Walked into east Evansville store to be hit in the face by four plug in air fresheners. Instant migraine. Anyone with odor sensitivity should avoid the East Evansville store. Drove across town to the First Avenue location and received five star service from Tanner and his crew. First Ave will be my go-to location when I need in-store service.

I had a question about my $10.00 upgrade 5/6/21..she explained that I had a $5.00 credit.. Amazing...

Both staff members were very helpful and went out of their way to help me resolve my problem. I appreciated the kindness shown in their service.

I know that there was a snowstorm the night before but most of the roads had been cleared before 10am and they were supposed to be open at 10am and I wasnt the only customer that showed up after 12pm wandering why they were closed when all the other stores around the area were open

1 star simply because I cant give any lower of a rateing phone rang forever then once answered asked if I could hold which was fine then I sat on hold for almost 30 minutes and they hung up its happend twice today worst customer service Ive ever had.

Betty was awesome! She had Christen go pick up a phone from another store on her day off to get us our new phone today. They are both super awesome!And made sure the phone would work for my needs before I left.

We came in at the last minute to get a new phone cause we lost ours and Betty helped us out and got us out quick. She was not frustrated at all that we came in at the last minute. Betty was super friendly and went above and beyond.

Best prepaid service on the market by far! The reps were friendly and knowledgeable. Made a mistake going with att 2 months ago after 5 years with cricket to save money and it was the biggest mistake. Check this place out!

I read all the reviews and im just wondering if these gentelmen are even going into the same store. Betty and Demetria are the most sweetest and humble woman that i have ever encountered at this location. The store never smells of nothing strange unless you have never smelled clean. They do however sit between a hair salon and a pool supply place.. I love this location and drive over 30 miles to go to this particular one because of them. Great woman and a very well maintained store.

Betty was extremely helpful to answer our questions. She treated our $10 purchase as if we had spent a lot of money. Definitely would recommend this location!

Very disappointed with the way I was treated at this location, I felt as if I was a burden because I came in last minute & it doesn’t help that the staff looked very unclean and the store had a strange odor too it. I will not be coming back to this location, hopefully the new store opened is better, because this one has been a mess for far too long. I guess we really are the meth capital.

I live close to the one on first but would drive to the East side one but now that betty doesnt work there any more guess im going back to the first ave one she was so nice and sweet

As soon as my friend and I walked in, we were made to feel like we were a burden to the sales guy. And when we asked questions and told him our phone plan needs, it was all about him not getting a commission if we didnt buy a phone. We didnt change phone plan service because of the sales associates attitude. He represents Cricket, and it was a huge turn off.
