The best place to get tires for comercial trucks and trailers

Staff member was very rude on the call, probably the worst customer interaction through call at an auto place I’ve had. Total “*** hat”.

Customer service is terrible. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

They were able to repair a flat tire after I was told it needed to be replaced at another tire shop.

Those guys in there are really great! very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a tire that was losing air. I brought it to Weber and they put 2 patches on my tire while I waited. Great service!

Quick service. Appreciate that they suggested less expensive tires that were comparable in quality to my original request. Outdated customer waiting area may turn off some people (but I like that kind of unpretentiousness).

Was originally going to give them 5 stars. They were informative, the customer reps were pleasant, and they did fast work. I came in looking for a new tire because a pothole took the life of one. I opted to get 4 new tires instead. They told me it had to be ordered and picked up, which would take them till the end of the day for them to complete the job. By the end of the day, the job was complete. I got a phone call, I came by, and paid/picked up my car. Heres where the problem is. I just washed my car/wheels today, and noticed that they stripped the paint on the wheel. There are large parts of the paint missing where I assumed the old balancing weights were. There are scratches on the inner barrel of the wheel, which looks like someone used a screwdriver to pull the old balancing weights off.

Sub-standard customer service and refused to guarantee his word in writing to pay for interior cleaning of my van when the window was left down in a rain storm. Needed warranty replacement for Cooper tires on my van. Cooper said the closest dealer was Weber Tire. The van was completed on time and the gentleman I dealt with was great. However, when I arrived to pick up my van, the manager was leaving and told me to remind the person inside about my military discount. When I mentioned it to the sales manager, he said that I was already getting a discount (warranty replacement) and that should be enough. I told him the manager told me to ask. The sales manager then said he would have to verify this and he called the manager. When I went out to my van, the window had been left open and it had rained heavily for about 20 minutes. The inside had standing water on the mats and there was water on 2 of the seats, the center arm rest and inside the storage area behind the front seats. I told the sales manager and he said he would need to review the security video to make certain the window had been down during the rain storm. I asked for an on the spot compensation to take my van to have the interior cleaned and the water removed. The sales manager refused and said that I would have to have the van cleaned and then bring the receipt back to him and he would pay. I agreed, but asked for this in writing. The sales manager refused and said I was calling him a liar for not taking his word that he would pay for the interior detailing. I am now in the position of driving over 3 hours back and forth have my van’s interior cleaned professionally, and then take the receipt back to Weber Tires. I do not have written assurance that the detailing bill will be paid in full. Worst customer service in an area of the country that has horrible customer service in general. I would never go back to Weber Tire, even if they were giving away free tires.

I had a great experience buying and installing new tires and would recommend these guys to anyone. Their pricing was more competitive than the dealership service department. They were friendly, professional and didn’t try to up-sale or push anything on me. Plan to use this full-service shop for all routine service for our family’s cars.

A+. Been going to this place for years, reasonable prices, great service and turnaround times. On my last visit they fixed my loose front bumper cover, didn’t even mention it (no charge)! Very honest people who know what they are doing! They straightened out a bent rim for less than $30.00. Everywhere else I went just tried to sell me a new rim and said it couldn’t be fixed. And it was done within 45 minutes!! I will be using Weber Tire for all my tire needs moving forward.

Nice staff at Webers. I called needing a punctured tire repaired. Weber said come on down and they had me fixed and driving again in less than an hour. Tried going to NTB first and was told Id have to leave the car all day. It pays to go to a locally owned business. Better customer service at very reasonable price.

This company really listens to their customers and reads the reviews online and tries to make every customer walk away happy. If you are uneasy about something or have any questions, talk to Randy. I would definitely recommend this place to people because they really do value their customers and place great stock in customer satisfaction.

**updated review**I came in for some more serious repairs to my car and was quoted a reasonable price. I came back to get the work done and when I went to pay, the price had increased by almost $1000. The fault was evidently with the person that provided me the quote, but even still that was very jarring. The (I think) owner gave me a reduction in the price, which was kind.I had asked also during that same visit to have them replace my headlight. I just now noticed about a year later when it burned out that the mechanic ripped the rubber gasket protecting my light from water and dust and never told me. I had to make a quick fix with duct tape.Really friendly and conscientious staff! I came in for an alignment check and they were very honest about it, citing only a minor adjustment. Prices were very reasonable. They sent a very nice thank you note after the fact.

Was told by others I needed new brakes, came in requesting they be replaced. They were honest and advised I didnt need them, when they could of easily gone with the sale. Everyone was so nice and courteous I will be a repeat customer!

I would Never Go there Again, The most irresponsible manager in the area, after buying tires for the 3rd time in the past year I went back to them to claim 2 defected tires that went bad after only cuple month looking like someone bit on them with a huge hammer, they were flattened in 3-4 spots while still looking new otherwise and this shameless guy tells me to put more than recommended maximum amount air in them and it would make my ride uncomfortable but would protect the tires !!!! As if tires are more important than the suspension., I told him I dont have time to waste with him but he is not getting any more business from me.

I came back for an alignment today because I had hit a curve and turned out to be for free because I was still under warranty. Very honest guys.THANK YOU so much.Highly recommend this place.

Went in for new tires and alignment on my Cube. Gary took my call and was very helpful in finding the best pricing. I compared pricing to Just Tires, Merchants, and My Tires and Webers was the lowest total package. They kept their word on schedule and delivered it the very next day. The tires look great for the price, and I test drove them after delivery up to 80mph and had no vibration at all. They did a good job in balancing the tires the first time. They also checked my brakes for free and told me honestly that they were in good shape. I will certainly be returning to them again. Thanks!

The guys at this place are straightforward, matter of fact, polite and professional. Prices were a little high to patch a tire.Kind of got the feeling that if anything went wrong with what they fixed, I could come back and they would absolutely deal with it professionally.I didnt have to wait and they even showed me what got stuck in my tire. The humor that was created around it was all so relieving as nobody really likes to have a flat tire and its such a huge inconvenience during the day.The waiting area had comfy chairs and the TV was rolling so I was occupied. They even had Outlets available to charge my phone.The only thing I would suggest is to clean up the waiting area & bathroom.It could use a cleaning service....yeah yeah..its a tire shop..Got that. And it was still a lil too grimy (guy/mechanic handled) for a flexible & understanding lady. Quick and easy service, good value for money and only waited about a half hour. No bs sales pitches either just did the work I wanted to be done.

Dont be fool by these guys. If you want to get charge $160 dollars for mounting and balancing 4 tires go ahead and use them. when you go in they wont tell you how much it cost then charge you an arm and legs when you go pay. this is not a high performance shop to be charging 40 dollars to mount 18inch tires. If you dont believe me go there and you will see. The guy that work there said I gotta make a living....yeah ripping off your customers to make a living is a good way of life and business.

Replaced two tires on Accord and did rotor, brake pads, caliper service on Sequoia in consecutive two days. Randy is friendly, knowledgeable and trustful man. Did great jobs on both cars.

Randy responded to my online tire inquiry within a day. I followed up with a phone conversation with Randy about which tires I should get for my Sportwagen TDI. At the end, I decided to take a chance on Kenda UHP KR400 based on the pricing and limited online positive reviews that I found. In working with Weber Tire Company, I received excellent customer service from Randy, Gary, and Isaac. They were all great to work with. As for the tires, they performed better than the old tires I had on-Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. These Kendas exceeded my expectations in dry/wet, cornering, braking, and road noise performance. When my other car needs new tires, I will be back here and get another set of Kenda KR400s!

Hands down the best service Ive ever had getting tires. I ordered the specific A/T over the phone around 10am and by 3:30 they were ready for me. One hour later had brand new BFGs and one happy customer. Family owned also which is always a plus. I will never go anywhere else as long as Im in the DMV.

Although I hope I never get another flat tire, if I do and certainly when all of my tires need to be replaced, Im only going to Webber Tire Company.Called at 4:30pm on a Tuesday to order a replacement tire and they had it in the shop at 9am the next morning. Instead of taking advantage of my blatant lack of knowledge on anything car related and letting me buy the brand new tire they had ordered, they happily informed me they could just patch it for 1/10th of what I wouldve paid for a new tire. A few weeks later I received three $5 coupons enclosed with a handwritten thank you note - this is what excellent customer service looks like.

20 years in Fairfax, and I did not know about this place. My bad. Got a flat for first time in 10 years (AAA rescued me in less than hour). So I went looking on the web, since the spare was rated 50 miles. Lots of places offered to fix it for free (like I was born yesterday). Weber was close, they ACTUALLY answered their phone, said come right in. 45 minutes later and I was out at an astonishingly fair price. They put the spare back into the Prius V, which is like solving a puzzle on Survivor.Now Weber is both my Tire place and my barbeque.

When they said the tire would be in on Monday and I winced a little, they told me to come back in an hr and sent someone out to get the tire for me. Great price, service, and accommodations.

I have a big jeep and big tires, could find a place around that wasnt going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the valve stems. I got referred to weber tire by a friend and Im so glad they did. They charge me a quarter the of the price any where else did and they got it done fast! I planned on it being there for a bit so I had my wife pick me up to go to lowes. They were already working on it before I left and by the time I was a lowes, 5 minutes later they called me and said it was done and even cheaper than they quoted me. Ill definitely be returning to these guys!
