My experience with Verizons insurance was not very good. I would recommend never to purchase their insurance. First of you have to mail in your phone and wait for a replacement. And who knows How long that might take. Secondly I wanted to replace my existing phone with one similar to the one I have but they only had one Samsung in stock and that was a flip phone. Not impressed at all. Their service sure seems to have gone down hill. At least I was very disappointed with them.

Wait are you a person of color dont go in there. I checked in at the front like everyone else. I was going in for returns. waited for an hour. Several people that came in after me, were all helped before me. I walked out, It was a complete waste of time for me. Very frustrating. It have happened multiple time in this store for me.

This trip was merely accidental. I went in to ask some questions. The greeter was VERY responsive, professional, and not overbearing. I expressed my concerns about my being disabled having cerebral palsy and she made me feel at ease. She also answered each question with clarity. I had to wait to see tech, but it was not long after my given time of 15 minutes, and they apologized. The tech was as informative as the greeter. She also went over things a second time without making me feel anything but clear. Even as I left there was a Thank you for coming. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the mask wearing, and safety. I am planning to come back and get a new phone sometime tomorrow. I would recommend this place even not being a customer, yet...

I was told there was a phone shortage and they didnt have any Android phones or Samsung phones to sell me. I wasnt looking for a specific phone either. I called Verizon and the guy was able to locate me a phone in Fargo 15 mins after I left. He gives me this address to pick my phone up. Either they are liars or or have no idea about theyre own inventory.

I checked in at the front like usual. I was going to add another to an account. It was busy. I waited for an hour. Several people that came in after me, were all helped before me. I finally walked out, the guy that checked me in watched me walk out and didn’t say a word. I don’t know what is going on over there but no one seemed to care that I was sitting there for an hour without being helped. It was a complete waste of time for me. Very frustrating.

Ive never been more frustrated from a lack of customer support with a company. I was excited to switch back to Verizon and was happy with the great promotions and packages they offered when we signed up. We made budgeted decisions on which phones to purchase based on the promotional offers we were promised, but came to find out after trying to work with customer service for hours of online message and phone calls that the trade in value of $450 for my phone was not going to be honored as it was stated in person and via email from Verizon. Even with my email proof of the trade-in price, Verizon still refuses to return my phone or provide the money they promised. My phone I traded in was very new but I thought it was a good price and would have cut my monthly phone cost by 50%. I literally feel like I had my phone stolen from me by Verizon. If youre a customer, be cautious because apparently promotions promised by Verizon arent guaranteed but customers are still held to their contract. My suggestion to Verizon is you should follow through on your promises and not let your errors be a burden on your customers. I am very disappointed and have lost a lot of trust with Verizon.

Went in to get my phone repaired today under my insurance through Verizon at this store. The guy there straight up lied to me about how to get it fixed and said they have mobile techs that come to your home and fix or replace the screen. When i talked to the claims department they said that service is not available here and never has been. Lying to customers to get them out of the store is not ok.Later tried to call the store and the automated phone system wont allow you to get through and talk to anyone at the store. Horrible customer service.

Everything about their contract with me has been a pain in the butt. I bought a $1,500 flagship phone and have had far worse service then I ever had with Sprint. To be clear, people need to understand that in certain situations certain providers will provide superior service. I found out the hard way that all of the promises made by this store were in bad faith. For my situation I should have stayed with Sprint.Response: I would argue that your team is not held to the highest standards, because the situation was allowed to get escalated to Verizons executive office. At which point after speaking with someone that actually held Verizons stance on customer service it was taken care of at a level far above and beyond the store level. Its very easy to look at your response and see right through it. The first part of your response is trying to devalue and take away from my issue. The second part of your response is just enough to try to look like you are not actively crapping on customers. To be clear, Verizon as a company is all right. Your store, is the equivalent of nothing more than a disappointment.

Obviously the goal of the store is to sell you a phone. The second goal is to get you to by as many add-on items as possible. The sales people I have worked with were courteous and tried to show me phones that met my needs. However, after selecting a phone came the here are the various packages of stuff you might want because we have a deal on them. Sales persons I have worked with were good at taking no as an answer. Expect to take about 20 minutes even if you know exactly what phone you want.

The way of the dinosaur, phone stores are next. After buying new phones, and accessories for 4 family members, I dropped in because my premium screen protector cracked. Only to find out that since I hadnt registered it, it wasnt covered. Had the sales person been more interested in my needs then the sale we wouldve done it there -- or he wouldve done it for me. I brought back a wireless charger that I hadnt opened only to find out its past their two week return policy so they wouldnt take it. Your physical store isnt worth the hassle. Im a busy person who took the time to stop in because Id like to think someone in person will take better care of me and build a physical relationship. Since thats not the case I wont waste my time anymore. Well just do it ourselves online.

Got my new iPad pro here and loving it so far though I wish they had ones with the large capacity hard drives. Service was quick and friendly but a small mix up ended up in me having activated two lines instead of the upgrade. They contacted an online rep and the issue was fixed to days later and refunded me the line charge that was mistakenly added.

This Verizon Wireless store has earned their reputation for excellent customer service! It was very busy, but I was still greeted immediately and told someone would help me as soon as possible. I waited about five minutes, and could see that the employees were aware of me as I was waiting, and I knew I wasnt being forgotten.The associate who helped me was friendly and competent. She could tell I was kind of a jerk (I get that way in pressure sales environments), and backed way off the hard sell tactics. When I told her I was there for a specific phone, and didnt want cases, chargers, etc., she listened! Impressive.Better than that, she didnt just plow ahead with the sale to try to get me out of the store. Without being pushy, she asked a few questions about my account and how it was setup and used to see if changing plans would make sense. As it turned out, she saved me $15 per month over my current bill *after* adding another smartphone, just by asking a few questions and checking the usage on my plan. And it was all done in about 20 minutes. I was expecting to walk out of there paying two hundred a month, but instead will pay about one hundred fifty, with better insurance coverage, and more than enough minutes, text messages, and data.This is the only Verizon store I will use from now on. Ive had good experiences elsewhere, but a great experience like this one will keep me coming back.

Not the best customer service. Indicated that I would be able to just activate my phone by doing a transfer from one phone to the other. That was a lie. Tried to call the number to get stuff activated and they wanted a PIN and would not let me talk to a person. Called the store and was told to call a different number that also wasnt helpful. Called the store again and they asked me if I had turned it on and off... Sigh. Gave me some more useless information and so I tried another couple things that didnt work and now I will have to go back to the store to try to get it resolved. What a freaking mess.The saga continues. Continuing to have issues with the phone and now find that you cant but the wireless charger mod for my phone any where. Sadly I bought the wireless pad in anticipation of being able to buy the wireless mod (store clerk did not inform me you could not buy the mod anywhere anymore). I now have a 50 dollar paper weight. As soon as I can pay off this phone Im switching to Sprint. Ive been a customer with Verizon for a very long time but this is ridiculous.

Went here to upgrade a tablet. That part was fine. Even got it on sale. But I mistakenly inquired about getting additional data on my current plan. Sales rep named Tristan, either lied, made stuff up or was just unknowledgeable. Made me an offer that was not true, as I found out when I got my next bill. Only $10 more per month for more mobile data and hotspot data... How much data you ask... Like 50 gigs. Ya, that sounded good, too good to be true. My next bill was $36 more than usual and I actually had less data available on one of my 4 devices.I called Verizon and told them what happened. They will reverse what Tristan did, but I have to pay a higher bill this month and then call back next month to ask for a bill credit. Fingers crossed.

It was a busy weekend when I arrived. Approximately 2 months ago I was passing through Fargo, (Im a truck driver) and my old phone was crashing. It was a busy Saturday afternoon when I arrived at the store. I was greeted almost immediately by Justin. Who was very personable, professional, informative and helpful with my situation. Did not feel rushed and was treated with importance. As if I was the only customer in the store. After he set me up for my needs, another associate, Tyler, had taken over for Justin, made sure everything was migrated from my old phone, that I understood and was comfortable with it, and finalized everything.Also provided me with paper, pen, and a comfortable place to sit while I spent close to an hour hand writing info from an app on my old phone that was unable to transfer. All the while, checking on me to make sure I didnt need anything else.

Participated in Thanksgiving $400 trade in promotion only to find out via email I recieved $13! After being on hold for over an hour Twice and getting more frustrated with their vitual robot named sam, I called the local store. This is always a last resort for me because their job is to sell and they usually wind up having to call corporate anyways. The manager told me she would call corporate to get answers and as expected I never spoke with her again. After no resolution or explanation I went to the store myself and returned the phone. Only to find I could not have my trade in back! Why is this?? I would never have agreed to give up my phone for $13. I was using that phone right up to the day I traded it in. This is unethical. There is zero reason not to have a trade in inspection site on location. I left the store feeling taken advantage of and angry.

I went to the store to switch phone plans and get a new phone and was told i could not switch plans due to technical difficulties. I then got a new s10 which the guy could not figure out how to add it to my phone bill so wound up purchasing the phone outright(expensive and inconvenient). I was then told all i had to do was turn on the new phone and sign into gmail and all would be well. Guess what... they were wrong. I was told i could not transfer phone plans for 30 days bc of me getting a new phone, come to find out after speaking to another Verizon employee that i can switch whenever and was told i could not so that salesman who sold me the phone would make a higher commission off my purchase. So basically i didnt get my plan switched, spent over $1000 to leave with an unactivated phone(which i have yet to figure out and am still using my old phone) and have to make another trip to town and waste time of my day to TRY to switch plans again. DONT EVER GO HERE

My wife and I spent 3hr having them try to transfer data from her old phone to a new one and they never completed the transfer. Im not very impressed with their ability but they appeared to be trying hard. But trying hard and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee but not a phone that works properly ! UPDATE 7-22-17 after having a phone break and going to Verizon to get it replaced we found out that we where if not lied too they at least seriously misrepresented their products. After 20 some years with them we switched to AT&T hopefully we will have better results. Id give them less than one star but than I could not write a review!!!!

Just switched carriers, a little disappointed. When a service person says were doing this as a courtesy after you spend hundreds of dollars thats a real slap in the face for a new customer. If you really dont want to help me you shouldnt be in the customer service business. We also had activation issues and they end up waving the fees for the activation after we had to return later that day to resolve it. It did end up getting resolved which I do appreciate but they really do need to fix whatever issues that they have on their end to make sure that doesnt happen to customers.

Came in to order a new phone and the guy that helped me order the phone ordered the smallest storage available for that device. I wasnt given the option and if asked I would have said I want the largest. I get home I realized the mistake and called Verizon but at that point it was too late so I was told to receive the device go into the store and exchange it. I get to the store once I receive the phone and waited 30-40 minutes only to hear that they dont have the device in stock. Thank you for telling me when I walked in and said that I was there to exchange for the bigger device.On top of that, Im no longer able to return the device without paying a restocking fee. Lets get one thing clear, Im not returning the phone, Im exchanging. Since when do you have to pay a restocking fee for an exchange?Not a big fan of Verizon right now and almost wishing I switched to Sprint.This store obviously has no clue what they have in stock or available and very little regard for peoples time.

I have nothing but problems when I go to this store. Last time I was in I was brought my dead phone in to have it replaced for the second time under warrantee. The issue was after I was told I need a new phone after an hour of trouble shooting with no results. On Sunday they said they could get me a new one by Tuesday. With my business I run I needed it by Monday at the latest, and it was looking like I was just going to have to wait. After the guy messed around on his little I-Pad he said, “Oh I can overnight it for you, but it will cost an additional $13.41.” I said “Perfect”. It is now Tuesday and I am still waiting for my phone that I would have had if I didn’t pay the extra for. I called the store and the manager said that it would not have shown up on Monday no matter what I paid. I was frustrated and told him that I don’t think it was right that I had to pay and not get anything faster than what I was told from the start. He kept telling me that if I didn’t pay for the overnight I wouldn’t have it until the next week. I was pissed to hear that it is my fault that I was misinformed. I explained that I was not happy and ended up talking to an empty phone. I would say the customer service here sucks to put it lightly.

I went in at around 5:30 pm to switch my account to a new phone that I had bought elsewhere and also get a SIM card for it. No waiting in line, service guy just asked for my drivers license to verify I had the account, looked in the new phone (for IMEI I suppose), got me the SIM, verified it was working with a call, and done! Less than 5 minutes start to finish. Also it was free. Flabbergastingly simple!

A horrible experience .... the accounting department at Verizon makes a mistake and tells me that they could not withdraw money from my account, but there is no banking error (the bank account had more than sufficient amount and everything should have been order) ... However, nobody at Verizon is willing to track it and they put me on Cash Only Customer ......Now this gets funny ... Most of their sites cannot accept cash and the others have teller machines that do not give out a change so if I put in $80 for a $69 billl .... I get nothing back. I have used T-mobile for 10 years .... outstanding service although poor coverage. I feel AT&T has the right mix of coverage and service but Verizon is the WORST SERVICE I have ever received in my life in USA.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been so disrespected by customer service in my life. They are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Their sales staff makes commission and that is easy to see as they will take advantage of anyone in your family (IE: those that do not understand technology=mother). I implore you to not visit this store, spend your money online or anywhere but at this location. The sales staff and the manager are by far the worst I have ever dealt with at any retail location in the Fargo Moorhead area.

Brought my phone in, was told my phone was defected. The rep ordered a defected replacement right there is the store. The 1st phone showed up it was a different color. I call Verizon just see why i received a different color phone, just out of curiosity. The rep on phone the told me thats all they had at the time was the color i received. Then she told me that they have my original color available and if i wanted she could send one out. Sounded good to me at the time. The process for that took 45mins. After mailing the phones back i get charged for a damaged phone $329. If I did an insurance claim for a damage phone I only pay $129. So i call in again, only to be told i have to go in to the store find the person who helped me and dispute with them about it. Ive been with Verizon 13yrs. All and All they have very poor customer serves. In store, over the phone, and policies.

Went into the store at cChristmatime because you had a sale on the Galaxy 9 plus, but when I got to the store they didnt have the phone and said they couldnt order it. That was on a Friday but when I came in on Monday they had the phone but couldnt get the phone they said they couldnt order for the sale price. I did a review then and all it said was sorry about your experience and please give us another try, nothing about making it right. Went in today for a upgrade of the same phone and no sale but the employee got all the accessories together for me only to come tell me that they dont have the phone but could have it shipped in two days and no charge to me! My family is visiting here for a few days and when we got here, we discovered we didnt have a charger for one of our phones. It was early evening and I tried to just pick one up at a convenience store....the phone takes a special charger that I would have to get at Verizon. So I go to Verizon and it is 8:02 pm on Friday. Yes, the store was closed at 8pm and the doors were locked, but there were still customers inside. I motioned to one of the sales people that alli needed was a charger and she shakes her head at me....really? We are in a dire family situation here and need to be able to be in contact with each other 24/7. Thank goodness another family member had a charger cord that worked when he arrived so we didnt have to have a communication problem. I realize there is money to be made in making phones that only use special chargers you cant get anywhere else, there is also money the be made completing a 5 minute sale to a desperate customer.

Its frustrating when they do an upgrade. Then no one knows how to trouble shoot the problems, or who to contact. I spent almost 2 hours trying to figure it out there.
