My representative never responded to my texts or calls for 2 days and charged me 200 dollars to replace a gas cap

Horrible service. The service representative said they work commission so I arranged my schedule to make sure I dropped my car off when he was there. I get there and he’s not there. Someone else helps me and I had specifically down to get a rental car for 30,000 mile check up and they are out. Really irritating experience. No apology . Highly don’t recommend this place.
