Could not give higher praise! My now husband and I worked with Robin from engagement through after-wedding ring care. We had a lovely shopping experience where our wishlist was carefully noted and our ring sizes taken professionally. My husband was able to work with the Diamond Galleria to purchase my engagement ring from two states away to keep it a surprise from me. Robin was amazing to work with when it came to ordering our wedding bands and making sure they arrived on time before our big day. They also provide free ring care services which allowed me to get my ring polished right before the wedding day and then my engagement ring and wedding band to be soldered after the wedding. We will for sure be using the Diamond Galleria for all our fine jewelry needs in the future.

Nice selection and I think decent prices, but they push their warranties heavily and at a very high percentage of the purchase price. This took away value and made me decided to look more at other places.

I had a pendant from my late grandmother that had two diamonds in it but I never wore it so I had wanted to get them set in a right hand ring. The staff was amazingly helpful and so supportive of getting the setting right and willing to work with my budget. I was blown away at the quality of ring I could achieve with the budget I had set and this is a special ring that I hope will be a family heirloom!So thankful and will be coming here for any future special pieces!

Event was hosted at my work. Sales folks were eager to help, but they were not pushy at all. They were very courteous. Even watched one work with a customer and face timed the store to better answer their question and show them the piece the customer wanted from the store! I dropped by The Diamond Galleria today and left in such a better mood! The store is so bright and inviting, and they have tons of different brands and styles to choose from. The workers were very kind and attentive, and able to show me everything I wanted without being pushy. Just a minute or two after I arrived, I was offered chocolate and drinks to have while looking around. I felt so pampered! Though I didnt make any purchases today, the workers easily set up a wish list for me so that I can easily find the pieces I was looking at at a later date. It was lovely and uplifting, and I would recommend shopping here for a positive jewelry experience!

I went into the engagement ring hunting process with little knowledge of diamonds or ring styles. If I wouldve purchased from one of the less-than-personable giant jeweler retailers, I wouldve been taking a chance on the quality of the ring. They gave me a great deal! I was very pleased with how my diamond shined after Diamond Galleria repaired my find ring. The diamond fell out and went down the drain. I quickly became a plumber and retrieved the diamond. Matt had an idea of what he wanted, and they nailed it! We went there with only three weeks until our big day, and they delivered our ring, with a custom engraving, within 5 days of us ordering. I was so shocked! I cant being to say how sweet both Hanna and Thomas were.
