Replacement service was great. Very timely. The Screen itself is a huge disappointment. It is obviously lower quality both color wise and response wise. I lock myself out of my phone all the time because the screen responds the all types of touch now. Small bonus, I dont need special gloves anymore.

Shoddy materials and shoddy work. Its no wonder they wont warranty their work. And dont believe them when they tell you they do warranty their work. They will claim its because of viruses and pop-up ads from the apps you have on your phone. Dont believe it.The screen on my wifes Galaxy S7 went out in October. It was over 2 years old so somewhat understandable. Took the phone to Phonetodd and had a new screen put on it. That screen went out in March (5 months). They said it was under warranty and they would fix it, so no problem. When they gave me the phone back they said they should charge me for it because it really wasnt under warranty and that the screen went bad due to burn in and pop-up ads (Total BS). But since they told me it would be under warranty they wouldnt charge me for it. I would have argued if they had tried to charge me but since they didnt, I didnt say anything.Well a couple of days ago (May, 2 months later) the screen died again. This time they started out telling me all the excuses ahead of time. That its pop-up ads causing it and that since they should have charged me the last time they wouldnt warranty it. I left with my phone and told the lady in the store waiting behind me that I wouldnt leave my phone with them if I was her.Thats 2 screens in 8 months that went bad. Either they are using really cheap materials or they dont know what they are doing when replacing them. My guess is that its both. I will never take anything to this place again.

Excellent service at the new downtown location!! Could not have been happier. Dropped off a dead iPhone 6. The phone had major issues with the operating software. It was stuck on the apple screen. I had tried everything apple recommended and nothing. They were able to download and install new operating software into the phone without losing any of the data or pictures.Job well done and the new location will be highly recommended!

I only have experience with the Green River Road location. But I cant imagine any of the others are any better. I took my kids iPad to them to repair a cracked screen. They did the work, and I took it home. Within a few days, the screen was cracked again. My kid is very careful with his things, especially his electronics. I took it back, and they made a second repair for a slightly discounted price. I wasnt too crazy about paying because I felt this was on them. But I did, and took it home a second time. Then, by the next weekend, it was cracked again. My kid had laid it in the back seat when we went into a store. When we got back in the car, the screen was broken. I knew for a fact that he didnt do anything to it. They didnt want to do anything about it but replace it again at the cost of about $75. When I told them there is no way this should keep happening, they were really crappy about it and told me my kid was breaking it. So I left and took it to a place just down the street called Phone Smart Repair. The guy took the outer casing off and immediately saw that Phone Todd had left out the thin piece of material that rested between the glass and the metal, acting as a shock absorber. The glass was breaking because it was hitting the metal frame directly. This place has no clue what they are doing and wouldnt take anything else there. I say stay far away.

I run a small business in the local area doing home inspections. PhoneTodd and his staff were very helpful and timely in returning my tablet and phone to me as needed. I can not be without them for longer periods of time so Im often deciding between repair or replacement. They shot straight with me and didnt try to oversell me on repairs when I should just replace. Thanks to them Im still using my tab S that is going on 3 years old now.

My wife dropped her iPhone 8 from the Anakeesta chair-lift in Gatlinburg, TN. Crunch!!! The helpful Anakeesta staff found the phone and we thought the damage was fatal. Phone Todd said not so fast!She took her iPhone in and was helped immediately, given a no nonsense evaluation and presented with a specific series of options, prices and time to repair. One hour and $150 later my wifes phone was up and running. I am grateful I am able to stay in contact with her.Thank you Phone Todd! (Wife adds, Highly recommend!)

This place has went downhill since Todd hired a bunch of terrible customer oriented help. I used Todd back when he came to your house. He did a terrific job. Now is a whole different story. The people are just plain rude. I really cant believe Todd puts up with it. I Wouldnt consider ever going back and I am spreading the word as fast as possible. My son had the same problem as one of the other reviews on here. Screen was replaced... One day later defective. Took back to resolve, was told Coke was spilled on the phone and not fixable. A completely false claim!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! There are to many other legit places to go in town. I am so sad to see this place get like this. Time to step in and clean house, Todd. These guys are ruining your business!!

Phone todd is an awesome place to get your broken devices fixed, I was very satisfied with the service. The new owner was there and had a very pleasant conversation with him. Ive had my phone screen replace twice, charging port fixed, and an internal IPad screen crack fixed by them all in a decent amount of time over the past few years. Everything functions properly and the employees were kind and cooperative.

Did not put all the screws back in after screen replacement. I ordered a complete screen off amazon and did it my self. Screen quality is much better on my amazon screen vs what they use... Replace it yourself

Phone was taken in for a touch screen that wasnt working. They claimed to have fixed it. When it was returned, the battery was dead so it wasnt able to be checked there. After charging it at home, a line was now through the screen. I called and left a message two times as they never answered. The calls were never returned. I finally got through today. They said to bring it in to have it looked out. I just received a call stating there had been water damage since I picked it up supposedly. What?!?! They refuse to correct the problem or offer a refund. A huge waste of $90!

This is the most helpful experience I have had in a customer service setting in a long time! I have been having issues with my laptop charging for years and thought my port completely crapped out. Turns out I was wrong. It was a much simpler fix of the charger being broken (which I had recently replaced so I didnt think it would be that). Not only did they give me honest answers to what was wrong with it, but they went out of their way to search online at local stores to help me find the cheapest and exact charger I needed! I will ALWAYS take my business back to them after this. (This was the Evansville west side store-havent been to any others)

In the past I used iPhone Todd and had great service at this location but it is my understanding that with the rename there is also a new owner and my last visit will defiantly be my last.I needed a case for a S6. I asked the guy seated behind the counter where they had S6 cases. He did not know. When I found them myself I asked how much they were. He threw out several prices from $40 to $20 with out getting out of his chair to see which cases we were talking about. The cases were cheap ones not even knock off Otter boxes. We went to Walmart across the street and bought a comparable one for $5.The absolute indifference and lack of knowledge about something so simple is unexceptionable.

My experience was with Greenriver road. I was told my phones motherboard was fryed, and it would be cheaper just to get a new phone, so I came in to collect the phone and found our why it really would be cheaper to get a new one. They had broke my screen and put some cheap screen protector on it. When I told them I didnt come in with it like this, they told me that it was very common for the screens to break when taking apart a Galaxy. So I asked for it to be fixed and they told me they could fix it for me, then when I said for free right? I was told i would have to pay for it. So I just bit my lip and said have a nice day. Most of my family go here for their devices, including my friends but Im sure after I tell them about this they wont be back. For this being such a well rated place I would have thought a simple mistake would have been fixed, especially when the worker acknowledged the fact he did it.

Took advantage of my young son today and wouldnt give refund 3 minutes after purchase when I point out that its not what he needed. The owner wouldnt even come out from the back to speak with me. He just hid in the back telling the lady up front to tell me no.

Justin took care of my sons MacBook for me because my son is overseas in the Navy. The hard drive went out on it and I had ordered one from amazon, Justin not only put the hard drive in for me he backed up all of my sons file for him so that he would not lose unreplaceable pictures. Since my son is in the Military Justin did this for him free of charge. He also gives military discounts and if military sends their electronics to him from overseas to be fixed he will ship them back to them free of charge. This place as also fixed our I phone screens and just fixed my computer at a very reasonable price, everyone in this place has always been very kind and helpful to me. Anyone that says anything bad about them are fools.

This is a business that knows how to treat customers right. Sadly thats rarely found any longer. Good to know theres some left in the world.

Let me just say ive had the worst couple days. I shattered my phone and thought I was screwed. I went to the west side location. Not only did they not over charge me, they were quick, sooooo nice, friendly, even funny. It feels good to know I have a place that wont screw me over if I break my phone again. My step-daughters iphone (only a year old with no insurance) had the earpiece speaker stop working. In about 40 minutes (while we grabbed a sandwich) they repaired it for only $70. Works like new! Jawan (westside store) was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

PhoneTodd is a blemish on the local business community. This seems harsh, but this business is still ranked 1 on worst customer service experiences of all time. They do not stand by their repairs and absolutely tear through their work, sometimes damaging other parts of the electronic at hand. Its crazy, but the majority of others I share my experience with say the same things about their PhoneTodd experience! The majority. Actual repair technicians do not work here. The staff maintain a low appearance standard and do not conduct themselves professionally. It is a shame that the manner in which this business will slowly fail is through the loss of thousands of consumer dollars, and dozens of bad experiences.

These guys are amazing. Work hard, professional, and well priced.

I went in to have a charge port on my iphone 6s replaced. They told me to come back in an hour and it would be done and only cost $70. When I came back an hour later, they told me it wasnt my charge port, it was something on the motherboard and would cost $150 to fix and i would be without my phone for four days waiting on repair. They told me when they replaced the charge port it still wasnt turning on due to the motherboard. I instead send my phone back to Apple to find out if it would be covered by my warranty. Apple troubleshot the phone a labeled bad charge port as problem but they wanted an arm and a leg to replace the charge port. I ended up getting my phone repaired at Phone Smart Repair for only $60 and had it back in 30 minutes. They are some lying theives at Iphone Todd! Buyer beware!!!!

Employees are rude, ETA of item being done was 4-5 days. Its day 8 and I still havent talked to them expect for the times I have called them and they were pretty rude with me. Not suggested. Next time Ill just do the work myself and break it myself, saving 80 dollars

Do not go to this place for ANY ELECTRONICS, Ive used this place for my iPhone, they couldnt fix it and never gave it back. Thought Id give them a second chance with my PS3, after having to call to check in on it because it took over a month as a result it did not work at all in the end. Whenever I got the PS3 back they did not give me my cords back and also gave me the wrong game. WASTE OF TIME

Poor customer service, very poor. I wont go back. The employees were disrespectful rude and arrogant.They changed out a broken screen on my s7 and put on a glass screen protector that doesnt even get near the edge of the phone case I bought from there. Pathetic!
