The guys in this store were very amenable to my detail oriented questions. I want to understand all things. They were very clear about what my options were for upgrades and any associated costs. They also explained very well and in detail not only the amounts I would get charged but also how I would we get charged on my monthly bills. This leaves no room for surprise when I receive my bill.I am very thankful for their patience with a guy who still carrying an IPhone 5!!!

Had a weird situation happen and I’m not happy with the end result, but I can’t state enough how awesome Gary is. There were multiple customers in the store and he took care of everyone quickly and efficiently. I’ll be returning to this location just because of him.

I was told the setup for success fee on the store invoice is the activation fee for the new line. Then I was surprised to see new activation fee from verizon bill. Now the store says thats just their own service charge. Go to the Verizon corporate store instead.

I do not recommend this store or any of them I went to the one on Leesburg Pike and there was a young lady working there by herself. I felt so sorry for her. She was very thorough and gave me excellent deals. She came through for me.

Pleasantly surprised to be treated not just like a customer of Verizon, but a valued customer of Syeds. He was knowledgeable of the product comparisons, creative in finding ways to meet my needs and conveyed an overall generous spirit of service. My sales representative was knowledgeable, friendly and patient when she assisted me in selecting a replacement mobile phone. She provided excellent customer service when she transferred everything from my old phone to the new one as well as installed a protective screen cover. She also assisted another customer while the transfer process was occurring. With this customer she exuded professionalism, was courteous and patient. This was an easy and pleasant experience that left me satisfied and happy that I decided on a whim to replace my cellphone.

Was told by the manager Jauan that they could get a phone that was back ordered within a couple of days to a week if I ordered through them. It’s been three weeks and no communication. Whenever I call I’m told probably today or tomorrow and then nothing. I get the feeling it is standard practice here. You’re better off going directly through actual Verizon.

Went by store 2 times today Both times there was a note on the door saying be back shortly. The 1st time I had waited 20 minutes and no one came back. The 2nd time I did not bother waiting, note was off but lights were off.Actually was driving by there a 3rd time and the doors were still locked. So for a business that is supposed to be open 10am to 8pm they dont answer their phone or unlock their doors.

Jauan was the man. He answered all my dumb questions and was very friendly about it! Came in for a phone case and an hour and a half later came out with a WAY cheaper monthly phone plan! Someone give this man a raise!

Context: My Mothers Phone was acting up due to lack of memory since the OS (Operating System) affected her phones performance over these past 3 years to which the family decided to get new phones.However, after traveling from Sprint to MetroPCS (Previous Carrier) we find out that we couldnt get any promising deals.Solution: We drive up to Verizon, and Christian, being the expert, comedic salesperson there was able to give us all we wanted, literally saving us much more than what we had initially expected to spend at Sprint.While the process took a bit, Christian wasnt your moody, silent guy behind the counter. In fact, he was the exact opposite and we even ended up sharing a ton of laughs to the point of watching Family Feud while the good olsystem was taking its sweet time processing.While I am not an expert in cell phone carriers and the rates and bonuses though I do know that Verizon did its job for me and my family.

Scammers! I didnt realize it until my bill came out to $309 (up from $100) they never called me back and hung up on me despite me being very reasonable and understanding that they are a retail store and are busy. I do not recommend going to this store. Instead go to a Corporate Verizon store.

The employees are super friendly and tried their best to help me switch from AT&T to Verizon. Its located in a nice area with plenty of parking spaces.We literally spent 1.5 hour together, during which they were super patient and kept cheering me up - the process was not complicated but we needed do deal with AT&T and it was a pain in the ass. But like I said, they tried their best to figure this out and I can say the experience is absolutely pleasant.

Despite the great reviews of fantastic customer service, our experience tonight was unfortunately the complete opposite. My wife was ready to purchase a new phone. There was another customer getting a new phone. Thats fine. We waited an hour. The employee didnt acknowledge that we were in the store waiting for an hour. Not a single Welcome to Verizon. Not a single Hello, Ill be right with you. Nothing. We were ready to buy a new phone yet we were simply invisible for an hour. We left that store without any purchase. So disappointing.

I cannot stress this enough. Go anywhere else. I was lied to about my bill (it was nearly $200 more than I expected) and spent 5+ hours dealing with both the people in this store and the management. As a small business owner, I was not nearly compensated for the loss of time and money I experienced just by going to this store and foolishly believing what I was being told. (The guys in the store are nice but they don’t know what is going on. The management is terrible.)

Just been to this location and Ahmed Yourself the district manager was exceptional. He assisted me with the phone upgrade, provided great tips in maximizing my phone and discussed upgrades that may be useful to me. He also assisted my husband with some issues on his Apple phone. Wonderful experience. Ahmed was very accommodating, honest and professional.

All I can say is your staff and the store is top notch and they deserve a hunter percent raise please acknowledge their asset to your company in someway if you’re not going to get him a raise. For someone that’s old and slow it was refreshing to meet somebody that’s patient knowledgeable and doesn’t mind repeating so the old lady can get it.

I highly recommend this store! Went in to get a cover for my phone and see what they had to offer in comparison to the service provider I was using. The store was beautiful, clean and inviting with a huge selection of accessories. The manager, Sean, was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me how I could not only save money but get better service with more options. The customer service here was great! I not only changed my service to Verizon but also ended up getting FIOS TV, which I absolutely love. Definitely come back to this store.

I went back 2 days after buying a new phone because I wasnt happy with how the screen protector they applied for me was done. There were noticeable bubbles and streaks on the inside, and it slid right off. They fixed the screen protector quickly and effectively and even reminded me to register the screen protector online, which would allow me to get a free replacement if I ever needed one.I have had problems with this particular store in the past, but like any big company store, its all in who you talk to when youre there. Alex really knows his stuff.

I recently switched to a Smart Phone and this has been a whole new learning experience. I have been in this new store several times for training and Abdullahi has been very patient with me each and every time. I love having this store so close to home and such friendly people working here, too! Every time I go in I am greeted warmly and encouraged to come back any time I need more help. Went to this Verizon store because I had a few bad experiences with other phone stores. I went in a few days ago and got a much needed upgrade. There was a small discrepancy in what I thought I would pay and how much I actually did. Ended up doing further research and brought it into the store today. The sales representative and I talked and discussed what I saw on the Verizon website. He matched what was there and saved me a great deal of money. Now I have my dream phone, a great plan, and a store that I can count on. Could not have been a smoother or better experience.

This store is AMAZING!!! We LOVE the customer service. Youseff is one of the managers there that we have delt with. He always takes are of EVERYTHING! There are times that we could easily deal with insurance ourselves once we know what we need to do, but he always takes the time to call for us and make sure everything is completely done and handled so that we dont have to add one more thing to our busy life list. He even offered to let us borrow his own personal back up phone until ours arrived. I love having such a wonderful and trusting business in our community. I visited this store on two occasions to try and decide which new phone I wanted - Abdul was very patient with me on my first visit, he answered EVERY ONE of my many questions, and took his time showing me each phone I was interested in. Abdul didnt mind at all after all of that when I said that I wanted to think about it for a few days, and when I did decide which new phone I wanted, (Samsung S8), I made a point to go back to give this store my business soley because of Abduls patience and helpfulness.When I went in, he was helping another customer, and his colleague Ahmed got started on my upgrade for me. He too was extremely professional and answered the additional questions that I had. They were both incredibly exceptional. Abdul transferred everything that I wanted from my old phone and showed me how to use the new one, and he and Ahmed took into account the fact that I didnt have a lot of time, as I had to get back to my office, and they worked to get everything set up for me and have me on my way in the time that I requested.Exceptional sales staff! Like I said, customer service is very important to me, and I will not frequent places where the sales staff is rude or not helpful - I would much rather provide recommendations to and give my business to store and locations that work hard and well for their customers, like this store. I really appreciated it. I would like to commend Alex who works at the verizon store on 7263-I Arlington Blvd in Falls Church, VA.I bought a new phone and new tablet, and Alex worked with me for two hours to make sure that all of my data and the games that my son plays would be transferred appropriately.Myself and my whole family would like to thank Alex for all of his hard work to help me with this experience.

Frustrating. The first time we went there, it was the last day to upgrade to a cheap 10gb shared plan. We were excited and said wed do it. They didnt have my first two phone choices and they only had one of my third choice (Droid Turbo 64gb) [-1 star]. My girlfriend also wanted the turbo so they ordered one but only had two color choices even though there were at least 3 signs touting the numerous color options available for the turbo [-2 stars]. Yes, that part is petty, but still, youd think you could special order anything. They placed the order on a Thursday.We were there for 3 hours waiting to get my phone ported over. One employee was very unprofessional. At one point, he was about to walk out to smoke instead of helping a customer. He had to be told to wait by his coworker. When he was working, he kept pulling our guy away to help him [-3 stars].We went back in to pick up the second turbo on Monday. They didnt have it [-4 stars]. And we will never go get it. We went to best buy.
