Great place to go when you need something especially if you have to make payments on it so you don’t gotta buy it outright. They even ordered me some things that I needed because they didn’t have them in stock so they’ll hook you up with whatever you need

Would never do business with them again. After contracting Covid 19 in September I had to miss 3 payments and they are taking the merchandise back. Horrible experience and the manager of Fayetteville store is the most disrespectful liar I’ve ever met but demands respect given to him. Fraudulently withdrew money from my bank account without authorization and lied about returning funds. Will never do business with them again. Flawless account/payment history until Covid 19 hit our home, and these people are the least bit concerned with your well being.

If youre looking to be robbedThan this place is for you... Have you ever bought something and returned it the next day, do to well life... How about asked for a refund when you never even left the store with your items. Dont do that here they will try to keep your money, and if you do get a refund they wont give it all back. I had to wait 3 days and go there three times to get part of my money back. Never again... I dont know what they are thinking, but they not only lost me as a costumer but 6 of my family members as well. Oh and possible everyone who reads this. Which could be thousands. You should have not played games with me. I would have been back, but not now not ever... Bad Business....

This place is a joke. They will rip you off and not even give it a thought. I usually go through Aarons theyre great I thought Id give castle a try, worst mistake of my life these people have little customer service and will pop up unannounced at your house. And somehow when you arrange a payment plan biweekly it changes to every week an you end up paying way more than you sign on for. So if you wanna rent through these people good luck not worth it!! Try Aarons they are way better.

DO NOT BUY OR RENT!!!!! If I could not click on a star, I wouldnt. After 8 months of purchasing a W/D from the Fayetteville location, the dryer completely stopped working. Thinking we would still have some type of warrantly, we called- nope! NO help. Basically because we paid the items off in a timely manner (avoiding their insane interest rates) they could care less.

Had a great experience here with the manager Keith Lily. He is very knowledgeable with the products and helped me make the right selections for me. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

They walking in my house with me not home and stoled $503 and cut my clothes line down and took it. Even my cloths pins.
