Not a huge selection to choose from in the store, but the guys working couldnt of been more friendly or more helpful to the customers! I swear good customer service makes all the difference and because I had such a positive experience is why-Id go back again & why Id recommend others to this place....

I have rented from Rent a center for yrs. And due to covid 19 we are having a hard time paying our weekly payment. Call the store to ask about an extension and Manager says for us to bring back the non essential items. I really dont understand how a company could be so heartless in a situation we have no control over.. Gauantee as soon as my Items are payed off i will never step a foot inside a Rent a Center again...

Misinform customers, do not work with customers to make the customers transaction easier. We were told one price on an item and charged higher, we did not argue because of the high volume attitude we received with any issue regarding payments. Our furniture was ripped by the R-A-C upon moving, a awful patch job was offered and nothing else. Favoritism is shown to certain employees and blatant discrimination was observed towards the only helpful employee who happens to be african/american. Pls avoid this store. Since making online payments we have not had any problems.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, and so is the manager. Ive had more problems out of this place then I care to think about from receiving completely broken products they wont replace to the absolute WORST customer service expierence Ive ever witnessed. I usually dont post reviews but I hope I can save someone from making the same mistake I did and going there. Rent One is where you should go for the same style of company with way better quality products and customer service.

Should be able to rate 0. Horrible customer service. They will hang up on you because you dont know a number off the top of your head. The staff is a joke, Not professional what so ever. Oh i do have a job and make good money but, apparently if you go there they think otherwise. Would not send anyone to them. Go to arrons plain and simple!

If I could give 0,stars, I would, worst customer service in history. My roommate and I kept trying to get a washer and dryer, that he already put a down payment on delivered. The store manager, Wayne, would always say the exact same thing!! Were trying to put something together for you, several days later, still no washer and dryer!! We dont get a full refund Wayne, charges will be filed!!! Go to Aarons instead, very friendly service, and after I told them about my horrible experience at RAC, I got 20 percent off a bedroom set lol

I rented a couch and TV from here. After only a few months I decided to return it. They came to the house to pick it up and put some of the items on the truck. They picked the couch up and went to move it and started to carry it out of the house. The workers then said they couldnt take it because the couch had bed bugs. I had not had bed bugs anywhere else in the house and I am trained to search for these pest. So they took the TV back off the truck and put it back in my house. They told me they couldnt take any of it. I told them if it had bed bugs I didnt want it either. The manager told me to take achola and drench the couch in it. That that would kill all bed bugs and eggs and they would come reinspect the couch and if there was no sign of bed bugs they would take it back. I informed them the couch and TV would not be going back into my house and I put it in my garage. I treated the couch. I called and told them it was treated. They have refused to reinspect the couch. Several calls have been placed. Now they are saying I have to have a receipt from a exterminator saying it was treated. An now they also want me to hire a trained dog to inspect. I told them several times that I believe it was infested when I picked it up. They claimed that they have their store inspected on a contract every so often by the dogs. So I said well if you have a contact for the dogs. I can bring it to the store when the dogs are there and the dogs can do a run around and inspect it before bringing it into the store. They refused to do so. Now yesterday I received a letter stating that I have to the 7th of January to return the items or they will take legal action against me. That I havent paid and refused to return the product since November. Clearly this is a lie as I have gave them several options for them to get the product. I have treated the product and told them I would meet the dog for it to be inspected. They refused every time. It seems like every time I do what they have asked me to do . They come up with a reason it can not be returned. They are claiming I am refusing to bring it back. But this is nothing more than a lie. I just wondering how many other people have had a infestation on their product after renting from this place. I have asked for documentation that my products were inspected before they rented them to me and they have refused to show a clean bill of infestation where the dogs inspected them. I am tried of receiving calls threaten me with leagl action and being lied to by these workers.These items have been bombed several times with bed bug bombs and I did what the managers asked be to do with soaking it down.
