I’ve had two different PCs in to get diagnosed / repaired. One with a power supply that died and another for a computer that took a large drink of water. Both times I was impressed with the explanation, professionalism, and the resolution. I have been a customer of Ware Repair for a couple of years now. Ware repair has been a life saver for me. Often times I am in a rush needing a device or a repair. Ware Repair has never let me down with their timely service and cheerful attitude. I bought my Apple I Pad from Ware Repair, my friends were jealous of the great price I paid. Since that time I have gone to them for computer repair, cell phone service and more recently I updated and bought a new lap- top from them. I took my grandmas tablet to get a tune-up here. The repair shop in Grand Forks charged my grandmother $45 just for a diagnostic & told her there was nothing they could do but Ware Repair was able to do it for FREE!!! This is THE best place to get work done in town! I spilled water on my laptop, and was told by, another store, that my computer was beyond repair. I was also told I would be lucky if they could get any data off it. Then I took it to Ware Repair. They completely fixed my computer, got all my data backed up... AND they were cheaper and faster than the other place!

They make me to PREPAY 100% of the bill !!! Before they even fix my computer ?? On top of that, They assure me that my computer was going to get fix next day.... or If NOT, they will call me, I never RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM, They always PROMISE A DAY AND NEVER KEEP THEIR WORD I have to WAIT MORE THAN 10 DAYS....... ON TOP OF THAT my computer is overheating, THE computer FAN is LOUD AND no WORKING, AND Im scared of using my computer, It gets really HOT.

I was skeptical of the value and risks of repairing my phone compared to replacing it. I gave it a chance and saved a lot of money. They ordered the parts over the phone based on the issue, so when the parts showed up days later I only had to leave my phone with them once they had what they needed to work on it and had it back that same day. These guys did a great job fast! My Laptops screen was cutting in and out, and after about a year of monkeying with it. I decided that it was time for a new computer. I brought it to Ware Repair because of their free diagnosis, just to see if it would be worth fixing. They had my issue pegged in an hour or so. They had to order a part, so they put everything back to the way it was, and I was able to keep using my laptop until the part came in a couple days later. I dropped the laptop back off for them to fix and an hour or so later, it was done. These guys are my new computer guys!

Excellent service stall was extremely helpful. I brought my computer to be fixed and got it back the same day. The free diagnosis was a huge plus! They let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost so there were no surprises.

Took my laptop in because it wouldnt start. They quickly diagnosed the problem. After checking for any hardware issues, they determined it was a Windows software issue and reinstalled the software. It took and extra day due to getting my phone number down wrong, so authorization to proceed waited until I called them, but still a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them.

Great experience! Really professional and honest. Had an issue with my iPhone 6 where the jack for the charger was not working. Took it in and it turned to be debris inside the jack, and he had it fixed in a matter of seconds! Some repair places would have just replaced the jack and charged a fortune, but they did the right thing by showing honesty and integrity. Ill definitely return when we need other repairs, and would recommend this place to anyone!

Repeat customer! They were able to extract data from an old laptop that was vital to a situation I was in. First, they looked to see if what I needed was even possible before charging me, and once they were able to locate the items, they called confirming it could be done and a price. If you saw the condition of the laptop, you would think they were miracle workers! More recently, I brought my current laptop for a checkup as it seemed to be slowing down. Before anything was done they called with a diagnosis and explained (in layman terms) what was going on. They also were able to provide me a price and what the price included. I highly, highly recommend stopping in. They are always willing to answer questions, transparent, and provide quotes up front.

I brought my laptop in for a software issue.Their customer service is excellent and they listen to your issues through your whole explanation. If you dont know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it they will do free diagnostics and contact you with the fix and the price and let you decide if you want to take them up on it.The diagnostic test was done quickly and so was the repair, but times will likely vary according to their workload.

I brought my LG G4 phone to Ware Repair to replace a broken screen. I went in on Monday to get pricing and have the screen ordered. I was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing I received. One of their competitors was asking over a $100 more for the same service. On Wednesday I brought my phone in for the repair and I was able to pick it up a few hours later. The screen looks brand new again and I would certainly use Ware Repair in the future should I need any service on my phone or computer. Im always happy to support a family owned small business.

So, I have an older laptop and have been thinking about getting a new one since my old one has been acting up. I am a college student so I wasn’t too thrilled on forking up the momey for a new laptop...then I went to Ware Repair and not only did they make it faster than it ever was before, I mean really fast, but they also noticed my coolant system wasn’t working properly and fixed that up too! They did it at an affordable cost and finished it in an afternoon, long enough for me to go to school for class and come back. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

The bottom right corner of my iPhone screen started moving up and down within the iPhone housing. I had taken it to other phone repair specialists in town, all of which told me to live with it and that they couldnt do anything. Ware Repair offered to take a closer look and one hour later my phone was like new. It turned out that my phone housing was bent slightly leading to the housing and screen misaligning which made for an overall poor fit. Not only did they take the time to hear my concerns and fix my phone, they didnt charge me a dime. These folks are honest and provide a great service at a great and fair price! It is clear that they actually care about the work they do for customers more than simply their bottom line. I highly recommend them!

Fixed my LG G3 screen and LCD for $119; $60 cheaper than any other store I called in the Fargo area. They had to order the screen in which took a couple extra days, but that was no problem for me. Its understandable being that G3s are a bit outdated. Dropped it off and picked it up a couple of hours later in brand new condition. Definitely recommend this store.

I thought I could replace the screen on my phone, but I was unable to separate the bad screen from the frame. I took my phone and the replacement screen to Ware Repair and they were able to get it done. They charged me a very reasonable rate, even though it took him several days to get the adhesive to come loose. I highly recommend!

Brought in my computer to see if the staff could fix my PCs case fans and radiator fans LEDs. Received a call the next day with instructions on how to fix the case fans and radiator was fixed. Everything was done free of charge for it being such a small repair. I really appreciated them getting to my device the very next day.
