I had a dented fender and when I picked up my car it looked brand new! Definitely recommend this auto body shop! If you’re curious on the time frame it took exactly 6 days to finish because they ended up needing to order a part but it was still done in a timely manor. They also are very good about cleanliness they don’t let anyone go inside and they all wear masks to keep everyone safe.

So the dealership I am a manager have been using this shop now for about 18 months and every time we bring them a vehicle to repair it is handled with a smile from all of the staff we deal with here at ARA Carstar of Everett. Also the quality of work is always perfect. We have never had to send a vehicle for anything at all. This is difficult because I am very irritated. But let’s not get the irritation involved and stay with the facts. The repair was done good, rear bumper cover replace and rear light replace. Now the repair was scheduled for 3-4 days max and it took 10 days. The front of the house is really rude, as you can also read in other reviews.! Zero communication so that I actually called multiple times and as I was done with not get called back I told the lady that I will come by and check on the status of the repair and why it takes so long, then they decide to call me back. Who can manage to almost have two weeks no car? Also there was a reflector missing which I’ve been told is on back order. Funny thing so is 20 feet next to the repair shop was the original deal of my care and I.got the reflector replace in no time and it was right away available Therefore:Whoud I recommend this place:No-because of to long of a turnaroundCostumer Service:Rude and no communication at the Frond of the houseRepair and Mechanic’s:Good and at least the mechanics seemed to know what costumer service means!After all a big disappointment in customer service and care- and only one star because the repair and mechanic was good

Excellent repair work on my vehicle.

After my accident I called my insurance company and they suggested this place. They set everything up with my car rental company to have the rental there when I dropped it off. Due to covid you must all to check in, they came out quickly, assessed the damage. The estimated a week. Shortly after dropping off I got a text message saying this is how Ill get updates, I love this feature. Everyone there was very nice. My truck was done when they said it would be and youd never know it was damaged. I would definitely use again.

I have been a repeat customer to this shop over the last 5 years. Great communication with you about the process from start to finish. Any questions or concerns you have-they explain well. Just remember to have patience with your process to fix your car depending on what is being done. Parts may have to be ordered, repaint to match your car color, etc. This team takes great pride in what they do...and it shows when you pick up your vehicle!

This place is GARBAGE. Dont ever go here, especially if its Geico who referred you, they work in favor of your insurance, not you. I took my car here a while back and they are the worst. You can tell a lot about a company when they try to argue with every customer and discredit every bad review they leave. What a joke. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. And this is my car in your parking lot... So obviously you didnt do very good research. Stop trying 5o discredit your REAL UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Took my car to this place 2 years ago after I got rear ended. The paint had runs on it. They replaced the exhaust and its now falling offbecause the weld was half a$$ Just unbelievably horrible quality work.

My representative kept me well informed on repair status, and in the end the car was finished two days sooner than expected. Geico Express is definitely a plus! They were able to get me in much sooner than an inspector couldve come out.

I some insurance work done here and the only good thing about it was the lady that worked in the front office Missy. The work that I received was inadequate at best the $3,000 bill and they couldnt even fill the chips in they just painted over and I can still see the chips underneath the layer of paint the scratches are still visible. The things that we agreed upon were not repaired properly. You can tell especially when it rains that there are issues the rain doesnt bead up where they where they did their repairs the blending isnt adequate Im in the process now is trying to get my insurance company to take this either back in to another shop or Ill be forced to pay for more repairs to fix the repairs myself I dont know if it was the luck of the draw or the people who worked on my car or if all of their work is this way but I would be cautious

After the great job ARA Carstar did with my wife’s car, I took my car here for some dings that have accumulated on my car. Once again they didn’t let me down. They did a fantastic job in a short amount of time.

Horrible customer service!!!! 0 of 5😡I had an appointment at 10:00, I got 10min late because I couldn’t find the address. GPS (goggle maps) says that it’s by Northern Way SW which is wrong because when you get to the Evergreen Way you can’t find that address it’s a different street. I got there and there was not a parking spot to park my car. Went inside and the front desk lady said that I was late and I had to reschedule 😡.I drove one hour on my wrecked car to get there and just heard that. They should be more flexible, even my doctor is more flexible with time. I called my insurance and scheduled another appointment but in a different place of course.

Have had my truck in after it was stolen and my wifes car in 3 times....dont ask. Excellent service, but dont count on your vehicle being ready when promised.

Took my vehicle here for repairs. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was damage caused by ARA Carstar. I left my vehicle there AGAIN, so they would fix the damage and the paint job was AWFUL. I ended up taking it to an entirely different shop to be repaired and painted AGAIN, at my own dime. Do NOT give them your business.In response to owners response...yes I am a valid customer. What can I say? I was on a roll one day with reviews. I DID live in Florida and all my reviews are my own. I am not looking for a resolution. My review is here to stay!

Was in a fender bender and I was unsure what to do. They took care of everything and even had a rental delivered to the body shop when i dropped it off. They take care of all the insurance details and keep you up to date. Made a stressful time easy to deal with.

Repairs to my truck went very well, minus a few details that they tried to fix when I picked it up, so kudos. I do not have a complaint with the bodyshop and am bringing my daughters car there next week. However, I do have a complaint with their association with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Geico for procuring rental vehicles while having the repair made.A short time ago, I submitted a review for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and explained the situation. Their representatives claim their refusal to work with me at the behest of ARA Carstar, yet the Enterprise Rent-A-Car rep that does a lot of work at the ARA Carstar help to set up the rental and assured me that it would be on site for pickup. After the fact, while working through the reservation process and confirming no less than 3 times that this was a workable solution, when calling back with the requested information, I was denied and will not be able to pickup the car at ARA Carstar and have to get a ride to the rental facility.Im very unhappy about this, more so about being lied to by several people during the interaction, knowingly or not. But who is to blame? Is it the ARA Carstar that is causing my problems, or is it Enterprise Rent-A-Car, or could it be Geico? All I know is, Geico has been very helpful, ARA Carstar did a decent job on my last vehicle and Enterprise Rent-A-Car provided me information that misled me and then blamed it on the other two.One star deleted from my review based on affiliation and lack of workability...who knows, Enterprise Rent-A-Car may be telling me the truth. ARA Carstar did not answer when I tried to contact them for help.

I liked that the work was well done Ana in a timely manner. The only thing that I did not like, was that the change that I had in my car was stolen! I was told by Jill that she would be in touch with me about it, as of today, I have not heard from her.

I went to carstar because between the two places my insurance guaranteed to pay it had better reviews but the bad ones seemed to be with geico customers so being in had a different insurance company I went there to get a quote. I was told by my insurance that I didnt have to go to them but to get an estimate from one shop and go from there. I went to carstar and they quoted me 3100. I stopped by and the manager told me that they would get parts from the vw dealership next door and they would be able to match the paint because the top part of my hatch would be reusableq. After driving home I get a notice that my insurance is putting money directly into my account for less then the quote. So not only did I not get to decide the shop but they bought parts from all over and lowered the quote. Anyways then I was told it would take 5 days to repair...over a month later I get called in to find my car with four more dings, the paint didnt match at all, the manager tried to tell me that part was first painted flat black which is totally not true. I then saw huge scratch on both sides of my car. They did end up buffing out the scratches and painted my OEM parts from stock to the new metallic black they decide to paint my car. So with worksmanship aside lets talk about communication. I was told after the first 3k quote they would call if there were any more charges. Its now 10k and I NEVER was called once, you may get some texts (if you can read them however NONE of the had anything to do with new charges) on Tuesday and Thursday but that is not what they tell you they will do when you first drop your car off. I really dont like to wright reviews but this place needs to learn that this is NOT how you treat people. Be upfront and it will go a long way.

These guys were great. Took my car in through Geico insurance to be fixed after an accident. I was treated as really well and everything was handled in one place and in no time at all. I drove up and a Carstar representative was there along with the Geico adjuster. After the inspection the agent from Enterprise had me on my way in no time. The work done was excellent, done on time and and looks great.

My neighbor barely grazed my door protective strip with black paint transfer on it, with some minor abraisive damage to the strip, and one black streak on the raised crease of the door panel below. I went to CARSTAR for an estimate convinced it would not simply buff off but was wrong, the manager; Ken Noche, polished the strip and door panel and it cleaned off with no residual damage other than a few chipped spots on the rub strip. He gave me a ball park estimate of $200 to pull the trim panel and then remove, paint and re-install the strip, sensing I would likely not opt to do that and advised I could opt to do a touch paint repair myself with the small vial that Piganatoro VW has for about $15. They had recommended CARSTAR and I already knew they have a great reputation, I was previously a professional claim adjuster and knew this. I offered to pay Ken for his labor and polishing material and he declined. I had also sought to get the front bumper spoiler fastner replaced on the right corner as it had pulled loose backing off a parking curb on the far right corner. Ken went inside and found the Christmas Tree he called it plastic ribbed fastner that had broken. He installed it and gave me a spare, and again declined payment. I expressed my gratitude again and if I need any autobody repair in the future he has my business. I highly recommend their shop and was impressed by the clean waiting room and courteous greeting from their receptionist. I commend and highly recommend their shop. I also appreciated that there were no noxious fumes in the waiting room and no dust.

Wouldnt go anywhere else now, except the other Carstars when they are busy. The one in Bothell was the best, quick quick quick and friendly, they bent over backwards trying to get my car back to me as soon as possible.

They will take care of you and will not lead you wrong.
