Worst place to go through! They do not care what you are going through if you miss a payment. The only one I’d let do my papers and payments were Lillian and then I got some guy named Jerry and he leaves inappropriate voicemails and when I answer he demands I always answer the phone to him.

Here we are 6 days from Christmas. Originally had a sectional and a king size bed from there. Within the first week of having the sectional, we noticed roaches were crawling out of the cushions. (We got both items because we moved in to a new home that didn’t have any sort of bug problem) We called them to send the couch back because who wants that in their NEW house?? Not me! Now we still had the bed, and we are less than a week from Christmas. I called them to explain to them I could not make a payment this week because my husband and I both had to miss work to wait for our COVID tests to come back. The gentleman I spoke with said “No Problem” and that we could make a double payment next week. The very next morning at 9:00am a woman called and said that the gentleman I spoke with did not have the authority to tell me I could do that and they were on the way to get my bed. Keep in mind we were current on payments and even paid extra as well because all the payments from the couch were applied to the bed payment, because while removing the couch, they scraped a lot of paint off my wall. Long story short, NEVER will myself or anyone I know EVER deal with Rent-One again. They are the most inconsiderate, money hungry Scrooge’s I’ve ever encountered. Merry Christmas to me! I’m really going to LOVE sleeping on the floor now, Rent-One! Thank you so much!!! I hope you are happy with yourselves.

Love love this place. Lillian was very help for in helping me met my needs. Only complaint I have is when I’m paying for it I should get it when I pay for it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cameron helped us and got us what we needed. The process did not take long as we are A List now for being former customers who paid something off.

I made my first payment and ordered my appliances 2 weeks ago the main person called me to set up a delivery time and requested info that I turned it, I called rent 1 the day of my supposed delivery because they were late and nobody reached out to me for the worker to tell me uh we can’t deliver that today and when I asked why nobody called to tell me in advance and to talk to a supervisor hung up on me I called back and she said oh he’s busy and offered a refund with an attitude first things first instead of trying to keep the sale, I’ll reschedule you for tues soonest and I hope it comes this time because my daughter wets the bed and my baby spits up on everything and we have nothing clean so I’m very upset I told her this and nobody cared to rush my delivery y’all almost lost business but due to one persons lack of communication and rudeness this was Saturday the 19th at 3pm a female who gave no name and wouldn’t let me speak with her boss,

The staff made the process quick and easy. Didnt spend hours in the store waiting for references to be checked. As well as my landlord information. Unlike with other rental stores. Which have customers wait while checking their information and typing up rental contract and scheduling time for merchandise to be delivered. Among excellent customer service, time frame of renting merchandise is heck shorter than other places and affordable. Feel this is the PLACE to come rent from!!! Besides quality, service, and price. The perks that comes with the insurance makes renting from Rent One top notch in my book!!!! Am very glad my mother and I came across this store and company.

We have been dealing with rent one for years and never had any problems with the curt,cameron or any other employee there. They have always treated us right and everything we have in our home has come for rent one and we appreciate giving our business to them.

Great customer service and sales staff.now if they become more competitive with their prices with rival rental places they would be unstoppable.right now their prices are a bit high but the sales people and customer service is the only thing that they have going for them.my sales person and customer service rep. Is george at the covert store.he is great and will go out of his way to help you and one time he personally delivered an item to me after he got off work instead of me having to wait till the middle of the next day for it.really going above and beyond to make me happy.he should get a raise in pay and maybe title.he is a very valuable asset to rent one.

George was awesome!!!...the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. He spent almost an hour trying to get my new phone working right. He got my couch and dinette set to me the next day on no notice and even helped deliver it!...will definitely make future purchases from the Evansville, IN Covert Ave Store!!!!! Rent one is totally unprofessional and while giving an appointment date and time for delivery not only missed delivery but failed to notify client that delivery would not be made. Choose any other service but this one if at all possible!

They didnt have the brand I wanted. I thought I ordered a Dell laptop and got an Acer instead. They keep asking for more references. It does not have a cd/DVD player. That is why I am getting it at a good price.

If your late one week they will show up and knock and not let up once actually more like bang an kick your door . Then when you answer they get really rude with you and threaten for over priced stuff. VERY RUDE SERVICE . I DO NOT RECOMMEND GO TO RENT A CENTER OR AARONS

I didnt know what to expect when I decided to work with a rental company for my stove and refrigerator, and let me just say now, I shouldve made the decision sooner!I work in customer service and its easy for me to recognize when an organization goes above and beyond (which sadly, isnt very often), but that is absolutely the case here, and I took notice. Not only was every person who talked to me friendly and knowledgeable, they completed my order and payment details quickly and delivery was the following day. And when I accidentally ordered the wrong stove and they didnt have another available, they drove to another location out of state to get me what I needed! And delivered immediately. THAT is exceptional customer service.Well done, guys! Very happy.

We had already called at least twice to check on availability and pricing for w/d and tv. The people we spoke to we friendly and helpful. Then we showed up 10 minutes before they closed on Friday night. We werent hurried or made to feel like we were causing any trouble( which we definitely were. Who wants to stay late any day) They set up our delivery for the next day, even tho they had to fit us in. Overall completely satisfied!

My husband an I have been renting from rent one for like 4+ yrs they have always been so friendly & nice an always treat you like family we will continue to rent what we need from them we have fallen on hard times an they have always helped us out & worked with us (you haft to keep in touch an let them know whats going on as long as you do that they will work with you) we had moved out of town & where we moved they didnt have a rent one but they continued to let us rent from them.... I cant say enough good things about Rent One ..... I will refer any & everyone I can to them

Was kinda in a tight bind and needed furniture before company showed up but was able to work us in to make sure we had it in time. Sales people was extremely help and the delivery staff was right on time . Would recommend this company . Thanks for all the help

I cant remember the names of the 2 associates that helped me but, they did a awesome job getting me set up and ready for my new livingroom set sometime next week. I will definitely be be referring my friends to rent one. The prices are cheaper than most renting places and the associates work with you to make it a good experience all around.

Dont put money down hoping youll receive your merchandise in a day or two. But never received it and they still charge you. I can see it if I received the item but it never left the store. I put down 21. and got 11.38 as Refund. Really please. Just saying.Toni Lemberg

They charge you for payments without your permission. I used to work there and on several occasions was told to charge a customers card without their permission. They also harrass their customers. They will call more than what is allowed by law and even company policy. Do not shop there.

The staff was very friendly from the start. They helped us get exactly what we wanted and even told us about military discount! We have done business with Aarons AND rent a center before and Rent one has been the best!

Just wanted someone to know how great Mike and George are!!! Ive been a Rent One customer for quite sometime & have several paid off accounts. So, when I needed a new laptop, I didnt hesitate to go to your Evansville store for one. Was not happy with the first one....believe it got a virus after one week. Took it back and got another one. When I still wasnt happy, even after having it for a couple of weeks, I took it back and got a Ipad/tablet. Mike & George NEVER questioned me as to why I wasnt happy, just did ALL they could to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with my purchase. Not once did they tell me I was wrong for not liking what I had or try to convince me otherwise. Just wanted you to know how GREAT the customer service is at this location and how lucky you are to have these two working for you!!! I have and will keep coming back!!!

I purchased 2 items at Rent One. Had alot of issues with one particular thing (Couch) but the staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I really like the Same as Caah option...it is helpful when you want to obtain something nice and have time to pay for it without paying alot of interest over the full term.
