Muhammed and the staff of Pineridge Shell went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road after a complete transmission failure. Working after hours, making so many phone calls, a stop at the post office for my forgotten items and even a day trip for parts was just the start of what they did for me. An estimated repair time of 3 weeks was completed in just a few days. I am forever grateful!!!

This is a fantastic business, I so highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get any type of service. Everyone is professional, caring, and extremely technically competent. My family has used this place for the last almost two decades, and while as military I am mostly out of state, I always take my car here to get inspected and repaired whenever I am home. Highly recommend without any reservations!

I would post zero Stars if it were possible these guys are liars and cheats. They are the worst type of mechanic they do unnecessary work lie about it and refused to address the problems their work has caused on your car. Replaced calipers on the rear of my van that will replace yes than a year ago because they were sticking-not two brand new ones. Impossible. They proceeded to check all of my tires not telling me the front brakes needed to be done waste money on the back brakes that was unnecessary and put my lug nuts on so tightly that theyve now broken off. When I went to get my lug nut removed so I could get the work done elsewhere the manager told me I had been using the wrong tools to remove them. 45 minutes later I had to leave and go to work after watching him struggle with the lug nut with the same tools with no success. Dont waste your time and money. 500$ in unnecessary parts and labor, lying to my face, they have absolutely no shame.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY INSPECTION! They just rejected our car because they claimed the tread is too low on our front tires. I checked the safety threshold, and it is in fact, ABOVE the safety line. When we asked them to explain further, they said the inspector had left for the day and that we could stand there and talk about it for 2 hours but it wouldnt make any difference (We had been there for 10 minutes at that point). We left with a rejection sticker, incorrectly assigned to our car, and zero explanation. Additionally, the staff were RUDE, disrespectful and dismissive. We will NEVER be giving them our business again, and recommend that you dont either unless you want to be ripped off.

Ive been using them for 3 years. The owner has always been professional, charged reasonable rate, and taken the time to explain things to me. Today I went in for an oil change and safety inspection. While there I asked about an issue with my car not starting and how I had to jump my car several times in the last year. Mohammad explained to me there were two batteries in my Prius, and based on my description it was likely the 12V battery that needed to be replaced, and he would check it for me. Later he called me and said it was indeed the 12V battery. Charged me reasonable price to replace the battery. Very happy customer here!

I have been a customer here for at least 5 years. The customer service is always on point. Just today, I dropped my car off for squeaky brakes and Mohammad called me a short time later to tell me that there was nothing wrong with them. He could have charged me and replaced a pad or two, but his honesty was in tact. He and his staff--all of them--area always kind and fair and upstanding.

Mo and his team are really thorough. It’s hard to find an auto shop you trust because too many times we don’t realize we are being upsold until later. I appreciate when they tell me what I really should get fixed now and what can wait. This last time around I had quite a few fixes. When I went home, I soon noticed my power steering was off and called them. They told me to come right back. I dropped my car off, Mo handled getting the part immediately and let me know it was under warranty so there was no charge. I’m trying to drive my good ol’ minivan till it can’t go anymore, and I think I just got another five years on it.

Mo and his staff have cared for our cars for a few years. A pot hole destroyed a tire. A phone call to Mo and he found a new tire and put it on that same afternoon. A good shop with good people and good advice.

These guys are always helpful and get my oil changed real quick. The staff is also very friendly. I stopped in one day a year ago to vacume my car at one of the quarter machines and the service guy noticed my inspection was past due and he offered to do it in the next 30 minutes if I had time to wait- and they were already super busy. They have had my business since then!

Went to have an oil change last minute, the service was outstanding, the waiting time fare, but was entertained by. a Jims Carrey movie that kept me laughing all the time. I will definitely recommend this place for all your car needs, I will be back without a doubt.😉😉

I have been taking all my cars to Pine ridge for the last two years. I have found them to be honest and reasonably priced. I have worked with Mohammed, Asif and another gentlemen who I cannot remember the name of. All of them are great and take the time to talk through any issues and get you safely back on the road. A couple of times the parts used have failed and they immediately fixed the issues within warranty.

Service Manager is rude and condescending. Went in for a safety inspection on a car I only drive during the summer. Before I left home, I checked all the lights since its been sitting all winter. Inspector came in an said he failed me for headlights. When I went out, both headlights were pushed into the grill area in the exact same way, with the plastic piece for the headlight adjuster busted, which are not available anymore. This was plainly obvious and not something I would have missed when I checked the lights immediately prior to the inspection. I suppose it could have happened in the 3 mile ride there, but both in the same manner? My guess is technician didnt know it was a clamshell hood and they were broken trying to open the hood. The service manager Emad couldnt have been more rude. Didnt want to understand the situation and telling me I should file a police report. Maybe I should do just that. Im not saying its malicious, but both headlights broken int he same way when I had just checked them doesnt add up.

Experience was exceptional, great service was provided ranging from getting vehicle towed into shop and throughout entire service process. Highly recommend using this shop.
