Friendly and fast service. However, I had a 3 foot crack in my windshield and appointments were scheduled 2 weeks out. I received a call to come pick up and when I arrived the person responsible for checking me out went to lunch. Affordable price with insurance. Some of the reps were not properly wearing masks :(

They came to my office, to fix a window that had been smashed out by thieves. They scheduled it when it was convenient for me, they arrived, did the great work professionally, and let me get on the road even before the anticipated schedule! I give Chris and the entire crew high marks.

So I drive a lowered mazda 3 with a front lip thats pretty close to the ground I took it in to get my front and rear windshield replaced during my lunch break and came in after work to grab my car. The glass looked really good but when I get home I realized that the front lip on my car had grooves so deep from hitting something that it dug through the primer into the abs plastic lip. I back to their shop the next day and convinently the tech that worked on it and the manager were both out that day so they said they would call me when the manager gets back early the next week. Its Thursday now and I have got no call and they arent answering my calls. Im going to have to skip lunch tomorrow to go back to their shop because I cant get a hold of them any other way just to solve an issue they created. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.Update: They refused to help pay for damages and recommended going through insurance which is going to be 4x what the cost of the actual fix is. They said that they can not help because there was previous damage which is not untrue. There was some small scratches on the corner of the lip from trying to get into a tricky driveway but nothing to the extent of damages on it when I got it back.

Honestly this is one of the best car repair experiences Ive ever had. All of the employees were capable, quick, and flexible. They didnt have my windshield because of mix-up on body styles, and despite being really busy, they rescheduled me for the next day. The windshield looks great! Highly recommend.

Safelite is horrible! If I could give them a -5 stars rating, I would without even hesitating!!First of all, you might think that dropping off your car at their shop will allow them more time and they should have all their tools to get the job completed with the highest quality and perfection right? Well, that was my wishful thinking and so I took time off work and made arrangements with someone to shuttle me back and forth to Safelite rather than taking up their mobile service.Almost a month ago, I dropped off my Lexus to get the front windshield replaced. I am very picky and baby my cars and so I left a note on my dash telling the tech to take their time and to do an excellent job. I take pride in my cars and want to keep it in pristine condition. Im super OCD too if something is not fixed right. I even gave my car a nice wash and completely vacuumed my car and wiped down the whole interior and door jams, the day prior to dropping off my car so they can have a clean surface and car to work on. When the car was completed and I went back to pick it up, I inspected their work and thats when I stood there and wanted to cry. Whoever worked on my car did a terrible job! They probably did not test fit my new windshield on first and so the fitment was so off! It was so off that the little cutout window that shows the VIN number on the windshield covered almost half of my VIN number. On top of that, they also put way too much of the black seal glue so it oozed into the VIN number when they pressed the new windshield on. They also probably did not wrap any of their prying tools with a soft towel and so when they pop off the plastic trim covering the wires for the rear view mirror and dome light, they left gouges on the trim piece and also cracked the clips making it not pop back into place securely anymore. In addition, they also did not wipe down my dash or transfer my Lexus VIP sticker to the new windshield. Had to tell the guy to dig in their trash to get my VIP sticker off the old windshield! There were tiny little black rubber specks all over my dash and foot prints on my door sills as if they stood on it for leverage. I stated my complaints then and there and all they offered me was to take my car back for a warranty replacement.I reported my complaints to safelite and also had my insurance contact them to file the complaint. It took almost 2 weeks until I heard back from someone and this time, I had the tech come out to my house. This person was very nice and I explained the situation and he said hes going to take his time and make sure its done right this time. Its like he had a passion for cars and so he definitely took his time and did so much better. He took the windshield off and put on another new windshield but he said that he was unable to scrape off/clean the residue off my VIN number. I told him that I guess Ill just have to deal with it because it wasnt him that caused it. He also confirmed that the tabs on the trim piece were broken and so they will have to order a new one.There is a character count limit. Please see the photos for a continuation of my review

As, someone who is conscious about repairing before replacing anyting I checked with Safelite about filling two Rock chips as a self-pay customer. I live in Eastern Washington where it is hard to find a company that sells Rock chips, thinking that it would be much cheaper to self pay and have two dings in my windshield fixed. Well nope completely wrong I found out they dont make those commercials for free to get to rock chips fixed in my windshield as a self- should say $139 plus tax. Whatever happened to fixing a couple of rock dings 4 pocket change to create a customer that will come and get their windshield replaced in the future Ill get my money now and I dont care if I get it later and guess its the business model of your company and I guarantee you will not be getting my money unfortunately you have overpriced yourself for someone that has half a brain and doesnt care how much their insurance has to pay very unfortunate that your corporate ran

Excellent customer service, and the technician answered all my questions, since this was the 2nd rock chip repair on my windshield. He did an incredible job, and the area looks like new. I recommend this place to anyone.

You decide.We are 50+ miles away. Called to notify (with 45 minutes notice) that we would be 15 min+ late due to unforeseen highway construction. We were told by customer service that would be fine. They made a notation in our file and they said that the service department would be notified. We drove in the last 35 miles, arrived 20 minutes late, waited 5 for service. After 10 minutes of discussion, we were told that we missed our appointment. Our options given were: that we could wait for a cancelation, or wait until just before closing for an opening (6.5 hours) with NO guarantee of service.This was the second time we have used this facility. We gave a them a 2 star rating because WE WERE LATE, thats on us. However, we not pleased with either encounter we have had with them. Its nice to see that in the days of Covid, they are so busy. But, we believe that a better solution could have been provided.So, we took our business elsewhere and will continue to do so.

Made a new appt for today had wrong window.asked when they were coming back.responce I had to go to Everett or Bellingham for about 4 hrs as they were stopping the mobile operation and even though they screwed up twice they really didnt care..Good luck, richBy the way I will give recomendations.. but they dont want to hear them !!

The scheduling system made things seem seamless, but it doesnt account for a technician not showing to their appointment. I was victim of a no show and called Safelite the next day. I was informed that there wasnt any information on the no show and I will need to wait a couple additional weeks before they can help me. In addition, they wont be able to make it to my house, and will need to bring the vehicle into their shop, unless I want to wait longer.I decided to go through the dealership as the price of the window and installation is the same price. At least with the dealership, they are accountable for their work.This was a terrible experience and terrible customer service. I will never use Safelite in the future.

I had an appointment window from 12pm to 5pm and got a text and email confirming the day before to fix a windshield with their mobile repair (at my house). They never showed up. After being on a chat with customer service for over an hour, they said that the appointment was canceled due to customer no show. So use this company at your own risk of wasting a day waiting for nobody to show up. I see from other reviews this is not uncommon.Thing happen, at least call the customer if you are not going to make it or cant find the residence. I shouldnt have to jump through a bunch of hoops to find out what is happening. I still dont have an answer to what happened after multiple calls.

They had my windshield in fast and the install is flawless. My Technician Beau even took the time to hide the power cord for my dash cam which was not completely done when I brought my vehicle in for the windshield replacement. Very happy with their service.

Replaced my back window at my job site doing a condo remodel but didnt vaccum the glass out of the trunk or the backseat after the work so I had to put all my tools on the glass and clean it out when I got home and I payed cash but they didnt offer to bring me change just took my money and quickly took off after payment so they got away with 5 dollar tip which isnt much but not vaccuming out the glass they didnt deserve the tip

Safelite waited a month to schedule my window and then broke the regulator while fixing the window. When they came to fix the regulator they broke the latch mechanism. They dont respond to phone calls or emails. Service has been awful and every time Ive had something done they broke something else. Go anywhere else.

Safelite put a new windshield in my car and things seemed fine. However, my windshield is now about to fall out. The seal has come loose and the windshield can be lifted right off of the car. Now I have an unsafe and unusable car and they said it will be 6 days before they can get to it.

Safelite is terrible. I scheduled an appointment to have my window motor repaired. The technician showed up late, took the window apart, then told me he didn’t have the correct parts to repair it. It was a week between the time I made the appointment and the actual time of the appointment- plenty of time to make sure they showed up with the correct parts to do the job. The biggest issue I have is, however, that when he put it back together, the window doesn’t stay closed, which wasn’t an issue prior to Safelite looking at it. I clearly stated the reason for the appointment and at the time I called to make the appointment the window didn’t open or close but now it won’t even stay closed and no clear answer about the part that is needed.

For starters I share a driveway with my neighbors and this guy pulls down my driveway and I told him oh can you please park behind my car that’s technically my neighbors road and he said okay kept walking towards me I repeated myself and he stopped for a solid 5 seconds then didn’t say anything walked over to check the chips out finally then proceeded back to his car to pull it behind mine. When he was doing the chips I asked him do you think they are so small I should just wait it out because he mentioned he’d have to chip it more to fix it. “Which is fine I’ve had that done in the past and it went fine” so I told him there’s no way to just fill it over and I asked once again if I should wait and he re assured me it’s fine and he could fix it no problem and make it look new. Well after he was finished about an hour went by I went to go run an errand and in both chips that seemed fine until I got the car into some sun the chips spider cracked and the chips were not sealed properly. I called my insurance company zurich shield and they said a new windshield would come out of my total and I find that to be total BS because I asked twice to the technician I can just wait it out because I don’t want it to be worse but yet safelite reassured me oh it’s fine. Total garbage service and highly don’t recommend this company at all. Better off doing it yourself.Since I can’t reply directly and you guys won’t give me a call here’s my response here. I understand the compromise of the glass but when I ask your technician is it too small or is it fixable and he said oh yeah no issues at all. Now I need a new windshield that I can’t afford all thanks to you guys. BIG HELP SAFELITE thank you for messing my whole month up during the covid because I really have no money for this. Thank you.

Tried to get a rock chip repaired. They were requiring online scheduling, couldnt reserve a spot until 4 weeks away, with a quote of $119.00 plus tax to glue our ONE rock chip.Had it done next morning at another glass shop for $39.

Technical experts and they did their best for pricing and scheduling. Absolutely returning for anything auto glass related.

They do really fast quality service. They replace two windshields on my fleet vehicles in one day and they were ready for pickup. I dropped them off the night before and put the keys in the key drop and they were ready just afternoon the next day. Im not too fond of talking to corporate just to schedule the repair, Id rather talk to the people there in the office but I guess thats just procedure

This company did not seal our windshield properly causing all sorts of electrical damage. Not only were there huge delays in repairing it, but the service and communication was awful. Then they went to my dealership and got copies of my repair orders after I sent them multiple copies. I still have not received my reimbursement. You can’t even reach a live body at the local branch.

Was a great experience. Tech call in plenty of time before giving a ETA. Showed up at my house on time. Was nice an answered my questions was very informative. So far its been a couple weeks an my windshield is doing great! An knock on wood havent had anymore rock encounters. Which is usually what happens after one put new windshield in. So if you have any windshield needs give satellite a call they will do a great job taking care of you!

This company is basically out of service as you cannot contact them. They prefer email but it doesnt work either

Quick and professional. I had a large crack across my windshield and scheduled an appointment in their shop. Dropped off the car and it was done quickly. The parking lot is a little small but they will also come to your house to do repairs. The online scheduling system was easy. Would recommend.

Needed a rock chip repair crack was much smaller after this photo about 3/8 inch with in repairability. Tech arrived to repair window he used a pick tool that has a small slide hammer feature that I feel further compromised the window. While he fumbled with the plunger the window cracked a good 12. Ok fine maybe that happens, also maybe they are in the business of replacement because I got a quote of 474. Further pissing me off I got a quote from Genuine Auto Glass for 315. Dont let them touch your crack. They will never get my business again.

They replaced my cracked windshield in about 90 minutes. I was driving around the next day and noticed my rear view mirror was not pointed in the exact location I like it. It was at that point that I realized -- the rear view HAD TO COME OFF in order to replace the windshield. And yet, there it was WITH my kids baby shoes hanging from it.I really appreciated that they carefully restored the mirror with my kids shoes onto the new windshield. The windshield was of course beautiful and smooth but in an era where good customer service is a dying art, its nice to see that some continue to practice it.

Scheduled through my insurance, came to my workplace... In and out easy peasy. Can see where the dings were filled but so much better than a new windshield

Quick service the glass was almost identical not quite as dark a fade at top. My only concern was several employees smoking one right next to the entrance they need a smoking area outside of customers view.

They couldnt come until five days after I called. Then they showed up with the wrong part. Then they couldnt reschedule until a week and a half later. I called a competitor who was able to come the next day and cost 30% less. The competitor also had a live operator respond to my call who knew enough to get the VIN to ensure the proper part.

I called the commercial number to see if they could help me schedule a windshield replacement for a customer. They were very short with me and acted like they didnt want to help me. Customer service skills need a lot of work. I guess i will go elsewhere...

They did a great job, only gave a 4 out of five because it took a couple of days before they had an open appointment and they took a hair longer than they originally said on the appointment. But their service was excellent

I waited over two weeks for my appointment. The tech was scheduled to come between 8am and noon. When he hadnt arrived by 12:30 I called customer service (that was an event involving multiple calls, and a lot of time on hold). Finally, around 2:45 the tech arrived. He was not interested in doing his job. He told me the crack was too big for repair, however, Speedy Glass repaired that crack, and it was within the size limits Safelite quoted. The Safelite tech was so late, he gave the impression he just didnt want to work, he only showed up because his managers got involved (my phone calls). I will never recommend Safelite, and obviously, will never attempt to use them again.By the way, leaving your keys on the dash, visible to crooks for over 4 hours is absurd and ridiculous.

They did a fantastic job on my roadster windshield replacement. There was a trim issue that came up later but they handled it quickly and very professionally. Dan is a REAL CLASS ACT. Highly recommend.....

I was on time for the appointment. They were a little behind. Folks on the counter were of the Ill, fill this out, give me your keys, where is the car, we will tell you when its done. Straight forward period.4 stars cause there is not enough room to park.

Overall great experience. I was able to make a same-day appointment for a windshield replacement and the technician installed the new windshield wipers I brought from home, unprompted by me.

Fixed my windshield quickly!

They did a great job. Installed original equipment pilkington glass on my Benz c 300. I could not believe they installed the factory glass for way less than what the dealer quoted. If you are a perfectionist and you need OEM equipment so you can’t tell the difference after installation then use safelite. Make sure you ask for the same brand glass as in your vehicle and they will charge you more than aftermarket but way way less than the dealer. Don’t go to the dealer for an expensive glass but rather use them. Techs are highly skilled and they know what they are doing. They warranty their work and they offer contactless service. They exceeded my expectations. No rain sensor issues/calibration or steering wheel assist sensor issues.

When I left there were about 3 others waiting and I left my brand new laptop there. They figured out it was mine and I got a call to come get it. Nice!

I had my window broken out at work the technician came to my house. Didnt clean up any of the broken glass. and installed the new window and now my window is binding and doesnt roll up smooth at all.

I had a large crack in my windshield and Safelite was able to streamline the entire insurance/claims process for me. All I had to do was make an appointment after a short phone call. On the day of my windshield replacement it only took them 35 minutes to complete the service. Very nice employees from start to finish!

The Glass technician was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. I havent ever had someone pay as close a detail to make sure things are done right and not damage my car or break anything. He was so careful and clean about replacing the windshield that he did not need to vacuum anything. Best service technician i have ever had do work for me. Excellent!

Ive had 2 experiences with this place and both are amazing. The process of getting my windshield replaced was quick and easy. The staff was polite and they even have free sodas and waters and coffee for while you wait or if you want they can just call you when your car is done.

I got a rock chip. I stopped by the Safelite at 2006 Everett Ave and they managed to squeeze me in right away. The quality of the repair was excellent - I have to look carefully to find it now, even though it had legs. The receptionist was very friendly and knew her job well. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Their driver was swerving and tailgating me this morning on the Snohomish Monroe country road and I was going 45 in a 40. Tried to call company but after ten calls I gave up.

My car was screwed from the previous owner via epoxy the windshield basically permanently to the car and Safelite was going to basically break the window out probably making the replacement more expensive. My order was cancelled and I my refund was the full amount...no cancellation fee of any kind.....Thank you for that . Ty was cool and honest. No windshield replacement, but did not get screwed over...win in my book!

I was very happy to come to the Everett location. At first, the Safelite reviews spooked me, when my insurance made me to come to Safelite to replace windshield. Especially, my Subaru comes with EyeSight system that complicated the whole thing.They were efficient, and did a great job on my car! Within two hrs, I was out there. If you own a Subaru with EyeSight and dont want to spend a entire day waiting in a dealer, come to Everett location.

Service was awesome, the tech was quick with the install, very friendly, etc. only reason for only 4 stars is because they had to reschedule the first appointment because my windshield didn’t show up in their delivery from their warehouse when it was supposed to. So besides a minor scheduling annoyance, great experience!
