If youre looking to get work to your ring done, this place is the place to go.. recently had my 29yr/old ring re-tipped and it looks newer than what it looked like in 1991. Diamonds were still dancing, and the gold was shining more than when I had took it in. Prongs looked beautifully done, and the attention to detail was presented. Will certainly be back in the future. Bought a wedding band through this store. They ordered the wrong size so I had to return it. Upon returning it they ordered the right size however the ring was no longer in sale so they charged me full price and stated when I return to pick up the ring they would refund me the $50 in order to still provide me with the sale price. Seemed pretty easy until today when I went to pick up the right they said it was impossible to do unless they refunded the full amount of the ring and I repurchased it yet again for another time. The lady I was working with is the manager on shift for the day and her name is Scarlett. Only after telling her I was going to cancel all pending sales with the store did she want to attempt to make things right and try to getvme the $50.Apparently to these people it is only the money they are brining in that matters and they have no concern for customer service. This just speaks volumes about then not caring about their customers. I do not suggest dealing with this store or its people. If you do, enter the store and deal with them at your own risk.

Bought a ring there and had it inspected every 6 months. Early in the year a diamond came out and they said they will not work on it over Covid 19. So I signed up and havent heard from them. Seems awful funny they can sell a new ring but wont repair one that is suppose to be under warranty. Huh have to handle them both!

The store Itself is very nice. The problem comes with their financing. I had 12 months no interest and made all the payment. On the 12 month there was 100 left to pay when i logged on to pay it it had grown to 500 bucks. They had tacked on all kinds of interest. I guess i had somehow went just past the twelve months. They will not take it off. Now im paying 500 in stead of 100. By the way it started at 2400. Very bad business policy. Never again

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was with Jareds!! Mark and Tamra are amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient while my fiancée and I picked out and created my engagement ring and wedding band. Their in house lab worked diligently on my ring, even offering to bypass their lunch break to get it to me faster. The workers are all very personable and friendly. We began our journey just looking and pricing but quickly realized we had no reason to shop elsewhere. The place is also worth mentioning- it features a playroom and tv room which was perfect for my 14 & 9 yr old so they wouldnt be bored while we shopped. And did I mention the BEAUTIFUL ring I left with?!? Wow. Thats all I can say. No reason to shop anywhere else. I am ecstatic that he went to Jareds!

Walked in there were two sales associates there helping two customers. No one acknowledged me. Walked over to the egangment ring counter still nothing. Walked around for about 5 minutes and walked out with out a single greeting. Sorry to inconviene your employees. Will never be back if this is how your business is going to treat people. I get that your assisting a customer but at least say hello or something. I took my business else where and was treated with royal service compared to here.

They have literally screwed up every thing we have needed. Engagement ring was incorrect, wedding band (hers) was incorrect, they couldnt help find band I wanted, I paid for engraving package but at later date they insist we didnt and we paid for a second time. I regret purchasing from them, because now I am stuck with them unless we want to void the care warranty on my wifes ring.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had!! My boyfriend purchased 2 beautiful rings for me on Christmas, one engagement band to be worn with a stackable and the other a crisscrossing stackable. Both were bought with a lifetime service plan. We had to come in at least 3 separate times for the crisscrossing ring because the stones kept falling out. My boyfriend then purchased the 3rd ring to complete my set in July for my birthday (another stackable same as) I had them back in in just 2 short months over the stones falling out. My boyfriend and I were told by a Jarods employee that the cause was likely that it had been sized to a 9 which thinned it out and caused them to fall out, he also told us that the stackable may not be a good choice as they had been having this issue and that it be best to just order all three rings made to size and that I could just wear my rings until the new ones arrived in November. Sitting on the sofa watching a show with my son when I Went to run my fingers through my hair my ring had snagged it and a piece if the stackable had broken off!!!!! When we got to the store we were assured everything was covered and fine and we were clear to pick up our new made to size rings but after speaking to the salesman and him telling us this issue will more than likely only continue with these rings we decided to just pick something else out as he had suggested but he just needed to clear it with his bosses... few days later we get a phone call from the Jarods employee stating that we were to come pick up our current (broken) jewelry and they were Just going to refund our service plan because it was caused by excessive wear and tear and they were not going to fix the jewelry either. I would like to add that I am a stay at home mom so there is absolutely no reason for my rings to fall apart as they have, I am still battling this situation but for now this is the worst experience Ive ever had!!!!!
