I have been a marriage therapist for over twenty years. When it comes to the romanization of love, I’m a curmudgeon. I simply think it’s overrated. I have often ranted about the monetization of love and how corruptive it can be. I just as strongly believe in ritual. Ritual symbolizes transformation. A graduation, a wedding, a funeral. Transformation. We rightly attach symbols to these rituals to ensure the permanence of these transformations. I recently bought an engagement ring for a woman I truly love. I started the process by bemoaning and resenting the obligation of having to buy proof of my love in the form of a ring. Then I met Tracy Zeller and her team. And they invited me into the ritual of transformation. She asked me about the woman whose love had transformed me. And through that ritual provided the perfect symbol of transformation in the form of a ring. I suppose you can find an adequate ring lots of places. But if you want to be transformed through the power of ritual, might I suggest Tracy Zeller.

I had an amazing experience working with Tracy. I brought my ring in to be sized or remade. She worked with me to accomplish what I needed, giving me all my options. She even surprised me and had it done early... just in time for my vacation! I will definitely go back for all my jewelry needs.

First off, working with Tracy was the easiest and best thing I did. Now let me give you some background on my ring shopping process.Being a guy, I didn’t really know where to begin when looking for an engagement ring. I had a couple ideas given to me from my now fiancé, but she didn’t have any particular ring in mind. All I knew is that she didn’t want an off the shelf ring, and wanted something very unique and almost “Victorian” old school style. I went to every single jeweler in Evansville. I explained that I didn’t want a stock ring and that I needed help picking out diamonds and designing a custom ring. I don’t know if others didn’t want to work with me because it was going to take too much of their time designing one, but Tracy is literally the only person who got back with me and stayed in contact with me to get the ball rolling. I had one local owned store text me and asked if I would still like to see their renderings of a ring a month after I stopped in and I still have yet to see them, there was no more follow up with anyone.Now on to working with Tracy. As I mentioned, Tracy stayed in constant contact with me throughout this whole process. First we started with the diamond design, she educated me on what to look for and how they are graded and what that meant. She helped me figure out sizing and gave her personal opinions and experience as to why something might look better or worse. Once we decided on the diamonds, we began working on designing the actual band. Again, being a custom design I spent a lot of time with Tracy changing things here and there, and got to view computer renderings along the way. Tracy constantly updated me as to where we were along the process and always made sure to set up time for face to face meetings during the process.Even after we completed the design and saw computer animated renderings, I was still very nervous as to how it would turn out in real life. To say I was blown away is an understatement. The detail in the band is stunning and the diamonds are just amazing. My fiancé is absolutely in love with the ring and hasn’t stopped looking at it and talking about it since I proposed. She has told me how much she loves the ring at least 100 times and how it is more perfect than anything she could have imagined.Customer service goes a long way with me, and I can say with 100% certainty that anytime I need anything in the future I will be working with Tracy and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for any type of Jewelry.
