Its a decent store. Very well stocked with a nice variety of international items. Sometimes the aisles can be a bit confusing with gaps halfway through, giving a slightly labyrinthian vibe. Also if anything comes up while youre checking out with a cashier, it takes a long time for anyone to actually come from the office to assist. The cashiers and the office are like on opposite ends of the store. Not good. At my home Giant in Stafford Co. The office is front and center and never have to wait more than a few seconds for assistance. But I will say that this Giant has at least one more department than Stafford. I cant speak in the service, but this one has a whole cheese department. Knowing this company though, Im willing to bet that they do a good job there

Id drive the extra mile to come to this Giant location even though there are two others that are closer to me. This location is always clean and neat. I appreciate the care the employees put into this store. The employees are kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience shopping at your store, you can really tell everyone that works there gives 100%.

A nice Giant Food Store at a very convenient location.What more is there to be said (except when are they ever going to have their chocolate covered angel food cakes back for sale - the horror of it all (!!!) when those decadently delicious chocolate covered angel food cakes were discontinued during the 1990s).

This is a solid grocery store. It is the standard upon which all other grocery stores are judged in the metropolitan DC area.It is a full-service grocery store with well paid employees. They do a great job, and the prices reflect that. This is the place you go to buy products you cant find at other grocery stores.

I live in the Seven Corners area and have been going to this Giant every week since it opened up a couple years ago. A month or so ago, I was checking out with a relatively large amount of groceries, and when I walked up, the cashier rolled his eyes and sighed as if I had too many groceries to check out. I didnt say anything and let it go, thinking that perhaps this cashier was having a bad day. (I am not even the type of person to try to talk to the cashier and ask them to have a conversation with me, I just try to be respectful and appreciative whenever a cashier helps me.) Today, I went back to the Giant and saw this cashier was working again, but since he was the only line open (maybe for this same reason), I went into his line. This time I was with my wife and he again visibly rolled his eyes and sighed loudly as we walked up with our groceries. We were just coming back from a vacation and needed to get more groceries than usual, but it made us feel as if we were doing something wrong by getting the larger amount of groceries we needed. I asked him, Is this too many groceries for you? After which he said, You can do whatever you want. We were already starting to put groceries on the belt so we stayed and awkwardly finished up the process without any words. I was pretty frustrated since this was now the second time that this cashier was outwardly expressing discontent with having to check us out, so I went to the customer service desk after checkout to ask for the manager. There was a manager on duty (not the actual store manager) at the customer service desk, so I explained to him what happened. He listened, but was dismissive, didnt ask me for any further details (as if this issue had happened many times before), and did not express any sort of sincerity or disappointment in the situation. Instead, he just said curtly, We will handle it. IF I go back to this Giant, Ill never go in that cashiers line again (would rather wait in a longer line), but I will most likely simply avoid this Giant whenever possible due to the lack of any sort of real attempt by the manager on duty to mitigate the situation.I would have written this directly to Giant, but there was no way on the website to submit a written inquiry or message, so this was the best alternative I had for a written letter. Hopefully the store manager sees this and works to address the situation.

I was impressed, its out of my area but I think I would do the drive again to shop there. Just happened to drive home and decided to pop in to get a few items. Nice!

Shelves are stocked and people are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and it wasnt crowded. Live it.

Best choice for shopping... find everything you need

Spacious! Great Bakery and Deli section. Decent amount of organic produce and specialty foods. Wide aisles. Found all the brands I was looking for. Seemed a bit more expensive than the City of Falls Church store (Broad St.) less deals. Lots of cashiers open so no wait.

Store is bright, feels new, well organized, decent selection of vegetables and alternative meats for the non flesh eater. Easy to get in and out and their online order, curbside pick-up works well - as well.

Over all a good store to shop at. Nice clean and friendly. Customer care is good too but the best and most helpful is Anna who’s always very patient and considerate with difficult questions and coupon loaded complicated transactions. I have always found her very helpful and she would always make herself available for any help needed.

This enormous and relatively new Giant Food earns only a marginal grade, in my opinion. While the store is large and selections huge, staff is icy unfriendly. No one offers assistance. Quite the contrary, look at them with a question and they turn and talk away.The fresh-baked items are dreadful. I dont believe its due to the staff but rather to the use of artificial and inferior food ingredients.

I am very glad (and supportive) to have such a clean and spacious grocery in the neighborhood. And can usually find my favorite brands. Staff is pleasant and efficient. And the fresh juices are absolutely the very best. Or were....I have bought the fresh orange juice at least weekly and continued to do so even as the price soared - now over $10. But the bottle I purchased last week was watered down. Is this the new standard?II. Checking back to read “owner’s” reply to my mention of watered-down orange juice, I read a most generic response to that issue. Are you a robot???? But I have just today purchased another bottle of that juice in hopes that it was only a bad batch which caused my disappointment. But no, this bottle is also weak and watered down. I will not purchase it anymore. And FYI, that delicious juice was the main reason I chose Giant for groceries over other stores. No more hook.

I was able to locate my laundry items but the coupons that I downloaded werent saved to my account. I had to save them again and redo my purchase. This has happened before. The staff is very personable.

Giant Seven Corners is a wonderful place to shop - clean, great selection, well managed inventory, spacious aisles, well lit, friendly staff, nice fruit and vegetables, and efficient check out. Convenient to walk to or park at. Near the post office and other stores and restaurants.

Most items you can get better quality and less expensive elsewhere. Also, this store has worst management and employees ever! Go elsewhere if you can!

They were closed at 10:30 on Sunday when I really needed something. Door gives 11:00 on Sunday as the “updated” closing time. Google says 12. So who knows for sure. I live right next door, glad I hadn’t driven further to shop here. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Renovated store is large, well-lighted, clean and neatly stocked. COVID procedures are excellent. Sad to learn the pharmacy closes this month.

Laid out well, large and bright. Staff is nice and helpful. A huge improvement from the old run-down Giant at skyline.

Other than witnessing this little old lady get all up on this guys case for not wearing his mask, it was a nice experience in this new location. She was right about the mask issue although she could have handled it better. Oh well, Ill still shop at this location again. Customer service guy (Wilhelm) was great!

I normally enjoy shopping at Giants due to their competitors coupons policy but was discouraged once during the pandemic days by one of the Afro American managers “Wanda” on the notion that they don’t accept any competitors coupons or do any returns anymore due to pandemic. So I cut shopping with them and started to go to Safeway which was a little far away but the staff was very welcoming. I checked back again once with giants as I saw a new manager over there (Anna) which was always very welcoming and also walked me through the Giants coupons policy again. I started to enjoy my trips with giants again specially the products for my kids(diapers and medications etc) but another manger named yaun told me about a recently updated policy regarding non acceptance of printed coupons though I confronted him but he’s a very tough person to deal with always. After a couple of days I got a chance to discuss that policy with the store manager and he seemed surprised by his teammates statement and apologized me for that misstatements. Overall it’s a good store to shop at except for a couple of the staff members the rest of the staff is very helpful and anna mcahoy is just amazing.

Gaint Food has been around since early 50s?, and have been helping communitys all over the DMV,descent prices and very Knowledgeable and nice staff..

Large store. Well organized. Loved the breaks in the aisle so you can cut across to the next one. Makes for more efficient shopping.

I had a great visit, found sanitary wipes, was give free soap and hand sanitizer.

Good grocery store

This is one of my favorite Giant stores. It is always clean and is so upgraded .

Beautiful new grocery store, awesome bakery, extremely clean when I went there. Wonderful staff. There was a woman who helped us, I believe her name was Loan, helped us find everything and was very kind and helpful. Certainly coming back for both the kind staff and grocery options.

Employees of this store is not diverse there appears that the only ethnic group employed represent the managers ethnic group and this does not represent America. Please hire other ethnic groups and give others an opportunity to earn a living to support thier families too.

Great selection of cheeses ranging from Dutch goats milk gouda to German Cambozola to Califonia Humbolt Fog goats milk cheese. Decent beer & Wine selection. Overall, very clean and well-organized. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

When I shopped at my local Giant today, there were several groups of people not wearing masks. When someone without a mask brushed against me to reach past me into a cooler, I informed an associate that the stores mask requirement was not being observed. That associate said ok, but then returned to stocking shelves and nothing was done. That same unmasked person was standing next to me at checkout and I asked that associate to do something; they said they could not. After I left, I called and spoke with a manager, who was very rude from the moment we began speaking. When I told him that there were many people in the store without masks during my visit, he asked me so whats your problem? And when I said customers depend on the store to keep them safe when shopping there, he said thats not our job and theres nothing we can do about it and we cant enforce masks. I found that stunning, given the signage, company policy, practices of other stores where Ive shopped, and state law. I will not be returning to this location until this pandemic is over, which will only get further away if stores like this do not do their part to keep customers safe.

This Giant its a pleasure to shop - it is so clean and most important organize. The Vegetables n fruits are always top. The only negative thing they dont have much baking pastries
