I have been to CPR for 2 different reasons. Both visits Mike and his staff have been very professional and courteous. Financially they explained exactly how much the cost was and it was exactly that. I will continue to take my business to CPR in the future!! You should as well.

Was not what the previous reviews were saying for myself personally. Very prompt in fixing my stepsons Iphone 11 screen, cost was very reasonable compared to the places, very good customer service and knew exactly what I was talking about when I called. Will definitely be going there again!!

Dropped off a iPad Air 1 with a broken screen. Not only did they have the replacement screen for this old iPad, they had it fixed under 2 hours. I am happy I didn’t go somewhere else.

Given that there was no guarantee that the attempt to repair would be successful, and my additional investment would not be refundable I have opted to go for the refund. I am grateful for the offer and do understand that repairs do not always end well.

Needed to repair a cracked screen. They did it in just under an hour and a half, which is awesome! They did a great job and I would go there again if I broke something!

Fair prices but when they fixed my iPad mini I think they put the wrong screen on because the bevels became touch sensitive when they werent before and some areas on the screen were untouchable. Also I asked if they could fix or sell a couple things and they lost/misplaced them. I tried picking them up 3 times and they couldnt find them any of the times I went... I was very disappointed

I recently dropped off a tablet the we use for our business to get it repaired. CPR had to order a part, which I understand during these times can take awhile. I called every couple of weeks and they were still waiting for the part. The fourth time I called to check on the status they informed me that the part was in but they were waiting on someone to repair it. I then asked if I could come in and pick up the tablet and the part to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. When I got to the store they only handed me the tablet back. When I asked where the part was they explained that it had not been delivered yet. The employees were friendly but I didnt appreciate the dishonesty. I took the tablet to a place in the mall and they had the tablet repaired the next day.

I called them twice about self diagnosis on my water-damaged cell phone! They were extremely helpful and friendly!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!!!!On November 17, 2020 Best Buy sent me here for a new battery for my iPhone SE. I was made to pay in advance $64.49. When I had the battery installed I was informed my phone was in a continuous boot loop and was no longer usable. When I requested a refund they told me the battery price of $14.49 could be refunded. I clarified I needed to pay $50 to have my phone destroyed and now purchase a new one? They informed me labor is that much and even if they destroy it I have to pay for that. I have never encountered this in any other professional industry. I tried to contact corporate but they referred my case to the store, whom obviously did not contact me. I wish I could’ve put that $50 towards my new phone.

Had a broken screen on an iPad. They home button with finger id was also damaged. They had it for a couple weeks and when I called them it was magically done. My fiancé picked it up and the home button didn’t work at all. Called them back and the ticket was still open and no one knew why I was told to pick it up.Ok whatever. Wait another couple weeks and call them back. Basically go the “ohh yeah…umm…totally working on it right now.” 🙄 mmhmmm it was “done” the next day. Fiancé picked it up again and at home the first time it is used the button not only doesn’t work it detaches!I had good luck with CPR in the MSP metro area but definitely will not bring anything back to this store.

I got a quote for an Xbox hdmi repair and it was quoted for 2hrs at the price if 135. I brought it to the store and was asked to pay $159 up front before the repair was done. I asked if they were going to honor the quote and they said that they suppose the could but the fix would take 2 weeks. I left it there for 2 weeks and never heard an update from them so I contacted them myself to find out that they havent even looked at it yet! I went and picked it up to bring it somewhere else. That somewhere else had it done in 1 day. I would look else where for a fix!

If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat. I talk to one person and they told me $125 to get my phone fixed and then the next person said it would be $169 to get my phone fixed. I go in to jump off my phone and they said my phone wouldn’t be available for two days when I originally I was told 24 hours. This place has awful, terrible, customer service and I do not recommend this place. Nobody knows what they’re talking about and nobody is on the same page. Zero out of five stars

I dropped my phone off they told me 55$ then I went to the car to get credit card came back in then it was 75$. They never called me for 7 days I had to call them.i came to get the phone it was dead,I said how do I know if its fixed and he said I can charge it for a few minutes. Didnt say if it was fixed or not didnt say what they did to it. I had to call them once I got home. So very disappointing in costumer service for sure.i will never go back. So I paid 75$ for what. I absolutely loved the service I received from this company. The screen on my iPhone 11 cracked at 1pm on 7/15 and I brought it in at 4pm expecting to come back the next day to pick it up but the gentleman at the counter said I could come back at 5pm the same day and he could almost guarantee it would be done. Sure enough, I showed up at at around 5:15 and the phone was good as new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality phone repair and friendly staff.

They estimated 2 hours for the procedure 3 different times. Yet it took 4 hours for us to wait for the repair.

Dropped off an xbox in June to have the HDMI port fixed. Ive called about every 2-3 weeks since asking for an update. Every update has been wildly different from waiting for the part to it looks like its already been picked up. They dont seem to be able to keep track of anything. Its currently the end of October, and Im waiting for them to call me tomorrow, but I would bet everything I have that they wont and that Ill have to call them again.UPDATE: i have the xbox back. I was offered a computer monitor instead of a refund. Somehow the sticker from Gamestop which acts as a seal for the xbox internal components was not removed, so I can only assume they didnt even open it up to look at it. I will just end up fixing this myself.

Ive used this business several times for several reasons. Recently, my Pixel 3XL Zagg screen protector got cracked. (It saved my screen.) CPR didnt have one in stock and I happened to be moving cross country. They honored the warranty and mailed the replacement to me! Amazing. Very knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them.

I dropped my device off on 1/3/20 i PAID for the screen upfront and was told it would be completed by 1/10/20. On the 17th i called to check on the status of the repair and i was directed to their Fargo Office. THE SCREEN WAS NEVER ORDERED even though i paid IN FULL for the screen ($115) on 1/3/20. The Fargo store told me they had an employee issue and let someone go. Fargo also told me they would order and overnight the screen to Grand Forks and they would follow up with me to let me know a estimated completed date. They never followed up, so on 1/25 i called and they said they screen was ordered but not overnight-ed as it would cost too much. The screen was scheduled to arrive in Grand Forks on 1/28. It did and they called on 1/30 to let me know it was ready for pick up. I was then quoted an additional $99.95 for labor, i requested a discount since they had my device for 27 days instead of 7. I was directed to the Fargo manager who would not return my calls. Had i known about their sub par customer service and lack of communication i would have taken it elsewhere and i HIGHLY suggest you do as well.

The guy behind the counter didnt know anything about anything. He just *ASSUMED* it was a bad charge port and said they would have it done in a couple days since they needed to order the part. Four days later I hadnt heard from them so I called and the guy I spoke with told me that the job was done and I could come pick it up. I picked it up and was super suspicious because the battery was still dead. I brought it out to my car and plugged it in and it was still unresponsive. I looked at the charge port and it was still the same charge port. I knew because I had cleaned it very well before bringing it in and it still had the same discolorations as before.I brought it back into the store and spoke with the manager to figure out what was going on and he explained to me that they shouldnt have taken this job on to begin with because it was a micro solder job and they didnt have the capability to perform such work.You think they might have called me and told me that the same day I dropped it off, especially when I dropped it off a minute after the store had opened. Instead I had to call them four days later to find out what was going on and even then they still told me that they had fixed it and that I can come pick it up. If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would. The fact that these guys are in business just baffles me.

Please think twice before using CPR Repair. I brought my phone to get it fixed. I went back to pick it up and there was a black mark on the screen. I brought it back in and they said they would fix it. A few hours later I got my phone again and the Face ID didn’t work and the screen was practically falling out on one said. I brought it back for the THIRD time (this is all in one day) and they took the phone again for a few hours. They put in a new screen and said that Face ID doesn’t work anymore and there’s nothing they can do. It worked perfectly when I brought the phone in. It took quite a bit of arguing to get them to give me 25% off and now my phone still has no Face ID. In order to get a return they originally wanted to put my old (slightly discolored) screen in, still have no Face ID, and STILL PAY for the installation fee. So they wanted to put my phone in worse condition and I still give them money! Please learn from my experience with CPR.

I received great service here to replace my cracked Zagg invisible shield for my cell phone. It was a simple process. I was out-the-door within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I got my iPhone screen fixed and I’m kinda annoyed just because I asked twice if there was going to be any color changes or light changes to the screen and they said “No it’s the same quality. You won’t see a difference.” Well I do. The colors are a lot dimmer and that’s a problem for me because I constantly post artwork up so the truest colors matter to me.. Another thing I noticed when I picked it up the home button seal was sticking out but the guy had no problem fixing that and it was quick. Otherwise it took them an hour to fix which was great and it was a reasonable price.

Great experience. We dropped off my daughters iPhone to get a fixed screen. This was at 5:30 pm. They close at 6:00. We got a call at 6:15 telling us we could com get it because a worker stayed late to fix the phone and a few other items. Very happy with phone and customer service.

Only leaving a star because the person who helped me was very friendly. I shattered the screen of my galaxy S8. I took it in and to their credit they had it replaced in two hours. However it cost me over 300 dollars and they shattered the back of my phone, which was fine except for a couple hairline cracks. I would have been fine with this if they had replaced it as well but they were going to charge me more for something they did. My earphone jack also no longer works after taking it in. I feel like I was overcharged for underwhelming results and as it stands, I will never go back to any CPR store and i will strongly recommend that no one i know does.

After my recent two month, $300 experience with CPR, I was asked to leave a review, and I hope my experience will make you think twice before trusting your device to their care.I dropped my device off in hopes of getting a new battery to improve its miserable battery life for a quote of $129.99. After a $90 deposit and repair, I was told its a dud as it would no longer turn on. I got the device back with a partial refund for a now broken computer. I could have broken it myself for free!After a chat the next day with the manager, I was told I could bring it back and they would reevaluate it at no cost. When I returned, the manager wouldnt even come out of his office to talk to me! About two weeks later, I called to see what they had found (no, they never called me). I was told it could be sent to another CPR location who thought they could repair it. My computer was shipped and could be fixed for $249.99. I figured thats better than nothing, and I was glad to be getting a functioning device with improved battery life.The associates tried to be helpful, but no one ever knew the status unless I talked to one specific tech with limited office hours who never returned my call. Two months and $300 later, I have a device that turns on, still has a miserable battery life, and now has dark lines on the screen. On the bright side...it turns on.EDIT: The screen has continued to get worse, now has dark spots, and I can no longer see the grid lines in Excel.

They repaired my phone screen. They told me it would take 1 to 2 hours both when I called and when I dropped my phone off. It took them over 4 hours! Im from out of town, which they knew, so it was a hassle.

My Iphone fell out of my purse and cracked up the screen. I was leaving for Christmas Vacation and decided to get the screen repaired. After research and calling several locations, I chose to use CPR to get the phone repaired, they had great reviews posted on-line. I took it in and was very pleased with the assistance I received from the clerk at the front counter. He told me it would take about 2 hours. I stopped back in after 3 hours and the phone was done and seem to be working great. That is where the good impression of CPR ended. After getting home that evening, I received a phone call. The individual on the other end of the line kept asking me if I was still there. Seems that during our conversation, the speaker on my phone kept cutting out. I had to put up with the speaker cutting out for a week while I was traveling. When I got back to town, I took the phone back into CPR to have it fixed. The store employee told me that it would be done in less than 3 hours. 3 1/2 hours later, I returned back to the store to pick up my phone. Wasn’t done, and it would be another 2 hours until it was done. The same store employee that took my phone in the morning, said that the cell phone tech was 30 minutes late for work and that he had just started working on my phone. Not sure how a 30 minute late employee turns into a repair that takes over 5 hours. He also belittled me for coming back to the store before I was called that my phone was done. I let him know that was not what he had told me in the morning- he made no mention of a phone call to inform me when to pick it up, only it would be done in 3 hours. He assured me that he would call when it was done. 3 hours later, still no phone call, I called the store instead – sure enough it was done and they had just forgotten to call. When I arrived to pick up my phone, it was the same employee that I had started the day with. I let him know how much time I had wasted driving back and for to get a phone fixed that should have never left their store the week before not working. He let me know that all the work they had done to get the phone working again was done at no-charge. That they could have charged me for Labor to get the speaker working properly, so I should be happy about it. WOW, I wasted 3 hours of my time to get my phone working properly because of an incompetent technician and I should be happy that I wasn’t charged for the repair labor.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had these people order the battery needed to replace in my phone ahead of time. Brought it in Friday morning and it was supposed to be done 2 hours later. When I came back they had my phone torn apart, but suddenly they realized they had order the wrong battery. Now I get to spend the weekend without everything I have in my phone. Fast forward to Monday. I spoke to them at 10am and was told yes, the correct battery has arrived and my phone would be ready today. Now Im told they were mistaken, it was a different battery that had been delivered, and NOW Im looking at Wednesday at the earliest. So now this 2 hours simple replacement (which I was required to pay for up front of course) has morphed into nearly a week with NO PHONE. I cant get anyone to give me a straight answer at this place. No discount has been offered. No nothing. At this point I dont know if Ill ever get it back! Next time Im just gonna pay the $30 more to get a brand new phone the next day through the insurance. This is the biggest joke Ive ever been a part of. The fact that nothing has been offered to make it right...its like Im living in the twilight zone! Who do these people think they are?!?!?!

They remedied the issue I had with this business. Although they are still not taking accountability for their mishap. They are fixing my back glass that was shattered while in their store, that was not broken when I took it there. When I picked it up it was. They are fixing what they broke to its original state. Im satisfied with that..

They were rude every time I called enquiring about my console. Never called me back when they said they would, and in the end did not fix my console. 1 star because at least I didn’t have to pay for them to not fix it.

The staff at this location are extremely incompetent, disorganized, and careless in their work. I would highly discourage anyone from going there. Took my laptop in for a diagnosis, and was given a very low estimate of how much it would cost to fix. Waited for three days before I heard back from them and when I did they told me it would cost triple what they quoted me. I declined getting the fix, and went to pick up my laptop. When I gave it to them it was in very pristine condition, and when they gave it back it had more then several large scratches and screws missing. They also didn’t give me the charger which I had to go back for. When I asked for it, they made me wait 15 minutes while they tried to find it. Their store was messy and disorganized. I never would have taken my laptop there if I had known it would be returned in worse condition, or that the staff was such a pain to deal with.

Don’t get your phone screen replaced here!! I got my iphone screen replaced, and literally 3 days later it cracked by just setting it on the counter. I went back for a refund, and they said that they would replace it but i would still have to pay the full price. The worker was rude and unprofessional. I would recommend stay away from this company, as all they care about is taking your money.

The service was impeccable. I had questions they had answers and cost effective solutions. Highly recommended.

Unable to help me, and honestly didnt seem interested in helping me either. Brought my computer to a competitor (a to z computer in family fare) and they had it fixed with just a new power cord.*Update* the owner Perry came to my business and chatted about what had happened in my situation. We talked for about 10 minutes and he did offer to help make things better but my issue has already been resolved so at this point I no longer needed his help so I declined his service. He said that CPR and the computer place are two separate businesses running through the same shop so understanably the review was left for the business Google assumed I stopped at. Nonetheless I was only offered to be sold a computer rather than offering to order the correct power adapter for my desktop computer. I cannot speak on the operations of the cell phone side of things as I was only there for a computer issue.
