U-Haul customer service sent me to this location for my reservation today. I have reserved and rented from this location before with no issues. Upon arrival I called and let the woman who is the owner/dispatcher know I was there. She asked if I had a major credit card. She stated it has to be a major credit card. We rent around back and met her and showed her the card. From the jump she kept stating it has to be a major credit card. The way she was talking to me was like she was being short with me and didn’t wanna serve me. I kept telling her I have a credit card. She kept saying that it needed to be a “discover or capital one card” now mind you I’ve rented from U-Haul multiple times with a credit card and debit card and neither one of those were by discover or capital one. She even a knowledge that I’ve rent from her before. My buddy who is a army vet even offered his credit card and she refused to take it stating that it needed to be a discover or capital one. She also stated that her area manager was the one telling her to do this. She also kept stating that she had the truck reserved for rental and I let her know that it was for me.We eventually left and I called other area corporate dealer locations and they all stated they had not heard of what she is stating. 4 different well known locations! Needles to say I had to go 30 mins down the road to find the truck I needed, spent more money and lost time! and I used the same credit/debit card like I always use with no issues. I would warn anyone using them to verify with corporate before using them.

Found out I needed new belts for my kia soul on a sunday. Called randy up the same day and he let us bring my car right over. It was ready the next day! I will be using his shop for all my car needs now. Absolutely fair price and found out he offers 24 hour towing. Im happy to have found this shop.
