsell you bs maintenance...sad...how about an honest job, at a decent price within a reasonable time? Never again!!!
I am not sure what is going but I hate going here now. They have always been great till this week. They have new management that is changing and doesnt seem to know what they are doing. The oil change I had done was the most expensive package and they didnt even do the 21 point check that comes with the cheapest package. Didnt put air in my tires, no 7 record of brake check, and more. I am so disappointed to say the least i have always trusted them till now.
Came in Saturday morning 3/20 before the store opened I wait the fourth person in the line just for and alignment wait 4hrs ... They do the alignment took another 2hrs and truck still isnt aligned right. Now I have to take it else where. This is the second time I thought to give them another shot horrible experience tech just talking and sitting while you are waiting on your vehicle smh never again ... Just paid for the alignment for no reason to have to go to alignment after them!March 27th came back after talking to management waited 4hrs then and truck still not brought on lift I was told to bring truck back again on Tuesday after coming up with everything under the Sun to why they couldnt aline my truck... So? If that was the case why did yall try to do it in the first place... This time another 4hrs lost ... EACH TIME I WENT BACK TRUCK GOT WORSE AND WORSE... Told me they werent busy, pulled up 30 mins later and the parking lot was completely filled. Instead I just went around the corner to the other location and they were much less busy.
Honestly would not recommend coming in for anything if you have something to do, went in for an oil change and they took almost 2 hours it should not be that long for a simple oil change....

I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for the second time. Just for oil and filter change. My was sitting inside the service for 2 1/2 hours. I was looking what the employees do during 2 hours and all, all lost time taking, walking, looking outside, sitting for a couple of minutes in the chair. It was terrible to see the poor service that this store do. I saw some other clients angry for their service and waiting time. The first time I saw a lady waiting for 5 hours. Ridiculous. I don’t come back definitely.

Went for an alignment left with a crooked steering wheel. Had to return and sit there for 2 hours again while they fixed it. This trip they tried to come up with as many things as they could that might be wrong with my car including a brake caliper that clearly based on the pattern of the fluid leak was not leaking prior to it being on the rack. Wouldnt go back to this place even if I broke down in the parking lot.
I must say that I am amazed so far at the value, professionalism, and honesty that this shop embraces! It has been my second visit so far and I am now convinced that I have found THE shop to take my vehicle from now on! The wait can be a bit long, but I understand that they are a BUSY shop (which is a good sign right). The gentleman at the front counter is very PROFESSIONAL! I dont usually write reviews, but they deserve it!

I pulled into this garage with a very large concern as another garage had not completed work correctly on my Jeep Wrangler and I simply asked for a second opinion. Instead of a second opinion I ended up having team of very trust worthy, straight forward, and caring individuals that looked me in the eye when they spoke, they spoke with great respect, and were very honest. They immediately explained the issue I had initially thought it could be and stated they would get my Jeep in immediately to correct any concerns they saw. In less than one day my Jeep was running great and they were in consistent communication with me so I always knew what was happening. I plan to use this garage in the future and Although I did not get everyone’s names that helped, Marty and Mike were so amazing. Thanks guys for taking care of my boy so he is great on the road again! See you for more work soon!
Called for estimates on getting a heater core replaced, lowest rate in town. Took vehicle in, they run a pressure test, turns out its not the heater core. I get a day and a half run around trying to get an estimate for a blend door actuator, call several other shops in the Fayetteville area and get estimates in the $200-$300 range, finally get an estimate out of this place and they want $500 in labor because the dash needs to be pulled... call a few of the other shops in town to find out why the difference, the dash doesnt need to be pulled to replace the blend door actuator, just the glove box...double check that info with a few DIY videos...bought the part for less than $30 and will do it myself in under an hour...do yourself a favor and not only call around, but use the internet to your advantage. These people dont think the rest of us can use the internet for anything other than social media. I just saved myself $500+ by researching and calling around to several places, and Ill NEVER do business with these thieves and crooks again.
I called and they said they could do an inspection but I showed up and their one guy who does emissions was out so they couldnt do it until Monday. I had to find another place.
I drive a very modified evo 9 and they did amazing work, were very knowledgeable, and treated my car very well! That car is like my child and I recently moved about 45 min away from the garage I had gone to since high-school, so I needed to find another garage i could trust for everyday maintenance. They won my loyalty, and they will do the same with all vehicles! Amazing service!
Spent like 7 hours here a while back for a simple oil change and tire rotation, ended up being out of a car for a month and some change, went to my regular mechanic and he basically told me they screwed me over, probably because I’m a female. Would not recommend.
Ive been going to Precision Tune Auto Care in Fayetteville for a year or two. Jeff even mentioned the previous car theyd serviced. Impressed me that he even remembered. The staff Ive worked with so far have always been kind and courteous. They are professional, they work expeditiously and I would rather go to them before spending more money and time at a car dealership. Absolutely love their new place. There is more space, work bars and chairs to sit, charge up devices and work or simply write. They have coffee and candy. They would be my best choice for old and new model cars. I would definitely recommend family and friends.
Less than one week of having my oil changed I had to take my vehicle to another Precision location because my car was completely out of oil. I reached out to this location to speak to a manager which had yet to call me back. Spent several hours there just to have to take my car back for basically a second oil change. If you like wasting your time and money this is rhe place for you!
The worst experience had today at precision tune uugghh got there at 9:30 for oil change and didnt leave until 4:15 wasnt a good environment for me Ive been dealing with them for 5 years with 3 different cars and never ever has it took this long and some was there at 8 and left right before me i hate to say it but I no longer be going back to i rather pay more somewhere else then to go through that it was a good 5 years precision tune prior to today employees just didnt look like they knew what they were doing just not for me anymore 🤬🤬
Each time I go there I have pricing issues. The first time I just said okay and left. The second time I said something, I understand my car takes 5.5 quarts of oil, I mentioned that to the intake person I was still quoted 49.90 for a full synthetic oil change and yes the sign do say 5 quarts of oil. I left and picked up the next day and I was charged 71.00. I spoke up the manager apologized and gave me a discount on my next visit. All is well, and mistakes do happen. Its all about training. Thanks and I will be back.

I made the mistake of going somewhere else a couple days ago to get my thermostat replaced, I only went somewhere else because there was a long wait here and I really wanted to get it over with. That being said, yes there’s usually a long wait but there’s a good reason lots of people want to come here. You get good quality at a good price. These are honest people that don’t try to throw unnecessary charges in *cough cough pepboys*. All the guys are friendly and upfront with me about cost and wait time. I will not make the same mistake again.
The work there is good but the customer service is terrible. The gentlemen in the front answered the phone in the middle of my question with no one-second sir or anything. Then I started to ask my question again once he got off the phone and I had the same problem with the mechanic who worked there interrupting me.
Our decision will always be Precision!!! That sounded pretty good😌 the guys there are awesome, the place is awesome! My boyfriend brags about the new place and says it is great space for him to get some work done while he waits for the car to get done. The guys there work with you. They help you out and it makes you feel like youre not going to get the run around and it also makes you feel like actual people know what theyre doing under and in your car without you feeling like a complete idiot😳 great job always guys thank you for keeping our car Proud Mary in Tip-Top shape!!🥰

Last week marked the first time I brought my car over to Precision Auto Tune for service. The associates were very nice and answered all of my questions. However, yesterday I noticed three oil spots on my driveway and only because my car was not parked in its usual spot. Judging by the position of said spots, the oil was leaking from my drain cap. Well, today I took my car back to Precision and they went ahead and rectified the issue - very quickly, I might add. Turns out, they said after Id asked, that the O ring had not been replaced. They apologized and said they replaced it, free of charge. Phillip, the tech who worked on my car, told me that he had to drain the oil and replace it but also said that he put the same oil filter back into my car...Ill have to do some research about that bit to find out if thats ok to do...but overall, Im satisfied with the way they handled their mistake. I think Ill be back in the future just because they were honest about their mistake and fixed it promptly with no hassle.
This is one of the best places to get your car done and serviced at. The service is excellent and the employees are very nice and helpful. Any other place that I have been to to get my car serviced has been decent but nothing like Precision Tune. They make sure they keep their customers happy and also keep their customers informed of what is getting done to their car. Also they inform their customers if they find anything else that is problematic on the car. Precision Tune is amazing and I will continue to keep going to them to get my car serviced.
I called to inquire about pricing before taking my 2006 Mustang GT to Precision Tuning! The gentleman I spoke to was super friendly and helpful! He also previously owned a Mustang identical to mine!I took my car in yesterday, the gentleman who checked me in was also efficient and friendly!I fully expect the rest of my experience to be the same!
Had a 4 wheel alignment service. Very good price $70. Service took about 25 minutes but I waited almost an hour before being told that the vehicle was ready.
I took my car here for the oil change, tire rotation, and to check the brakes. My brakes have been squeaking and I was concerned that it was time for replacement. I was told that I needed to have all 4 brakes replaced and to resurface the rotors. They quoted a price of $460. I decided to take it elsewhere to have a second opinion. At my second stop I was told that my brakes were fine and they still had about half life on them. They said yes they squeak but it could just be the quality of the brakes used at the dealership I bought my car from. Then I was told that my fluids had not been topped off and that my tire pressure had not been checked as Precision Tune advertised. I will no longer be using this location for servicing.
I moved here from Chicago 3 and a half years ago and Ive been going to them for all of my car service need. They always respectful and polite to me. We joked and have fun every time Im there. To me they are honest and straightforward . Yes the wait is terrible but why is that! Because they do good job so they have alot of works!? If my job is canceled tomorrow, Ill be there to get some work done for my car. Read the response from their CS because people just being people and never wrong. Just my 2 senses

I was informed that having brake work done would correct the issues I was having and it did not. The store manager was polite but stated the District manager would have to correct the problem and i could speak to him the next day When I was spoke to the district manager he informed me that they could refund my money and put the old brake pads back on (which was impossible because it was the next day and who keeps old brake pads in the shop) OR they could do the diagnostic to find out why the 2 lights were on (for free) and then give me an estimate. There will always be communication errors however the district manager was very rude and said it was not their fault. I just got the refund and left.
NO STAR OPTION NEEDED. I arrived at 7:30 am, the second customer to come. Dalvin, the customer service clerk, informed me what he had and didnt have available for me this morning. Initially, I needed to obtain Transmission fluid, Brake fluid and mount and balance two tires. He discovered PTAC only had one tire. Then he went to tell me my tires werent THAT BAD? I asked about the brakes and fluid because I didnt want to mess up my rotors? Long story short, I was going to receive the transmission fluid and reschedule for the rest. An hour past, he comes and starts small talk in circles about my type of transmission, etc. ( he said almost the same rehearsal sentences)?Two hours after mine you a woman was complaining about a BOTCHED OIL CHANGE, and her light came on after leaving ( RED FLAG). I DID NOT receive SERVICE AT ALL? IF I DIDNT ASK AGAIN, I would STILL BE THERE? HE HAD NO EXPLANATION. WHY? The electrician just test drove my car before leaving??? He started. HE WAS NOT AWARE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE FLUID AND WILL HAVE TO ORDER IT FROM THE FACTORY? SO WHY WAS I THERE WITH NO COMMUNICATION. HE BLAMED THE MECHANICS. He saw they didnt have what I needed from the start? Where was my car all that time sitting while I sat??? 2 1/2 hours on my ONE DAY OFF. HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND told me I wouldnt be CHARGED? Charged from what sir keeping a seat warm. UNPROFESSIONAL and no consideration of someones time. I asked for proof of my car sitting at PTAC for the 2 1/2 hours. Received a piece of paper???

Dustin and his team are always thorough and honest with all the work they do and keep me updated on the status of my vehicles. Everyone is friendly and they really know their craft. Since moving the place has gone down the drain 3 hours for an oil change. They dont communicate. They dont answer questions. When they do it is i dont know. Definitely need to go back to the old ways

Took my truck in to get a thermostat put on it they put the thermostat on in the heat still wasnt working all they did was parked my truck out in the parking lot and call me and tell me it was ready then when I questioned why the heat wasnt working as when they decided to tell me that they change the thermostat in the heat still wasnt working and then try to charge me $100 for a diagnostic when diagnostic are $79

Went to get an oil change and my car ended up with a blown head gasket that didnt happen until I went there the only person there that actually tried to help me was the store manager Marty the district manager Tony wasnt a help at all wanted me to spend money to fix my car that didnt have a issue until this sorry tech did my oil change. Absolutely the worst place to go to.
