I used to go to this store all the time. The staff was friendly, especially Amgil. Always got me taken care of quickly and would hold the door open for me on my way out. Their cell service and other services were worth the price. I wasnt a fan of the manager back then, Dave Lindsey, but the new ones are awesome!

I called into technical support 5 different times and they couldnt fix my issue. I went to Christian at the store where I should have started to begin with. Christian fixed my issue in 2 minutes.
I needed a new screen protector and stopped in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made some suggestions, let me pick which one I wanted, and Christian Karch even put it on for me. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back to this location for my future phone needs.

Germaine, at the AT&T Store, in the West Acres Mall in Fargo, was immensely helpful! He helped me install an update on my iPhone 10. He then showed me an alternate route to access my exercise videos on my old, original mini iPad! Germaine saved me $500 by not having to purchase an iPad Mini 5! Germaine rocks! In my opinion, Germaine is a candidate for a promotion + a raise! 🤗

My husband and I arrived about half an hour before the location closed for upgrades on our phones. They were short staffed and there was a complicated customer ahead of us. We had to wait for about 25 minutes, which wasnt too big of a deal as we did not have an appointment and it gave us time to browse. By the time they were able to get to us it was almost time for them to close. Not only did they stay late to make sure we got taken care of, but they also took the time to get us set up with a new service for TV as well. They were pleasant the whole time. By the time we left it was about 45 mins after they closed. Not once did they make us feel bad for running them late. Great guys!! Very happy as always!

I visited the store a few months ago and it was a pretty busy Saturday afternoon. I was surprised at how quickly I was helped. Christian was able to assist me with my issue very quickly while also helping another person at the same time. The multi tasking ability of this young gentleman not only helped me quickly, but also helped the store not seem too busy or overcrowded.
I think the dogs are taking over. My wife and me walked into this store. The first thing two young guys had a big dog and he started barking at my wife and me and if he would not have had leash on he would have bit one of us. I think this is going too far, no body has any consideration for any body else. If it ever happens again it will be a dead dog and we will find another cell phone co.
My husband had a problem no one else could fix. Theo and Chris stayed late. Solved the problem many hours on the phone couldn’t help! Best guys ever! Even took extra time to find us a better plan. My best experience with AT&T ever!

Lori was absolutely fabulous, and understanding and flawlessly helped me while was in a bad panic about my lost phone. She gave fantastic customer service and made sure my phone number got recovered so I could rebuild again without having to completely start from scratch. She really was great and understood about my inability to wear a mask. She was my savior today and without her Id be so screwed. Store was also very clean and cozy. Im a happy customer again!

Lindsey 100% deserves recognition for her excellent service. My wife and I were not prepared at all and encountered quite a few complications with porting over a number and getting our phones transfered and account set up, but Lindsey helped us each step of the way. She was incredibly patient as we got our ducks in a row, and even brought us waters as we talked with customer support. Not once did she look annoyed or bothered. She carefully explained everything about our new accounts and answered our many questions we had. She even got the door for us on our way out. 12/10.

The AT&T store on 44th St and 13th Ave S in Fargo, ND was a perfect place for me to sign up for a plan and get a new phone. Their kindness and patience was amazing. Craig was so clear and thorough in his explanations that it made me feel confident that I had made the right choice! Thank you!!!!
The salesperson Chris was immensely helpful. I came in with a few questions and he clearly and concisely provided me with quotes and relayed other relevant information that gave me confident as I made the decision to upgrade my parents phones. That said, I checked online and found that rates were cheaper there than in store. I wanted Chris to be compensated for all his work, but unfortunately I simply had to go with the better online deals. If AT&T wants to improve their customer service then they should allow their salespersons to match online prices when customers inquire about it. I was immensely disappointed that Chris was not compensated for his very impressive help in store.

Very disappointing. Had an issue with DirecTV billing. Was abruptly told he couldnt help since I wasnt a new customer. I have only been with DirecTV for the last 23 years... Wont be a customer for long. Going to switch tv and wireless. Gave them a 1 since 0 was not available.

It seems that the Staff is more focus in sale items, if you have a different concern they tell you to go to the AT&T website which sometimes no one either get back to you . Verizon was better regarding customer services .
Alex did an amazing job taking care of us! We had a horrible experience with the AT&T retailer store in Grand Forks ND (2851 32nd Ave) and with corporate customer service. We thought we could save money and have good service so we switched from Verizon and bought new phones with unlimited service. What a mistake! The service was absolutely terrible in Devils Lake, Lakota, Grand Forks and at our farm on the border in Minnesota (uses ND 911 service. AT&T FAILS!). North Dakotans do not deserve to have AT&T as our EMS/911 provider. The AT&T return/cancellation policy begins 14 days from the SHIP DATE! This is totally unreasonable. Reason #1 is the customer cannot control shipping delays or weather; #2 Many work schedules such as law enforcement, military, truck drivers, etc have jobs that are out of town or not conducive to normal work hours or work week. As a result, they cant meet a 14 day return policy from a SHIP DATE. Furthermore, its most reasonable to begin the buyers remorse period on the ACTIVATION date. However, despite the debacle of services, cost, lack of transparency, Alex and Lindsey from the corporate AT&T store in Fargo went above and beyond to refund our money and to correct the situation. If ever we were to return to AT&T, we would recommend Alex and his staff at the Fargo store!
This team is amazing. We switched from Verizon to At&t this week and everyone in this store including the manager were helpful, friendly, and didnt let you feel like another number. We went there for accessories and left feeling like friends.
Employees are quick to greet you and are professional and courteous. No waiting in long queue lines, no pushy quotas or agenda-type upselling sales pitches, just fast and friendly service, and a smile to boot. Best of all, I can avoid going to the mall :-) The atmosphere of the store is also relaxing and very very clean. Even when Ive gone in grumpy if Im having an issue with a damaged phone, the cheery staff and environment are a breath of fresh air.

They always tell me my phone problems are the phone, not service. They are very helpful to get me a new phone. Then I have the same issues.
Great cus to omer service. Ive been able to receive help in some seemingly hopeless circumstances. Even after being told I wasnt capable of fixing my problems with my service from tech support online sometimes the team members in-store are capable of solving difficulties unavailable over the phone.
The customer service at this location is a joke. The woman is especially rude. Always have issues when we go in, rather wait in line for more competent people in the mall. Save yourself the hassle and find another location to visit.

While I dont like AT&T in general, this location had pretty good service so thats what Im reviewing here. Three of us came in looking for fifty dollar phones and the smallest family pack we could get.Other people spend gobs of time in there looking at the latest devices for a bajillion dollars and the 5,000 gigabyte plan, and while we had to wait for a rep to be available, when one was available we were treated with just as much respect even though a couple of us knew nothing about phones or tech in general.Kudos to that particular rep, I wish I would have remembered his name. Hopefully the other reps here are as good as he was.

Theres talking and laughter coming from the back room employees only . And finally asked the worker how long it would be. He said 5-10 minutes in an annoyed voice. . The attitude of customer service was not pleasant. Had a problem with my SG8 phone. He wasnt making a commission. He had to reboot my phone. Took all of 15 minutes for him to figure out what needed to be done.
