Intellect Computers did a great job at reasonable cost in updating a trusty Dell Latitude 3540 laptop with Windows 10, additional RAM, and a solid state drive.

They always do a good job at a very reasonable price. They are also pretty quick with turnaround.

I needed a work computer to handle working with the Adobe Creative Suite and editing my photography. Both, Best Buy and HP recommended computers that couldnt handle what I needed to accomplish. Finally, I came here and they sold me a computer that Ive been happy with ever since. I also come here for any troubleshooting. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks Intellect!

Best computer repair shop. Went to two other places to repair my computer before going to them and they fixed it in two days. Awesome. Very honest and extremely reasonably priced.

I recently took an external hard drive that had crashed because I have valuable information in it. The business advertises itself as doing data recovery. I dropped off the hard drive and was told that I would get a call in a few days with a diagnosis. There are signs everywhere that there is a diagnostic fee of $59. If you get the work done, the diagnostic fee is applied to the price of the work.After a week of waiting I called to get a status. I called on a Saturday and was told to call Monday to speak to the tech. I called back on Monday and was told the drive was too damaged for any data to be extracted. I paid the $59 fee. See snapshot from my bank statement. I threw away the receipt.I then continued looking and found a place to ship it to, free of charge. They received it and immediately contacted me back that they are able to recover data, maybe not all but guaranteed recovery. That is in the works as I write this review. This is why I didnt write the review sooner because now I know for a fact that they gave me wrong information.I would be totally fine and cool with paying a disgnostic fee to get a diagnosis. This place didnt give me that. For all I know they may not have done anything. They said the drive qould not work with any of their software. I qould be totally okay with them being honest and telling me this is what is wrong, you need these parts and it will cost this much and we do not do it. It is obvious they do not have the expertise or equiment to do data recovery unless it is simple but if that was the case I could have done it.In any event, I do not feel that this business is ethical when they charge you to tell you something cant be salvaged when I now know it can be.I am upset and sharing this so it doesnt happen to you.

Opened a case for them to diagnose my system online and they never responded to it I sent them an email requesting a response and they simply closed the case entirety.

Their charged is high for less service, they just wanted to add $$ to your bill!I have seen computer shops in the area with a reasonable price.I don’t recommend this store.

They always get my computer back to me fast at a reasonable price. Once was a screen vs toddler accident, 2nd was an LCD cable causing whiteout and 8 beeps. Plenty of parking too, which is nice.

Don’t bring your devices here for repair unless you’d like them fixed with substandard parts which cause other issues. I brought my iPhone in to have a cracked screen repaired. When the work was complete my Touch ID was no longer functional and my battery would discharge every ten minutes to nearly completely drained. Pointed this out before I left the shop and the employee who did the work essentially called me a liar and claimed my Touch ID didn’t work before he worked on it. I had to turn off my passcode and security functions for over a month so Touch ID would quit crashing my battery. Then Apple released 11.0.3 with an update specifically designed to address Touch ID issues caused by display repairs using non Apple certified parts. Thankfully the update allows me to use security functions like a passcode lockwithout Touch ID crashing my battery every ten minutes. I went in again and explained that Apple had released an update which pretty explicitly stated the screen Intellect Computers had installed was an imitation part, and the employee present again told me it couldn’t be their fault despite Apple having released an update which fixed the most troublesome part of the issue, my battery crashing. After arguing with him for a moment and requesting a refund I asked if he could prove they use Apple certified parts and he had no answer. Told him I would have the screen replaced elsewhere with a genuine part to resolve the issue and return to discuss a refund after I could prove it was their fault, but I went here for faster service than Apple could provide. I’m now making at the very least three trips to this store and one to an AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER to deal with an issue which they initially claimed would take one hour. Completely unacceptable and the eventual refund doesn’t even begin to make up for the time and frustration.

I had an amazing experience with Fazal and the fellas at Intellect Computer! I had liquid damage on my Late 2013 Macbook Pro Retina and Apple quoted me $750. I received other quotes around $400 from multiple repair stores in the area. I gave Intellect Computer a call and couldnt believe the price of $185. I dropped my computer off the same day and three days later it was back in my possession working like new. These guys are great and very knowledgable. I will be sure to go back to them for any other work in the future. Thanks again fellas!

Intellect Computers definitely helped me out, the assurance of 90% to resolve any problem is well worth the money and time. Although the prices were steep, I cant complain.
