Originally the visit was great traveled 5 hours to get the vehicle I got and I loved it it’s still a great vehicle for me and do not regret getting it, they were very polite helpful and honestly initially. Upon them sending the title to me once I brought it to the bank, found out they only charged me 4.25% taxes instead of charging me 7% which is the their local tax rate, I only expected to pay a small amount on the title being that Ohio’s tax rate is 7.25% but since they did their tax rate at such a low rate it left me paying about $1,700 to get the title done which is in my opinion shady and bad business, I know out of state loans can sometimes be tricky but this is something every car lot knows and sometimes just goes to show not everything is as expected even though the original visit went great now that all paper work is said and done nothing can be done about it and it will be chalked up as a loss on my end which is partially my fault so that’s fine too. Although they did pay my car off which was great but when someone pays $40,000+ for a vehicle you would think they would pay the taxes and title fees at least at their tax rate not under .

Never dealing with these people ever again. They are liars and have cheap cars on their lot. They trick you into buying a quality used vehicle. I purchased a vehicle and within a couple hours after leaving, issues started arising. When I asked to return the vehicle, they said I signed the papers and there was nothing they could do to help me. If they inspect the vehicle like their mission statement says, they would have found the issues and corrected them. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

One of the coolest LOOKING dealerships weve ever seen. The car we wanted to look at was waiting at the door, shiny and clean and Asten did a great job of giving us the information we needed. There was a small issue with the vehicle, but they worked with us to reach an agreement we were all happy with.
