Camila at iTouch Repair was super helpful in getting my phone fixed. She was very friendly and responsive both on the phone and in person, and was able to repair my screen in only 20 minutes! I asked an older guy up front to fix my screen, he had told me to come by the next day for a screen that had face ID. I had came back the next day and it still didn’t work, he then told me to go to apple and ask them to reset the face ID which i thought was bogus and told him i’d be back if he was wrong. I learned that they tampered with my face id sensors and completely broke it. Everything he had told me was complete lies and eventually I had enough and asked for my old broken screen back and they told me to wait 3 business days for a refund. It never came, I had to go back to the store 3 separate times just to get an invoice and I know they had just hoped that I wouldn’t notice that they never sent me the money back. The people that own this store are shady and i’d recommend just getting it fixed at apple and paying the price.

I just got my iPhone 7 screen and battery fixed. I made an appointment online for the same day. Found the kiosk and meet Oscar who took care of my phone. Within two hours came back to get my phone back and it looked good as new. Oscar was excellent technician and provided great customer service. Do not use this company to get phone screen replacements. They require you to pay a $110 non-refundable fee (or half of the quote for parts and labor) to set up the original appointment and after that they tell you its going to take at least 24 hours to get the screen fixed. They dont have any actual screen replacements on hand in the store and need to order one and get it delivered each replacement they do which is why it takes so long.When I went to get my phone the first time the screen ended up not working so I had to get it replaced again. Which meant they had to get another screen ordered and delivered to get that screen replaced and this time it actually took over 30 hours which brought it to a grand total of two and a half days since I first dropped my phone off with them to get it back working properly.Then after three weeks the second screen stopped working. Everything was under warranty still at least so I tried to get a refund and take it somewhere else but at that point no other companies would work with my phone since these guys break the phone down so much that I was stuck having to do business with them. I came back and asked them to get my screen replaced again and they actually laughed at me and acted like I was being ridiculous about being frustrated about this situation. At that point it was 2 PM on a Saturday and they told me the best they could do for getting it back to me is Monday night which was an over 2 day window to get the repair done. I asked if there was any way that it could be done quicker than that and they said they will see what they can do and let me know. I did not hear back from anyone that day so I had to call them the next day on Sunday around 1 PM to see what was going on and was told that there was no way my phone repair would be done that day and to come back on Monday night and it will definitely be ready. Turns out they were able to get it done that same day for an extra $90, but after being told it wouldnt be possible I went about the rest of my day and missed the email saying they got that done. So I ended up missing the window to get my expedited order but still had to pay the extra $90 when I picked my phone up the next day.Terrible customer support, terrible quality of the screens they provide, terrible prices, and they dont actually follow their listed business hours online. Literally you name it they do it poorly here. Not looking forward to having to go back in a couple of weeks when this replacement screen inevitably stops working again.

I called I touch for info on repairing the screen on my iPad. Roy helped me with all info & directions to the Merrifield store. I was coming to visit from FL fir a limited time. When I got to the store, Boris was the tech that took care of my repair. He did a great job & in the exact time frame he told me. I recommend I touch to anyone for their devices

I had a problem inserting my Galaxy S7 phone battery. The technician was able to quickly identify the chipped part of the old battery flex cable that had remained there and in seconds was able to remove it and and connect the new battery. Great work in quick time and I was able to use my phone immediately!!

I was able to walk in have my phone repaired in about 40 minutes!

I brought a tab for repair in the 3rd of January 2020. They promised they could fix it and was asked I pay a down payment. Weeks went by and I didnt receive any updates. I returned on the 26th of February 2020 and they said they processed a refund on the 25th. I asked for a receipt to show this they couldnt give me. I was asked to then wait a few days before it is sent back into my account. I came back on the 4th ot January and then they said they made a mistake and at this point I asked for my refund or atleast a proper proof of refund. They printed me an old receipt that show they gave me cash on the 28th of January which is an absolute lie. They said they just processed another refund and I should wait another 7 days for it. After much back and forth I later got hold of a manager but I had to drive another 17mins to the main store to get my money in cash. I am still dissatisfied regardless.

I paid $60 for my phone to get repaired after water damage before picking it up they told me everything worked besides the charging portal which confuses me because my phone was dead and how did he get it on and tell me everything was good when it cant be charged and either way getting back they should have had it on long enough for me to check that I see what I like but luckily i had a wireless charger and got home to find out it never turned on and and only keeps flashing the apple sign i will be going back tomorrow

Broke the back glass cover on my new iPhone Xs Max. Insurance wouldnt cover. Had to look around and found iTouch. These folks were fantastic. They had to order the part, but notified me by text and email as soon as it came in. Dropped it off the next day and, Presto, 3 hours later my phone was as good as new. Very nice staff.

Visited them to replace broken glass on my Galaxy Note 2. Pros: they did the job, the phone is usable now. Cons: it took 3 hours instead of the promised 2, the glass is not gorilla as they told me - it catches scratches like crazy and looks very thin and flimsy compared to the original one. For the price I would expect something better than this. I dont care too much though, will just put a protective film on it. Just be aware - dont expect too much from these guys.

I came here looking to get my iphone fixed and the service I received was great, they listened exactly to what my issue was and offered a solution within 35 min. I came back 30 min after, even though they had a long line of people waiting, my phone was fixed and for a low price! They even offered me a 90 day warranty, which most repair places do not offer! Hard to find location but GREAT service. Was in and our within an hour with a cracked screen. First screen they fixed my phone with was defective and promptly replaced.

This place got my wife in the door with a groupon- but then tried to overcharge her with a Diagnosis charge that was only applicable when using a groupon, making it more expensive than doing the work without a groupon! Make sure you get any agreement in writing before they do any work, as they may try to overcharge!

I had broken laptop touch screen, and i got it fixed and the repair screen is such a poor quality. I was told that screen will be the same as original, but my eyes are hurting when I look at the screen now . Will be asking for my money back. Stuff was nice but the repair quality wasnt was promised. I am disappointed

Long story short I went to Falls Church location. I told them i was paying with a groupon that i prepaid. They said that they would first need $20 of diagnosis that they would take away from the final charge if i decided to proceed with the job they suggested. I stayed around the area waiting for the diagnosis call but they never called me, the just went ahead and did the jobs because they assume they were already paid for the job ($20 diagnosis + $75 groupon). When i called they said they were done and I was like i thought you were going to call me to tell me the diagnosis. Anyways, I went to pick up my ipad and they claimed they had to stay with the diagnosis charge because of an additional software update they had to do. I was very upset because i had changed the digitizer myself previously and i know it does not require any software update. Anyways do not use a groupon with them, they just use groupon for advertisement but wont be shy from overcharging you for false work. Wont come back any time soon.

Had my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 glass replaced here which had a small crack in it. I should have known when they asked me to pay first before they even started the work that it might be a sign of things to come. 2-1/2 hours later my phone looked worse than when I brought it to them; he tried to explain that it still had all the functionality which was true.. and the glass was replaced and he had a hard time because of the glue Samsung now uses..etc etc.. Underneath the glass was the problem the film underneath the glass was torn so there are spots that are brighter than other areas on the screen. It was a waste of time and money. I can not recommend if you have Galaxy Note 3.

My Galaxy S5 stopped charging and I took my phone to iTouch Repair in Merrifield to replace the charging port. Ishmal, the technician in Merrifield did an outstanding job replacing this part. This is a very difficult part to replace needing to disassemble many layers of cables and requires removal of the screen. The phone is working great. He did the repair while I waited and charged a fair price.

I brought in my iPad to fix the screen. There was nobody at the counter when I arrived.When I called out, a guy came out of the back room. He was professional and polite, and the price I was quoted was reasonable. He said it would take a few hours to do the repair, so I left my iPad with him.A few hours later, I got a call from a woman who said they would need to order the part. She called the next day to stay they were still waiting for it. She said she expected it would be ready the next day.Store hours posted onIine indicate that it opens at 10:00 AM. I was in the area, so I dropped in the next morning to see if it was ready. Nobody was there and the door to the back was closed.I waited 20 minutes and then asked a Unique store manager if this was normal. She said they seldom open at 10:00 AM.I waited two days and then called to see if the screen was fixed. The person I spoke with said it was. When I asked what time the store will be open the next morning, he said 10:00 AM. I asked if he was sure and explained that the store didnt open at 10:00 AM the last time I was there. He repeated that the store would open at 10:00 AM.The next morning I arrived at 10:00 AM and waited 10 minutes before calling the main number. When I explained that I was standing at the counter the person I spoke with said hold on.At about 10: 20, the guy I first met at the store came trotting in. A woman followed him about five minutes later. The man found my iPad and it looked good, but the battery was dead. I had to wait another 10 minutes while they charge the battery, so I could test it.The woman apologized for being late and offered to throw in a free screen protector. I normally wouldnt give a bad rating 4 a store that opens a few minutes late, but three times in a row is too much

SCAMWent to purchase a phone at this store (Friday night) and called ahead and they said they would be there till 9 and that the phone would be $150. I arrived and they were closed, so I sent my mom the next day. The person told her they did not have the phone (Iphone 6s), but they had an Iphone 6 and that she could buy it and exchange it for a Iphone 6s the following Tuesday. I did not use the phone, remove any of the stickers, or even take the phone out of the drawer because I did not want to damage it. Went to exchange the phone on Today (Tuesday) and was told they do not have an Iphone 6s and that the phone would be $220, so I said I would like to return the phone since I needed a phone for work ASAP and they did not have one. The lady told me that she could order the phone, but I told her I needed it sooner than she could get it (Im still not sure why the phone was not already ordered). I then told her I wanted to return the phone and get it from the Arlington store where she said she had one. The manager wanted me to pay an additional $80 at that store and then drive to Arlington and he would give me a 32gb version. I told him I wanted to return it and was told there was a $35 restocking fee. DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU TOO.

I sent my gf there who was having issues with her phone charging. It would not hold a charge and eventually died the night prior. She took the phone to this booth to try to figure out what was going on. After they had her phone for a period of time that exceeded expectation, the tech comes back and tells her the issue is with the motherboard and the screen. He then proceeded to try to scam her into buying a new phone under the guise of ill give you a discount for a new one. When she asked for her phone back, he was hesitant claiming he had to put it back together and again insisted that she buys a new phone. After spending more than 2 hours waiting and paying a $10 diagnostic fee for lies, he finally put the phone back together and gave it back to her. We then took the phone to Phone Doctor at 727 Elden Street #C Herndon, Va 20170. Their service was exceptionally better and informed us the issue was the battery. They simply replaced the battery and we were on our way in 30 mins or less. I will be reporting ITouch Repair to the better business bureau and I highly discourage anyone from going there. Especially if you are a young female alone, because they will try to scam you.
