Store within sore only goes so far, imnsho. ymmv, read the fine print, and other standard disclaimers, as they are online, and you are not, wifi available in store, so download updates before eating your data plan, and you dont have to connect a lot of places, as have a home provider and hop, skip and jump fee wifi to free WiFi, like ComCast XFinity, into DC. Cox Cable some places and no go, but back in home jurisdiction, good to go, libraries, some stores, etc.
