I would give a 0 star if I could. Car sat there for almost two weeks before getting worked on. Plus, it took over a month to be repaired. They lied and said they would use OEM parts... The entire skirt above both wheels are literally fried off. You can see through to the fibers. Definitely not OEM parts. Btw the car was only driven home from the shop and about 3 around the corner trips. Terrible service...

They do great work! Love how their finish work looks! I have had my car there twice, unfortunately (different incidences - I now have a new front and rear bumper!) Excellent work at the most reasonable price around! Nice to work with too. They even went the extra mile and vaccumed inside and washed the exterior!! Dont go Anywhere else!

I just got my car back and it looks fantastic! It took a little long because it was over the holidays but they were more than accommodating. They gave me a free rental to use after they knew it was going to take longer than expected, they kept me in the loop every time something came in or where they were in the process, and they handled my insurance personally. They even gave me a gift card for my troubles and they replaced the batteries in my car keys. The work was done very well, everything looks brand new, and I am extremely happy with my car!

Excellent job, could not ask for a better job or communication. We relied on Google reviews in our choice as we live out of state. The car looks like it never had an issue, perfect! We are car people and trying to handle this from Tennessee was not ideal, but Dustin and the crew there could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

This family-run business treated me like a valued customer and were always honest and straightforward with me. They even made additional repairs (without charge) beyond what was quoted, because they felt it was the right thing to do. I will definitely take all my vehicles here in the future.

After being hit by another car, my car was towed to Quality Collision. They were so easy to work with and super friendly! I had to work with them through my insurance and they made it super easy. Also, they got my car fixed super quick considering they had to order new parts in for it. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside for me! I will definitely be using Quality for any other damages to my car and telling everyone to use them. I was skeptical since there werent too many reviews on here, but there was no need to be. They were fantastic.

My car received a huge damage to the back of the vehicle. It was fixed in about 2 weeks and they did a great job. I feel they even went above and beyond. They waxed the whole car and vacuumed the inside. It smells like new inside again.

Overall, very impressed with the people on staff at Quality Collision. Their repair work could speak for itself but the staff make a difference. We actually experienced a not insignificant miscommunication issue regarding our repair but, once the issue was identified, the staff worked with us to meet our needs and accommodate our schedule. And without us expecting anything more once things were ironed out, they went above and beyond with an unexpected customer service touch at the completion of the repair that was really appreciated. I would return as a customer and recommend their services.

My wife hit a deer and I was not looking forward to getting an extensive repair done to her Lexus. Ive always felt that body shops cannot match factory paint jobs.However, I was surprised and extremely pleased with the work that Quality Collision did.There is no other word to describe the work but perfection. I literally took off my glasses and tried to find an imperfection in their work and could not find a single shred of evidence that the car had been repaired.The car was a mess and I thought it would be totaled. Surprise, it looks like new again!I had another Lexus repaired in Texas at a very large Lexus, Mercedes dealer and they did a lousy job. Ill be taking that car to Dustin to fix what the supposedly highly trained Lexus dealer couldnt accomplish.This experience far exceeded my expectations. Dustin ways a pleasure to work with and the car was finished ahead of schedule.

They have done work on 3 of my vehicles. And the quality of work was unsurpassed. I asked them to do some touch-up paint on my BMW, and they felt like it wasnt their best work because it was a touch-up job, I would pay anyone to find what was painted. I dont usually recommend anyone but they will make your vehicle shine again

After getting bids from 5+ repair shops I chose to bring my car here. They offered to do the work for the best price and they took the most time to explain all of the details to me and answer my questions. The repairs were done in a timely manner and ended up costing less than the original bid. A couple days after the repair was done I noticed an issue, so I took my car back and they fixed the problem immediately. Great family-owned business. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used Quality Collision for over 4 years now and I have recomended several of my friends to use them. They always produce a better than factory finish. These people are great. My friend hit my car so I took it in and they gave me a fair estimate, fixed the car fairly quick, popped out some extra dents for free and it looks like they washed and detailed the car. I would recommend.

***Edited to 2 stars because my running board wasnt reattached properly! #edited again- they cut corners and didnt replace the liner behind my fender that was bend from the collision. Im so mad right now and theyre closed saturdays# Its now the pm and Im having to hope it doesnt fall off before I have to make yet another trip for my car repair. Wouldnt recommend.*** Went through State Farm for my repair. It took a little longer than anticipated(2 weeks), but the paint work done was smooth and flawless. Lifetime warranty and they blended the hood so the color change wouldnt be as noticeable between the hood and fender. 4 stars because I was told they couldnt paint my rubber/plastic bumper and they didnt order a new bumper to match the paint color. Kia would have been a great place to locate a white that matched. Wont return, but happy enough.
