Rob is very professional and timely. I went to fix my front bumper after an accident. He completely detailed my car, nice paint job and added tints. Would highly recommend!

My head light that was on back order due to covid and everyone worked professionally and diligently to make sure i got my head light way before it was scheduled to come. They called and checked in with me often to make sure I was at ease while my car was in the shop. When getting my car back my ac was fixed, my inspection sticker was updated and my car was completely detailed!!! I couldn’t be more happy with accurate. I’ll definitely recommend friends and family!!

Never go here. Company I believe was charged for fraud. Repair of the car was mediocre at best and still haven’t given the cap back for the loading bed area even after a year. Lots of disingenuous moves contrary to how they present themselves. Never again and do not recommend anyone go here.

Having car troubles can be stressful and unwelcoming. I want to share a recent experience I had with this amazing team Accurate Collision. During my 18 years in Boston I had many car problems and I have never received a treatment and service so professional and helpful like I did on November 1st, this passed year 2016. On Halloween night, my car got vandalized. I woke up ready to head the gym before work and I found my car completely broken, windows smashed, scratches everywhere and more. First thing I did was call the police. After an hour of waiting I decided to call the police station and complain. They asked me to bring the car to the station. After being there for over three hours my patience disappeared and my anger started to flow. I contacted Accurate Collision center and after noticing my state of mind offered not only to come to the police station and help me with the situation but brought a loan car so I could take it to work right away. I did not have to go and rent a car, I did not have to worry about a thing. They help me in a way that made my day feel like I did not have any troubles or issues that day. The girls at the office are professional and they go above and beyond to take care of clients and that for me is rare to find. After they took the car in, they took the time to fix it and make sure everything was not only looking like new but also working properly. I am grateful and satisfied with the entire experience they have provided me with. I know if I ever have any problem again I will call them in an instant. From the second I walked through the door to the moment I got into my car and drove away after it was done, I received nothing but the best customer service. The entire time my car was in the shop for some body work I was getting done I was being updated by Jamie about the progress of the work. Accurate Collision is the place to go for body work and detailing of your car. I recently had a bumper replaced and the paint job matched perfectly (with a complete detail thrown in for free). When the brand new bumper got dinged in a parking lot a week later, they took my car back and patched/painted the bumper again at no charge! These guys are the best.

After going head on into a barrier on the mass pike, I was in need of some serious front end work. A friend of mine recommended Accurate Collision and said he trusted them with all of his vehicles. From the time I dropped my truck off for the initial appraisal at Accurate to the time I picked it up, the feeling was just comfortable. When I brought my car in it was pretty beat up and it came out looking brand new. These guys are the best. Not to mention when I got it back the interior was perfectly detailed and clean.

I arrived to that place and one guy came out and asked me what i need, i told him that i want to fix some small dents in my car, he asked to me how much money doy you have, i means what, you $3000 or $2000, i mean that’s not what you asked to a future costumer, i told him that i have $500 And he says no, it’s more easy buy new parts instead of fix it, believe me it’s not more than $500 dollars to fix it

I was skeptical at first but it was the best choice I made for my vehicle. Id recommend this place to went and everyone.

Update- Got a call from Adam to take the car back to fix the issue...Went three times and couldnt get anyone to help me. Worst shop in the Boston area.I would never go back there and really recommend you dont either. Heres the whole story- I looked at different shops and picked Accurate because Adam said well have the car looking better than new, well even take care of scratches and a broken mirror and well charge the insurance! So naturally I was ecstatic at the prospect of taking advantage of insurance claims. As soon as I left the car I shouldve known. The day I dropped it off I was caught in the middle of an appraiser trying to look at a car they had inside their work area and they absolutely refused him entrance, he left furious and saying its illegal to deny him access to the vehicle, they would hear from his lawyer. They not only took over TWO MONTHS to fix my car, when I got it back I had to leave it two more times to fix remaining issues from the crash. They charged the insurance company close to $8,000 when my car is only valued at $6,500....by that math they should have declared it a total loss (not that I wanted them to since I love my car). To top things off-the crash in quesion was to my back bumper and trunk lid, which for a hatchback like mine is a big lid. They told me they replaced the whole trunk lid which would make sense since parts are cheap BUT they didnt. They simply put heavy reinforcement material, straightened out the crash, and repainted. Now the trunk slams down with such force (because of the extra weight) it is impossible to put things in the trunk by myself. Ive tried going through the insurance agency so they know they were scammed and definitely overcharged but obviously things like this will go on unresolved. I would rather sell my car at this point than go back to their incompetent team and have them fix their stupid mistake- but then again it would probably take another two months and $8000 in insurance charges.

You are crazy if you take your vehicle anywhere else!!! Adam and Jamie anf their team ooze professionalism. I ran over a wheel on the highway thinking it was some minor damage. Turns out it was a total loss. I am in sales and cannot be off the road. They literally had a rental car ready to go in an hour and even delt with my difficult insurance company the whole process. All in all it was only a few days from the time I totaled my car to having a new one. They even swapped out my custom rims to the new car, not a service i was expecting. It sucks to get in any accident, these guys took all the stress out of what should have been a miserable process.

Robert assisted me with everything . I was overwhelmed when I first called within 2 hours my car was picked up I was in a rental and I was well taken care of ... I had no clue what to do and Robert assisted me threw it all . I can’t thank him enough .
