The store was clean. Music was playing. But, another instance of having to find someone to help me. I have no issues seeing an employee and going to them and asking for help, but there was no one around me to ask. Finally, I went to the gentleman in the cell phone area (who was with a customer) to see if he can get me some assistance. A few minutes later a young lady came up and asked what I needed help with. Happens almost every time.

This was the worst shopping experience of my life. The sales people here will do everything in their power to upsell you things you do not need by convincing you that you do. Horrible experience that cost me over $1000 in wasted money. Do not trust the sales people and do not shot here at all costs

Went there to see a specific counter depth refrigerator. As advertised, they had it on display. They also had many others on display too, which is exactly what I needed. My new refrigerator has to fit where the old one is, and the space is 69.5 tall for the first 15 away from the wall. That meant that the box height had to fit but the hinges could extend further upward. Being able to measure the refrigerators enabled us to find a better one at Best Buy. Sometimes there is no substitute for a brick and mortor store. A sales associate came to us promptly and was very helpful too. When we are ready to buy I will try very hard to give them the sale.

Bad staff performance. I called to find out if they had phone and color I wanted and they did not know for sure. So I drove to the store. Took a long time to find a staff to help me. That person took a long time to check their online inventory. When I tried to return another phone, they gave me lot of difficulty.

Had an Excellent Open-Box item that was not as described. Before even seeing the item, associate (or manager?) J.P. came to tell me he was not comfortable selling the item to me due to missing components. He came up with a solution, presented it, and asked me to wait a few extra minutes for him to get a suitable item. Awesome way to look out for customer satisfaction! Thanks J.P.!

Nate at the entrance has the worst attitude ever! 10/10/2021 3pmI wanted to buy a phone but was told that they couldnt find the phone. I was confused since Bestbuys website said this store had one left in stock. Nate replied You read it wrong, I was shocked and asked what did he mean by that, I cant help you, have a nice day, and put his head down.Another gentlemen was later able to help me confirm that there was in fact something wrong with the inventory. But horrible horrible experience with Nate.

PSA - DO NOT CALL THIS STORE. I was on hold for 20 minutes while the manager checked to see if they had products I wanted. After they didn’t have the product I asked to schedule an appointment to have a sound system installed in my car. I was then put on hold while they went to look for a sales person. After 10 minutes I heard a voice say “hi this is corporate” I was thoroughly confused as to why corporate picked up, but I explained the situation and they said they will redirect me to the electronics department where I was put on hold for another 10 minutes when the AI operator said it would be less than a 3 minute wait. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business.I went in the store a couple times and had to wait 10 minutes in line while the teller had to recount a cash purchase more than 3 times. After I bought my product at the counter I told the doorman to go help the child who couldn’t count cash because it was obviously holding up the many people in line. They have plenty of staff walking around seemingly not doing A thing, so idk why they make customers hold on the phone more than 30 minutes and wait in lone more than 10 minutes. Truly remarkable.

Staff was ok, was trying to get a tv, the people back there, didnt really help me, felt like they were worried about clocking out than considering passing me off to someone who could/would. Was turned off from the experience, went to get my TV at another best buy. Parking was good, i probably wouldnt go back to this best buy unless i had to.

Today I bought a new laptop and unfortunately had to deal with my bank declining the transactions many times. The guy helping me through the purchase (I believe named Asif) was really cool about it, super patient and made the experience really great. I will definitely be returning to this Best Buy in the future.

Went in to this location to purchase 2 computers. After finding the 2 computers I wanted I asked them if they do price match. They said yes as long as shipped by Amazon. I found the same computers on Amazon for $75 cheaper. When I went to pay, Kyle told me he could not give me price match because it was a best buy price. He was very rude. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. I will never shop at this store again. Bunch of scammers.

The worst experience ever with still no resolution. I had a fridge delivered end of May and I have yet to USE it. Best Buy cancels the appointment whenever I make an appointment and when I go to the store, they have completed on their notes. This is a $3,000 fridge (Fisher and Paykal) that I paid for and their making it seem I got it for free!! At this point, I’ve even asked them to take the fridge back and they are making excuses. They say they will come and install, I take off work and they never show up. It’s been 2 months!!!Also I called corporate office, they heard my complain and say let me transfer you, play some music and they hang up. I originally thought the issue was from the Bestbuy at Bailey’s Road but the issue is from Best Buy itself! They definitely do not care for their customers.Extremely frustrated, extremely unhappyUpdate - no one from Best Buy has contacted me. Surprised? Nope.

Best buy will be luck of draw for know-how, so just ask for the expert of your item of interest and you will find them usually. Compared to someone who just stocks things. Computer section manager helped me out a lot in debating between 3 very similar/same specs machines and brands and it is where I got my laptop and I am content.Geek squad wasnt too helpful but tried pretty hard to do basic customer service and will even go out on a limb and offer personal opinions if you ask appropriate questions.I tried microcenter, but the deals and computers were limited to older models. Sales felt like used car approach. Tech support basically admitted to only doing hard resets and reinstalls.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY KITCHEN APPLICANCES FROM BEST BUY!!We purchased an oven 12/20/2020 from the Best Buy at Baileys Crossroads. Best Buy sent a tech to take measurements. Delivery was scheduled for 12/31/2020. When the oven was delivered it did not fit in our space. The tech took down the measurements again. We called customer service to reschedule the delivery with the new measurements. Delivery came 1/16/2021 and again the oven did not fit. We reached out to customer service and was told we needed to cancel our order and place a new one. I dont understand how this is our responsibility. Best Buy has the correct measurements! Update our order and send us the correct oven!! We are looking to get a full refund at this point since Best Buy has proven to be incompetent in fulfilling an order. Needless to say that having people come to the house multiple times during a pandemic is an uncomfortable situation especially since people of 65+ years live in this house. We will take our business elsewhere and will not be returning to Best Buy in the future.

Ordered two items online. I got an email saying one was ready so I went to pick it up. Good experience there. I inquired about the other and they said it should be ready soon. I waited an hour before going inside, finding it myself, and bringing it to the counter. No problem, I thought. There busy. Thats cool. Instead of marking it Ready for Pickup and allowing me to pick it up, they said (with an attitude) I needed to cancel my order and have another charge on my card.No thank you. Just spent $1500 and dont want another charge immediately. Cancelled the item and will be buying elsewhere.

Ordered an item for in-store pickup. Went by the store after work to pick it up and was told that it wasn’t ready yet. I inquired if they could simply pull it off the shelf while I was there and they said unfortunately no and I needed to wait.So I left and as soon as I pulled into my driveway about five minutes later, I get a text from Best Buy saying my order is ready for pick up. A total waste of time and complete lack of care for customer experience.

Spaceman was great. Installers scratched my wood floors and now I realize my microwave exhaust doesn’t work because it was installed improperly venting as if there was a connected vent off the top and this is a vent through the face application. They want to charge me a service call and labor to come out and fix their $&@“ up. Stay away.

Went to the store to buy some noise cancelling head phones and a new iPad walked around and stood in the areas of items I was looking for for almost an hour. Tried to get the attention of a sales associate and to no avail. Left not spending a dime. I guess you cant have horrible service when you get no service. So frustrated I spent the time there, I would have more productive watching grass grow.

This review in regards to the Bestbuy appliances delivery! I bought washer and dryer from this location. Everything was perfect until the scheduled deliver date! At first delivery date, I received an email from Bestbuy with an estimated time of arrival time. After 2 hour passed, I called customer service and had been on hold for 45 minutes with them! At the end of the conversation they told me the dryer was not received from the vendor thats why they canceled the delivery! Then what was the ETA email that I received from bestbuy!? They scheduled the delivery for one week later. Same thing happened again! I received ETA email from bestbuy and no show up!!! I took 2 days off from the work (for nothing) and still dont have the new washer and dryer! Yesterday they called and let me know about rescheduled delivery date and I just loughed at the rep! I am curiously waiting to see what will be the next excuse for no show up!

I seldom left negative reviews about the local business. I have worked as a CSR for the long time and understand that issues might arise. But this experience was outrageous for me.I was on emergency trip to attend my mom’s funeral outside of the US. I went to the Falls Church location to find a memory card to my cell phone that works outside of the US. I asked a sales person by name Vin or Von ( he refused to provide his name to me, later I asked another CSR what was his name). In first place I asked him if he can follow me and help to find a right memory card for my old phone, and his reply was like “go over there and look it “. First of all, I am a loyal customer at Best Buy and have bought all my major appliances at this store. Second, I don like being greeted “ What’s up? This guy was So lazy to get off his chair and smart phone, and simply didn’t want to help the customer. third I wouldn’t expect that CSR won’t tell me his name because he didn’t provide any customer service at all. Fourth, I already have been near the display with memory cards and was directed by another CSR to your station and ask for assistance. if I couldn’t find it by myself, I wouldn’t bother you at all.Finally, a very pleasant young lady stepped up and helped me, even she was busy. Later, the store manager helped me to install the memory card, which worked in my phone.My suggestion to management: you probably need to consider to change your store Name to Self-Service Store or like something Self service warehouse.As a customer I am done with the store and would prefer to go the local outlets and pay extra dollars to avoid being treated like this.

Overheard some black old guy in a gray shirt say we gotta get those memberships we are at 4 we need more people offering I understand being a business and all but dont say that when Im right over the next aisle trying to shop for a Tv and then come over and ask me if I need any assistance. Its a nice TV but I thought those blue shirts dont work on commission? Not to mention the computer department lied to my friend about his laptop warrantees which is why we where there in the first place.

One of the sales associates lied to me about a product and it’s warranty, when I was visiting the store at first for a different product that I already tried before and trusted. No manager showed up to talk to me when I requested one and I had go by my self to look for one to talk to and when I talked to some of them he said to email to GM which I did but haven’t received an answer yet.Very bad practices by the sales associate in Order to make money trough extra warranties....

This is a great team working during the day (around 3:00). I was greeted when I walked through the door. Within minutes I was approached and assistance was offered. My item was located immediately and I was on my way to being checked out. Every single employee that I interacted with was very professional, happy, knowledgeable and friendly. I was even thanked when I left the store! I was thoroughly impressed by this whole team. Excellent customer service and a very well managed store!

Came here for an item but I wasnt sure what I even really needed. The female team member quickly saw that I looked lost and asked if I needed help. She knew exactly what I needed, led me to the aisle, explained the different products and saw a line at the front register and offered to ring me up at her location. I was literally in and out of the store in 5 minutes when I expected to spend 30 minutes looking over everything! Thank you tons for her and her help!

BestBuy you just lost me over a $52 phone. I’m a BestBuy customer very long time and bought all my electronic equipment from them. I even have their credit card and didn’t have any issues till today. I bought a lively phone for my grandma online. I ordered it on 12/18/2020 and picked it up on 12/25/202. The phone was not working properly and my grandma asked me to return it for her. I went to this store asked customer service for return this phone and the gentleman in charge told me there will be a $45 restocking fee over this phone and said let me check and see how much will be the total. But after he checked the system he told that I picked up my order on the order date and the system doesn’t allow him to return this product. That was so disappointing! I asked him kindly to make sure the system is working properly and explained him that I picked it up on 12/25 even in my bestbuy account it shows the picked up date as 12/25. But the gentleman was very unkindly and loudly told me that YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS PRODUCT IN THIS STORE.Well fine I didn’t want to return that phone because of the stocking fee buy I don’t trust BestBuy anymore.What if I bought an expensive product and wanted to return that before the 14 days???That’s so dishonest!!I asked the gentleman to have a higher manager to talk to me but he refused and told me why I don’t go out and call corporate or lively so he could take other customers.Ok BestBuy thanks for being loyal to your customers and giving them wonderful experiences!!I had a lang day and you made it worse!!
