Excellent service here! Faizan took the time to explain everything wrong with my car. The staff is very friendly and they work quickly to repair your car. They are now open on Sundays as well, which is very convenient for weekday workers. I also trust them to provide services for fair prices. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Went in for a tire patch to fix a nail puncture. Turned out the nail did not puncture the tire. The manger told me it was just low pressure. Checked the other tires, filled with air, and did not charge me a dime. Rare to get an honest and outstanding unexpected service experience. Highly recommend

Very fast quality service. I had something of an emergency and bright my care in immediately. 90 minutes later they had changed my brakes and rotors. Really needed it and am grateful they could see me on such short notice.

I called Saturday morning around 9am to inquire about new tires. they had multiple options for my car (Subaru Crosstrek). i took it in 20 minutes later. they had it done within two hours. does it get any better?

Brought my Mercedes Benz here to compare the prices with the dealership for my 4 tires and alignment was completely satisfied after reviewing the quotes from both places and was shocked dealership was charging double the quote at Mr tire I got.they are so transparent about the services and prices. Mr mustafa was very knowledgeable of the of the services that were also due on my car. They gave me a courtesy inspection for free and check my car for the services that are due for my car. I really appreciated the customer service that Quasim Quadeer provided - he was transparent, genuine, and helped me get my car back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. The prices this shop charges are fair and the employees are honest, and they seem to do good work as well. Overall I am very satisfied with Mr. Tire and will most likely be back the next time I need work done, thanks largely to Quasim.With all of that said, I was a little disappointed in the overall service that I received from the management at this Mr Tire location...I originally came into the shop to repair my broken A/C, and much to my surprise I ended up having to replace the entire Air Compressor. Additionally, after they replaced the A/C Compressor they told me that I had a leak in the boot of my front right axel. While I definitely appreciate them finding this issue and offering to repair it for me, the cost of both repairs with the addition of labor came out to be around $2000, and while expensive, I will be the first to admit is a perfectly reasonable price to pay for these repairs as they are not cheap to make.I was also told that I would need to get my Safety and Emissions Inspections done as they were set to expire soon, and I was happy to pay for both of those inspections as well. I was also told that my oil was running low and that I should get that replaced as well...At this point in time, I asked the Manager if there was any way she could discount or even waive the cost of the impending oil change considering all of the previous work that I had paid for, and she told me that she would provide me with a discount on the oil change. Unfortunately, that oil change ended up costing me an additional $84 dollars total... from my understanding, $84 dollars for an oil change and changing an oil filter (something that I did not ask for, but I can assume I needed since I was charged $9.99 for it) is NOT on the cheaper side.Like I said, overall I am very satisfied with the service I was provided, but was ultimately left disappointed with how management chose to handle my oil situation.

I was told that I did not have the brand tires on my car that I said when I ca.e to pick up the 1st day. That was incorrect. I was offered insurance I purchased 1 yr prior I get a flat then told couldnt use bcuz I rode on the tire from highway to gas station. 2nd day told car is ready for pick up. Get there donut still on car bcuz now wheel I am told is cracked and no recommendations but still wants me to pay for brand new tire that I still will have to pay to get put on new rim after my car had been there 4 hours. Next I leave with donut still on my car new tire and cracked wheel in trunk in search of a welder. Got wheel welded next day (Saturday) bcuz all others closed 4p on Fridays and then had to pay another shop to put wheel on rim and on car. More money, more money.

I called to Find out how long the wait would be and was told to come in immediately. As soon as I arrived my car was brought to the bays and the oil change was completed in under an hour. Express service, great customer attentiveness and knowledgeable employees- this has likely been the easiest oil change I’ve ever experienced.

Had a slow tire leak. Called to see if they could look at it and they said yes. Took it in and they checked it out immediately, removed nail and repaired tire. In and out in 40 minutes. Friendly staff. Very efficient. Definitely recommend!

I went to Mr. Tire for the first time and it will be my last. Very disappointed with their pricing, they nickel and dime. What I was quoted and what I was charged are completely different and there is a fee for everything. I should have gone to the dealership and I would have paid less and been treated better. I dont often write negative reviews but this place warranted one.

This Mr. Tire is great. I brought my car here a few times for simple work and it was quick and done right. Most recently though, I had a larger issue and after some initial trouble diagnosing the problem, they looked everywhere and identified the problem was a new part that my old mechanic had put in that didnt actually fit my car which caused the problems. Theyre great to work with, Im bringing my car here for every need I have.

Went there for state emission and safety inspection. When I called them they said it will take only 45 mins but I got my car after 4.5 hours. After I reached they had only done emission and they forgot to do safety inspection. I had to wait . Please don’t waste your time by going here . They don’t value time of their customers.

This place was cool. I came to get my VA car inspection. The people were very professional, fast service, and they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I will not hesitate going back if I need anything.

As others have mentioned, Mr. Mustafa is great. He is professional and friendly. Given that he provides the first in-person impression of Mr. Tire, he is a great representative for the company. He was knowledgeable and informative in regard to servicing the car. He provided status reports during the day. The car was serviced promptly and properly. I will continue to take my Jeep there for service.

I recently visited for a state inspection. I called first to see what was available and they were able to take me that day. Thankful for that! Polite and quick service. Side note- I forgot my CC on the counter and Cece (the manager) immediately called and left a message that I left it there. Thankful for that too!

They just do a dirty job on my oil cervice.

I stopped by this evening after work because I kept having to add air to my tires when lo and behold—I had a big nail in my back tire. Sesay and the gentleman who worked on my car were super professional, and accommodating. They had the tire type that I needed and changed it in 15min, super fast. They didn’t try to push me to spend $ and replace BOTH back tires as recommended but just let me know that I may need to in the future. Thank you, gentlemen and I will be back!

Update as of 8/14/19: I was contacted by Mr. Tire Customer Service to discuss the recent repair work. The number I was provided does not go to the person who contacted me, and lists the business as a muffler company, not Mr. Tire. I have left a request for a return call, but I do not foresee a positive outcome.I stand by my previous review. Damaged goods installed on my vehicle at an exorbitant price. I do not recommend this business.---Took my car to this location for a state inspection. They found holes in one muffler and failed the vehicle. Not the first time a Mr. Tire has “found” issues with my vehicle.I didn’t check before the inspection so I trusted there really were holes and had them replace one muffler so it would pass. Learned my lesson the $$$ way.They charged 200% more than a common retailers for the part. Would have been worth the convenience but the muffler is dented and does not line up with the exhaust pipe.I do not recommend this business or this chain of mechanics. Only good thing is they did pass the vehicle so I can renew the plates.

I recently moved to the Virginia and needed to schedule a safety inspection for my vehicle. I called Mr. Tire and they were able to find me an opening that day .The process took about 40 minutes and cost $20 pre tax which was much cheaper than a few other places I had called. I will definitely recommend this place for safety inspections.

Absolutely great place to go for a tune-up, oil change, transmission fluid change, check engine light-- if you have a problem, go here first. Theyre very honest and competent. Management, front desk, mechanics, all great. Everyone is very polite and willing to explain if you have any questions. I had a full tune-up done a number of months ago and recently had the check engine light come on-- they diagnosed and fixed the problem same-day and didnt charge since theyd done the work on it before. Id highly recommend coming here for regular service and a second opinion before major work.

I’ve used this Mr. Tire location exclusively for my auto service needs. The manager, Marij, is great! I made an appointment online for later today, but gave them a call to see if they could service my car any earlier. He told me to come in ASAP and I was in and out with my car serviced in 45 minutes with no hassle whatsoever! I highly recommend this store because they provide very friendly, and fast service at a great cost!

I came here to get my tires changed on Wednesday. Mostafa was so helpful and provided such great service. I spoke with Mostafa and he recommended additional services to complete my purchase. I will be coming back.

I was extremely pleased with my service today at this location. Mr. M Sesay went above and beyond with my tire issue and made sure my visit was 100% satisfied. My drivers side/rear tire needed to be replaced. He assessed and assured my service at a timely manner. He collaborated with Robert from the Arlington shop since I had purchased all 4 tires from them years ago to see if I had warranty/or if I could get compensated somewhat. I had a great experience today and will resume business with them in the future.

It was a raining busy morning when I found the flat tire. Luckily I found Mr. Tire was near me through google search. The gentlemen over there are extremely friendly and helpful. They checked car and gave me the estimation with very reasonable price. Although I did not change the tire cause the tire was still under Costco warranty, they helped me changing the spare tire, packing the broken tire into my car without charging me a penny. They get the job done fast and arent trying to sell you unnecessary services like most auto maintenance shops. Prices are reasonable and offer discounts when possible. This was my first time coming here. Their team immediately identified numerous (12 or so) issues with my car that they could repair, and even pinpointed what had gone wrong and how (cheap mechanics, cheap supplies, etc.)I explained to them that my car (a very old, high-mileage vehicle) just needed repairs to make it safe for driving, as I was getting rid of it soon and the total suggested repairs were not worth the value of the car. They didnt screw me at all like other places, and highlighted the four (out of TWELVE) items that absolutely needed to be done.Most other places would take you for a ride. Mr. Tires staff did not - and they quoted a fair price for the services rendered. I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in the immediate area for any work.

I called this Mr. Tire (#1198, 105 Falls Avenue) one morning and they said they would be able to get me in quickly for my state emission and safety inspection. True to their word, they got me in soon, gave me an estimated wait time and then got my car back to me in less than that estimated wait time. They were polite and seemed happy to have my business. It was a great, hassle- free experience. I’m very appreciative!

Right from the phone call I made to see them I felt a warm welcoming feeling from the representative. He said we would love to take care of you come on by. I had an appointment and after arriving and waiting was told they were too back-logged to work on my rapidly leaking tire. Being forced to waste my time and drive across town in such a condition demonstrates how much they respect customers.

I loved that they took me into the shop to show and explain what was going on with my brakes. I could see and understand first hand that they needed to be replaced. It made me feel that they were not trying to sell me something that indeed my brakes needed to be replaced. That was, as a woman knowing nothing about cars, a great comfort. Also the ladies room was very clean!!

I stopped by because I suspected I had some issues with one or more of my tires. My tire pressure indicator light would not go off. Momodu and his staff took care of me super swiftly and even waved the $36 charge out of curtesy. Will definitely come back when new work is needed.

I would not go to these people again because they will steal your money. I had slime in my tire and it caused an out of balance issue with my car. Mr. Tire quoted me approx $2,300 and told me I need all new rotors, tires and breaks. I got a second opinion from a dealership and told me that my rotors and breaks were fine. The dealership removed the slime, remove the nail and patched the tire up for $50. Do not go to these people unless you want to get scammed because all they want to do is sell useless services you do not need. They do seem like they do not know what they doing. I highly recommend going someplace else.

Excellent service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took great care of my car. The manager knew I lived close so he even personally drove me the 5 minute drive to my home so I wouldnt have to wait while my car was fixed or walk home. Picked me up when my car was done too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have known Mr. Tire for a while since Ive moved here, and I have always received service from them in the most unexpected moments. I first had a tire blow out and Mr. Tire was the only place I found (out of 4 places on a busy afternoon) that was able to service me without a waiting list. This place in particular can get busy, but the manager always lets me know the best time to come in; and, when I do come in, sure enough he is correct, it isnt busy. They are financially reasonable and really support Veterans/Active Military like myself. They are willing to provide you, like they did me, with personal access to their work space to show you whats happening under the hood (the big car problem) and then will give you all the options on how they could take care of it. They wont do anything unorthodox without approval. I have always received great service and their hours are amazing. I could always rely that their service will always satisfy my needs and what my car needs!!!

Came here with my daughters car for a tire rotation and one tire that had a slow leak. They took care of it with fast great service! We found Ed to be a great communicator and a really nice guy! They were good about telling us things we should do to the car but were not pushy about having us do things we did not really need to do right now. Note that there is an extra parking area directly across the street in case the area in front of the garage is blocked. Will definitely come back next time we need work done.

Everything that is bad about automotive service, in one location. These guys send me a promo for an oil change, for 19.99. Because my car takes synthetic oil, they were going to charge me literally an extra $50. So $69. Yeah, pretty sure the difference in cost between those two products is not $50, total rip off. I’m sure they do this with all their sales. And the place is dirty inside, don’t waste your time here.

Mr. Tire is a always so helpful when it comes to getting the Hertz Fleet serviced! The turn around time is quick and we are always greeted with a smile and great service from everyone in there!

My daughter came back from college with a deflated tire. Which we could deal with except she came back Saturday at 330, and she was going back Monday morning early. The Mr Tire crew took the car right away on Saturday at 430 and fixed the tire quickly before they closed. They were able to patch it so we didnt have to buy a new one. My daughter was back at school on time for her Monday classes.

I have had excellent experience at Mr. Tire, at Falls Church, VA. The Manager Mr. Marij and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I came in today seeing my tire pressure light up. Sesay and other good guys did a quick check and fix. In about 10min they solved the low pressure issue without charging me. Nice guys and quick service. Ill certainly come in again if I have more serious issues.

No one likes taking their car to a repair shop. Ive been coming here for a while, back when it was Currys. Ive never had an issue with them. I was a little nervous when it became a Mr. Tire as Ive had some issues with the location on Lee Highway in Arlington.Recently, Ive taken my car back here and the staff was really great. I mean surprisingly great. Everyone is nice and actually friendly. Steve, the manager, is fantastic.Just like going to a surgeon for back pain fixing cars is NOT an exact science, so not everyone will be happy. But the (new?) staff here has been great the past few times Ive gone in for new tires, rotations, alignment etc. I hope I dont have to see them soon, other than for an oil change, but I feel confident in them and havent had my BS meter go off when dealing with them. I often play dumb when talking to mechanics and know a lot more about cars than I look like I do.They are also pretty quick with their services and have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off.

Service is really great, they are very prompt. I visited couple of time and there service is always up to mark. Usually they have Sesay and ED on reception, both of them are very helpful and provide all the details and estimates in no time.
