It would be nice if the reps were more knowledgeable about the service and how to troubleshoot. I took my phone in because it would no longer recognize metropcs mobile network so I couldnt make calls or surf the net. I was asked if I owed money from another carrier when I told them no they couldnt offer anymore suggestions. I had to factory reset my phone to get it to work again.
Phone broke after a month. Wouldnt recieve cell service. They told me to come back in a week for a new phone. They had my exact phone in stock but whatever i left expecting to recieve a replacement. When i came back they refused to give me a replacement. This company has terrible products. Even worse customer service. Dont support this company. If you are considering a new phone plan. Save yourselt before its too late.
The costumer service was bad. We asked questions about the phones & plans but the couldnt answer it? We went home and were still having problems & had to call like 6 times so they could finally fix it. This store needs new workers because they clearly dont know what theyre doing and on top of that they were rude. I think its better to do everything online then to go to this store.
