TLDR: Terrible experience, but at least I didnt pay.Its been a couple months since my experience at Genuine Auto Glass - wanted to make sure that I gave it some time before leaving a review.Came in the first time after having made an appointment and apparently it hadnt been saved in the system. Sounded like the appointment was made in another office and the employee (owner?) was frustrated - seemed to be an ongoing issue. Exchange wasnt pleasant, his frustrations were transferring to our conversation, but I decided to reschedule and give it another shot.Came back a second time to get chips filled in/repaired. I was told it would take an hour, so I told him Id go get my nails done next door (to pass the time, why not). Nails took a bit longer, so I rushed over after. Stood in the office for five minutes when he finally came in and told me he wasnt going to be done for awhile. I told him I had somewhere to be and that he had quoted an hour, where he retorted that I went to go get my nails done, so he was going to need more time. I wasnt quite sure how those two related.I let him know that I didnt have more time, and in so many words, he said too bad, while walking away back into the shop. Didnt have much of a choice but to wait at that point, so started making calls, in which the employee (owner?) promptly pushed my car out of the shop, made me sign a sheet outlining the work, and said because he couldnt finish the job thoroughly, he wasnt going to let me pay for it. The end.

Wow.. The most professional group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Im currently sitting in the parking lot leaving them this review because they absolutely deserve it. They not only take care of veterans they are truly amazing. Jeremy fixed a chip in my window and it was so quick. I called in super last minute and they were able to squeeze me in without an issue. I will definitely be coming back and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for the great service. It’s truly appreciated.

I had a great experience! They fit me in last minute and took care of the chip in my windshield in POURING rain. If I ever have to get any glass repaired again Ill drive back over the mountain to come here!

I had an appointment scheduled with Genuine earlier this week. I arrived at the appointed time. Walked in, tell the guy at the counter who I am and that I have a scheduled windshield glass chip repair appointment. Well, he cant find my appointment on their schedule. So, he says that they will fit me in and there will be no charge.Wow! I cant say enough good things about this Mike and the service he rendered. Professional, efficient and ethical, he showed me where my window had more damafe to it than was originally seen, and he advised me on how to talk to the insurance company so I wouldnt get screwed over.Hes also got a good sense of humor, and thats always appreciated!

Having my windshield repaired here was quick and easy! Not only was everyone friendly and answered all of my questions, but when I got in my car, it was completely vacuumed which made my day.

Called to get a quote on a new windshield for my Subaru. They had an excellent price and could come out the next day to my home. They were pleasant on the phone to work with. Just called to ask them to replace a leaking windshield seal/gasket. Seal is no good glass is still in perfect condition. They said they had to put in new glass. Why? I have no idea, the windshield is fine with no cracks. I think they just wanted to sell me a new windshield. I wouldnt trust this shop

I got 2 windshield rock chips from a truck and called my insurance (state farm) and my rep told me that since Im with state farm that Genuine has complementary chip fills. I called and they were able to get me in right away. The guy was extremely nice, they had lollipops for my daughter and were fast. You dont even notice the chips at all anymore. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with my shiny new windshield!It was a random freak accident where a baseball-sized rock nearly busted through my windshield while driving down the highway. I was pretty freaked out!I called a couple other places, one couldn’t get me in for at least a week and the other was crazy high priced (which freaked me out even more!). And then I called Genuine Auto Glass, the amazing woman who answered was so sweet & kind, and totally put me at ease. They got me in to the shop on my schedule, and I didn’t have to miss any work! Yay! The price was extremely competitive, and it feels really good to support a local business, not one of those national corporate chains. The guy at the shop completely took care of my car, was super professional and friendly. They even vacuumed my floors and cleaned my car, windows and mirrors! It was like I was driving out a brand new car! I certainly did not expect that! As if all of that isn’t rad enough, I have free rock chips for life and lifetime warranty!I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE!! Go see Genuine Auto Glass, for real.

Got a rock chip on my windshield on my way down I-5, before it got worse I stopped at my nearest Auto Glass shop. This was it. What may have been the manager/owner at the front desk, he helped me with plenty info I needed about glass and repaired my rock chip before it cracked. The rock chip was the size of a half dollar star and by the end of the service you could barely see the chip (completely gone in the rain that day). Great skill, speed, and workmanship. Thanks for the quick good service

I called on a Friday and was told I could come in any time. I guess I misunderstood, and thought it meant that I could come in any time on any other day instead of that particular Friday. I came on the following Monday without an appointment. The gentleman at the front desk would have had every right to request I make an appointment and explain he could not help me at that time but instead, said hed take care of my rock chip that day. He did not do this in a way that was making me feel like I should be grateful to receive this consideration but moreso that he was simply doing his job, and that a normal part of his job was providing excellent service. I appreciated it very much--thank you!

This is the 2nd car glass replacement in 6 months for me. The customer service is awesome. For the second one, I was on a short timeline of getting it done and they were there for me. They went to the dealership while it was in the shop. I will defiantly use them again.

I had Justin from Genuine Auto Glass in Everett come and do a remote check on a chip in my windshield. He checked the chip and pointed out that it had already been filled by the previous owner. He inspected it and educated me on what to look out for and where to go if matters got worse. After the inspection, he offered to vacuum out my car for me for free - such a nice gesture that all Genuine Auto Glass associates offer to clients.The best part of all was how kind he was. If all of Genuine Auto Glass associates are as helpful and pleasant as he was, they will never go out of business!Thanks so much, Genuine Auto Glass! I had an appt to get my windshield replaced but when they picked up the glass, it had a scratch that couldn’t be buffed out. No big deal, they ordered a new one and we rescheduled for a week later. Justin is the man to have change your windshield! He let me hang out while he worked and told me what he was doing and why. He’s a very personable guy who knows a lot about glass! I will definitely recommend Genuine Auto Glass to everyone :)

So picture this:I bought a new car on the 22nd. I get insurance on the 23rd. Not even 30 minutes after I put insurance on my car do I end up getting a rock chip. A really noticeable one. :/ awesome right?So I give Genuine Auto Glass a call because I knew they did great work from when they replaced my windshield on my Acura a few years ago.They offered to fix it for free and they did an amazing job. I can now relax and drive my car knowing that chip wont turn into a huge cracked out nightmare. They even vacuumed my floor mats and left a new can of glass cleaner as a new car gift!! So thoughtful!!Thank you so much! I will absolutely be a returning customer.

I had them replace my truck windshield and I couldnt be happier with my experience. They did a careful walkaround documenting all damage, used great caution and preventative measures to prevent damage, and did a final walkaround inspection with me upon completion. The price was excellent, job was completed in an hour and they were very friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

Yesterday, I had an appt scheduled by Genuine Auto Glass and Roy Robinson to have my windshield replaced and the eyesight recalibrated. Genuine Auto Glass told me to be at the dealership between 8 and 8:30 to have my windshield replaced and then Roy Robinson would do the recalibration. I was told it would take about three hours for both repairs. I arrived at 8:10 and was greeted by Vic (who by the way is one of the nicest guys Ive ever met). He had me all checked in and sent me inside to talk to my service guy, Johan. Paperwork done and off to get my loaner. I ran a quick errand up to the Marysville Ford dealership and then, I was back at Roy Robinson within 45 minutes. With no additional errands to run, I turned in the loaner so someone else could use it, because it was only going to be another two hours or so before my car would be done. At almost 1pm, I asked how much longer Id have to wait. The problem was.....your efn windshield people Genuine Auto Glass didnt show up at 8:30 like promised, they showed up at 1pm. And that was after I called to find out where the hell their tech was. Windshield was replaced by 2:00 and then RR had to recalibrate the eyesight feature. That takes about two hours. So, Id been sitting at the dealership since 9am (arrived at 8ish, ran an errand and returned the loaner car, because it was suppose to be done by 11:30). And when I called and told the glass people that Ive been waiting for hours, they said....we got you a loaner so you could go home. And I reminded them that I live on Whidbey Island, to go back and forth on the ferry with gas, I would have spent $50.00. So, instead I sat and waited and waited and waited! I finally got my car back around 4pm. I am really disappointed with the time it took for the replacement of my windshield and recalibration to be done. Genuine Auto Glass should let the customer know that they dont need to get to the dealership until noon, since their guys NEVER show up before 1pm according to Jonah. And I wish someone at RR had told me that the windshield wasnt going to be repaired until the afternoon. I could have napped in the loaner instead of returning it. The couches in the waiting room are broken down and uncomfortable for me, as Im disabled and sitting on broken furniture and unable to find a comfortable place to sit made the wait even worse.
