These guys r amazing! I called yesterday to ask how it worked to get my iPhone fixed. The entire screen was shattered, it was disabled and just was not functional! Not only did they replace the screen but they managed to get past the disabled stuff and start my phone out brand new plus put on a super thick great quality screen protector for 9 bucks! They had it all done in just a couple hours and when I called to ask about it the guy was super informative and so nice. I’ll b buying phones batteries and doing repairs w these guys from now on. I called Gadget Garage on a Friday night because my cousin, who was in the hospital in Fargo, did not have a charger cord for his phone along and the hospital didnt have one. I live out-of-state. Big boxes were no help. Talked to Joe who had a cord. After explaining the situation to him, he said it was no problem and he would drop the cord off at the hospital after he closed. Where do you get that kind of service these days? My cousin was relieved and so was I. Thanks, Joe. Wish he lived closer so I could give him all my phone related business.

My Daughter Broke her screen and when I was searching the area I had a referral for Gadget Garage and the kind Gentleman returned my call and then when he said he had what I needed he said he would stay open until I showed up. Very great price on a great used phone. The gentleman Joe that helped was totally awesome when it came to giving a good deal on an extra battery and case.

Phone was not charging properly. Stopped and they cleaned some lint out of the charging port. When asked how much they said no charge it was an easy fix. Told us to bring cord by and they could test that too.

Joe from Gadget Garage is one of those people that will restore your faith in humanity. My 16-year-old daughter was traveling to Fargo for a wrestling tournament with her team. While on a layover, she broke her phone. The team has a strict on policy on leaving the team, regardless of reason. I was not comfortable with my daughter being on the other side of the country without a phone. I called gadget garage, spoke to Joe and explained my situation. Without hesitation Joe said, well, youve called the right place and said he would go meet my daughter, grab her phone, then return the phone once the repairs were made. My daughter missed her connecting flight (thanks United Airlines for changing the gate numbers, and not telling anyone, Im sure the other 15 people who missed their connection really appreciated it). I called Joe let him know the timing of pick-up needed to change, again without hesitation he started changing his schedule around to make it work -- I thought no way this guy could be any more awesome. Well, he became awesomer; United changed the gates again, didnt notify anyone and 30+ people missed their connecting flight. I had to call Joe again, he was very go-with-the-flow, not frustrated and adjusted his schedule again. My daughter finally arrived in Fargo, Joe picked up the phone, and made the repairs -- his communication was amazing. Joes compassion for my situation was appreciated more than hell ever know.

Just returned from Gadget Garage. I took my Motorola Droid Turbo in at around 11 am for a battery replacement. The owner was knowledgeable, business-like and courteous, promising to have the phone done around 2 pm. The call came before 2:00 and Im home with my phone. I assume that it will work great and appreciate the service. WELL! After a lot of testing and trying, it became apparent that the Turbo Charger was not charging the phone. I did all the right things: Verizon Tech Support, Motorola Tech Support, a conversation with Joe at Gadget Garage, reset to factory settings...no help. So, I took it back to Gadget Garage. He tried installing at least three other batteries, tested the charging process with his chargers and mine, researched it on the web and concluded that it was DOA. He said that hed make it right and he did. He sold me a new phone at a significant discount. Im a happy camper.

They have a big variety of movies and it is organized. I save a lot of money shopping for movies there rather then on line. I like being able to still have the opportunity to be able to buy my stuff in a store also rather then on line so I like to shop there. Im very impressed with it because it has made a lot of improvements in the past several years.

MY iphone 4 would not charge and had blank screen, these guys performed a few functions and my phone started working again, I was so happy because all of my contacts was locked in my phone. they checked my battery life and actually showed me how to perform a data check. They are very professional and efficient.

Great place! I dropped my phone in water and it was completely submerged. I honestly thought my phone wasnt going to work. I called around and Gadget Garage had the lowest price PLUS it was the only place that had the iPhone Xs screen in stock. It didnt take long and I had my iPhone back in perfect condition. I had to have my iPhone 5 charge port replaced for the second time. The first time I had to have it replaced I went to a place by downtown and it was $100. I decided to try Gadget Garage and was very happy. It only took 45 min and the phone charges great now! Best part was it only cost me $75! If you need something fixed I would recommend this place as they are very quick and way better priced than anyone else in town!

I cracked the screen (badly) on my Google Pixel 2XL. These guys are very helpful and good at what they do.I shopped around for the best price and timeframe for repair, and the Gadget Garage was easily the best option. The price was slightly higher than one nearby competitor (only $10), but they had my replacement screen on hand and ready to repair on the same day, which I was really surprised to find out. I decided on the GG, and Im glad I did. Other quotes around town were much higher and would have left me without a phone for almost a week.Everything went flawless and the phone works like new. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I knew I was in good hands. They gave me a time to come back the same day and they had it ready for me.Definitely recommended. They seem to be constantly busy, but if you can get to them at the right time/day, theres a good chance you can get your phone fixed very quickly.

My 13-year-old daughter slammed her iPhone 6 in the car door. To say if she was distressed would be an understatement. Her screen was cracked and her phone was bent.We took her phone to Joe at the Gadget Garage in Fargo. He gave us a good deal on the repair then was able to replace the screen and repair of the body of the phone in less than an hour. I don’t know if this is normal service but I think the Gadget Garage did a great job repairing my daughters phone and I will be back if I have any other personal device problems.Thank you Joe for your quick turn and great customer service.

Very pleased with the new screen replaced on my Samsung. One was ordered right away and I brought my phone in and left it and he called my husband to say he was not happy with the way the screen fit...it was just a little off but said he was going to order a new screen and only took a few days and I had my phone back. Great, friendly service. The job was done well, and I had my phone back in less than two hours. I am a full-time student, director of a state organization, and member of other college organizations, so my phone is key for communication and scheduling (not to mention maps so I can find my meetings). After a quick chiropractor appointment and a cup of coffee, I had my phone back and headed off to another meeting!

They didnt have the parts available to fix my phone immediately, but they were able to explain what the procedure would be and what timelines could work. (they also would have come in under price of competitors that I checked with) Though Im not getting this particular phone fixed right now, Im definitely going to check with Gadget Garage first the next time I need help.
