I had an awesome experience today !I walked in and immediately was approached with help. The young lady was so friendly, helpful and nice. She got everything set up forme, not being very tech savvy myself. It was a quick and pleasant experience !Her name was Jordan.
Marti is the best ever! She assisted me on my last phone to change everything over. It took a while because of a glitch but it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. She put my screen protector on my new phone without me even asking. She also assisted me in an amazing charger for my Cakery so I can just lay my phone on it and not have to plug it in all the time. It’s much easier to grab the phone and answer it this way. I’ll hopefully be in for another charger soon and a new screen protector before vacation. I’ll definitely ask for Marti again. She’s always so happy and smiles. That makes you want to come back.
I’m really disappointed that the painless switch from T-Mobile didn’t include the requisite information I absolutely had to have to access any part of my account. I have since (over just two days) spent hours on hold, been hung up on, been platituded, transferred back the queue, had the door locked in my face after four hours of driving, and just a general demonstration that I made a horrific mistake. The devil you know is always better than the devil you don’t know.This is awful.All they had to do was spend a few minutes covering access, verifying I could log in, and I would have had a MUCH different experience. Right now my plan is to simply and completely cancel all service around 10am (or whenever they feel like rolling in) at whatever store I’m closest to.Update March 25, 2021:Hello: Thank you for replying at all. Generic responses aren’t ideal but better than nothing. Switched to a business account with the help of the Fort Wayne, Coliseum store. Still waiting on processing but that’s no fault of the staff. Would have enjoyed the HBO perk for the consumer promo, but more data at the same price is preferable for me.Thanks again for replying, +1 star.
The people who helped us find a monthly payment were super helpful in finding us a deal that was reasonable and also gave us some perks. Because of that I now have my own personal hotspot which will help for my other device.
Im a truck driver and I wanted to buy a new ZFold 3 😁 they had it in stocks and I bought it plus they hooked up fiber for my home internet service for $10 less. They did what theyre there to do. 👍🏾
The employees were awesome but when it came to the actual corporation.... Very poor! Wait well over an hour to set up phone service to be told by someone over the phone that they cant verify my identity. Yet youre just fine when it comes to verification for my internet service and taking my money.
I’m sure most of the staff at this location is great, but it was not a great experience for me to say the least. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the service representative’s name who helped me. All I wanted to do was transfer my old number from Cricket to my new plan with AT&T. Not hard, right? Wrong. As soon as I said what I wanted, they said “well just transfer your SIM card.” I explained I had a different carrier and just needed the number transferred. The representative said they couldn’t do it (even after briefly talking to his manager to try and “help me”). So I asked what my options were, they stated I had to mail my new phone back to AT&T (since it was ordered at Sam’s and not their location) and they’d set me up with a new phone today that would have my old number in it. Ok, fine, whatever. So, we sit down and they then explain to me there may be a $50 restock fee of me mailing my old phone back. On top of this, I would have to pay new taxes on a new phone ($56)... So that’s a grand total of $106 ($50 may or may not be applied when my phone is mailed back). Then, I was asked if my hubby could lend me money for today. Money isn’t the issue. It’s the principle. Within this conversation, I was hit on as well and then kind of mocked for getting my phone at the Sam’s location because they “don’t know what they’re doing at that store.” My representative even made it a POINT to pull another associate over and laugh about the fact I got it from Sam’s... Just BEYOND unprofessional and humiliating. At that point, I said screw this and left because anxiety caught up to me and I simply didn’t want to pay the extra fees to do this. I then called AT&T and was able to get my number transferred/ported over just fine. It’ll take 24-48 hours. No additional fees or hoops to jump through. Imagine that! Never visiting this location again.
This AT&T store is very pleasant to go to, especially if you work with Noah N. He’s extremely informative and super helpful with anything you need him for. He’s friendly, funny, and very efficient. He’s also very attractive, super charming, and an overall 10/10. I would definitely date him if he was single. Noah if you’re reading this, hmu
I was without hope when I walked into the AT&T store after spending hours on the phone with tech support. JERRY was an enormous help. I walked out 20 minutes later with all my issues painlessly resolved! Jerry was knowledgeable and and efficient. Definitely will be asking for him in all my future business with AT&T!
It was very informative and the sales people were friendly and found exactly what I needed. Rick was on top of things and really went out of his way to understand what I was wanting.
I went into the Burkhardt store today and had such a great experience with Tola. She was so pleasant and kind and took the time to explain everything about the promotion and my bill. AT&T need more sales personal like her. When I need service again I will definitely ask for her shes great!
Cameron has been so unbelievably helpful! We were having a horrible experience with WOW and I reached out to Cameron who responded immediately and helped me get new fiber optic internet set up at home. Then we had an issue with my dog chewing through a cable and Cameron was readily available and helped me set up an appointment to get someone to come fix it. He has been great to work with!

Julian at the burkhardt location was very helpful. He made our experience very easy and he was very informative. I would definitely recommend him to our family and friends. Going to the Westside location and being completely dissatisfied with the experience and lack of listening skills, and customer rapport. I will continue to go to the Eastside location as needed. Rude employees who know nothing about operating a phone...only want to sell phones. Best Buy knows how to operate and fix phones. If you are a Galaxy user ask for Casey at Best Buy. Thats where well be buying our phones etc from now on.
I had a lot of questions about my new I Phone and Melanie patiently answered every one. She helped me transfer my contacts and made sure I understood the changes from my old IPhone to the new one. I went from a 6s+ So there was a lot! Melanie was very helpful!

Karen, (i believe that she was a manager) at the BURKHARDT store of Evansville Ind, was my service rep. She was GREAT. Karen knew right away what was wrong after I explained what was wrong with the phone. Karen explained the problem and offered a remedy, which took care of it. They were very busy and Karen didn’t seemed to be rushed waiting on me. I dreaded going in but I did and glad I did. Karen when great when it came to service!!!!

Waited for 2 hours in my car before I was told it was taking so long because people made appointments and got to go ahead of everyone waiting. That should be the first thing you offer the customer when checking them in.... “would you rather make an appointment instead of waisting half your day sitting in your car?”Made an appointment for the next day. They told my husband that even though it was my name on outer account, he could still apply his military discount without me being there. After waiting another 45 min past his scheduled appointment time, he was then told I had to be there. This is the worst customer service and someone needs to get this store under control... please.

Such a bad store! Every time I go here it’s been terrible. The first time I went with my boyfriend, they put us on a list, told us they would call us, and never did. The second time my phone screen was very broke and it did not work when you touched it. They sent me home to log into my iCloud on my new phone and I couldn’t get the log in code because my old phone was so broke. In my opinion, if they hadn’t been trying rushing me out of the store because it was a Saturday and helping me through the iCloud setting up process, I wouldn’t have had such a hassle getting it on my new phone. The third time I had to wait two hours when they told me it would take 45 minutes.

Brooklyn, was amazing she answered every question. Was very accommodating for our children while we were there a few hours. She helped us make a plan that worked for our family and our budget. Helped set up our phones before we left. 100% satisfied. Also, her colleague was excellent as well I apologize I did not catch her name to give recognition were it is due.

I signed in as normal and was told to wait in my vehicle. Waited for over 40 minutes so I decided to walk in and ask what was going on. Apparently I was never on the list or got skipped. So the person checking people in put me second in line. Okay no big deal. I once again waited for awhile. I decided to go in and I somehow kept getting pushed back. I never ended up getting helped. I will soon be switching carriers and do not recommend getting service through AT&T. This experience I received today reassures me that they do not deserve my business.

Solid customer service: friendly and fast. A disappointing selection when it comes to cases for the iPhone. I understand that there are constant changes to models, and it’s hard to keep up, but I would’ve loved to buy something here. However the lack of selection means I will be going to Amazon (unfortunately)!I also want to note, that the feel of the store is very nice. Very high-end, clean, open, with nice lighting and ambience.
This is a shout out for the great customer service given to me by Tania on Friday, March 26. I didnt make an appointment and stopped in to see about adding a hotspot to my phone. She and Dre had a few glitches with the technology (someone stealing batteries ... dang them), and she kept apologizing. I was in no hurry - enjoying my time out of the house. Eventually, all was working correctly, she was able to change my plan, get me the hotspot, set me up with HBO Max, get my hotspot working, and showed me some cute pictures of her grandbaby - adorable. Things went smoothly, Tania was amazing, and I didnt feel rushed. As cliche as this may sound, it was like a friend working with me to line up the best deal and the make sure I knew how to operate my phone. Thank you, Tania. And, good luck at the new store, Dre.

Walked in aas asked to make an appointment. Made said appointment the next day waited 30 min before returning to store only to find staff helping walk ins before appointments. Will go to a different store.

I waited well over an hour! I went in to check on how much longer my wait was and was told someone must have deleted my name. If we are to wait outside in our cars I suggest there needs to be a way your customers know when it’s their turn. I’d say that is poor customer service.

I think the Managers name was Michael. I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer (phone) for all 28 years of my life. It’s still Cingular to me if that tells you anything. Hear me out people, this cat gets it. Michael had the deal of the century and helped me get AT&T Fiber internet (700mbps MORE speed) for less than I was paying with xfinity. Even as I tried to leave Xfinity they tried to scam me for more money and would barely let me leave even though my contract was up. People like Michael really help people like me trust again. Thank you Michael and thank you AT&T. I love you.
I went in the store with questions on the new 5G unlimited plans. All of my questions were answered by the Manager Rick Brown who then changed my plan and saved me $100 a month! #winning

The coustom service is a joke sent my boss out of the store with out activation of the phone or the phone number and No one see. To know how to pick up the phone when you call the store the worst coustom service ever should have stuck with sprint
